The FanFic panel at NightMare Nights was awesome. At first me and my new buddy, poshest_pony, were the only panel members that could make it. Then Cereal Velocity and the Couch Crusader decided to join us so we had a full panel. They really brought the quality of our panel up a notch. We ended up talking to a full house, something I did not expect. It was so much fun and to be honest I was a little star struck when I found myself sharing a panel with Cereal Velocity and his minion Couch Crusader. That honestly made my day.
This is the adlib story at the end of the panel where we asked the attending audience to to help write a story in 15 Min. Each line was added by a different member from the audience.
The lights were out in Twilight's library...
Suddenly, there was a knocking at her door. Twilight answered the door.
"Derpy! What are you doing here?"
"I was just in the neighborhood, and I noticed the lights were out." Derpy said,
Looking up, they noticed black spots were covering the sun!
"Derpy, are you seeing this?? I read a book about this, this is the evil power of... Netherflash!"
"Netherflash?" Derpy asked. "What's going on? Isn't that just a myth?"
Twilight shook her head.
"No, Derpy, Netherflash comes every Blue Moon to wreak havoc across Equestria! "
Suddenly, Lyra comes out the shadows and starts up a wonderful Black Hole Sun solo.
"Lyra, what the fire truck?" Twilight asked, exasperated.
"Twilight, I've got it! I know how to fix this! Only the power of the Black Hole Sun can vanquish the evil Netherflash!" Bon Bon walks up behind, explaining.
"Don't worry about her, she's just had one of my special candies..."
"No, I didn't," Lyra says. She unzips her suit, revealing Pinkie Pie.
But then, a rainbow lightning bolt struck the Everfree Forest. They looked towards the Everfree and saw the slenderness mane peering from the shadows... who was then gobbled up by a manticore.
For two minutes, all was silence.
"Awkward..." Twilight says.
The manticore looked at them, as if it was going to attack. Then Pinkie pulled out her party canon and took out the manticore.
And Derpy said...
"And that's how I learned the true meaning of Christmas."

Then at the end something strange happened.
About 6 people asked for my autograph....I was really flattered and I felt like someone might be playing a joke on me.

Unfortunately I could not stay afterwards. I’m a family man with really little ones and that same day Santa was coming to town. At the mall.
Look everypony, even my daughter dressed up. Although this was for Santa.
