Aurora Blast's POV

The yellow pony stopped in front of the tallest tree I'd ever seen. Large, majestic, and... it had a window. Oh, it's a tree converted to a library! That's smart. I stopped as I heard the timid pony's sweet, gentle voice. It was the calmest voice I had ever heard. She took me completely off guard with her question.

'So, um... Where are you gonna stay the night?'

That's a good question. Where WAS I gonna stay the night? I never gave it much thought, to be honest. Maybe I could stay with this pony. But... Why was I thinking about it? I don't have a problem with fillyfoolers. Hell, I... Experimented in the past. So, that's not a reason. "Hmm. I honestly don't know. Oh, where are my manners? My name's Aurora. Aurora Blast."

Fluttershy's POV

Aurora Blast. That was an unusually fitting name, seeing as she had a beautiful ice blue coat with an obviously styled dark blue mane. Her piercing, yet calm, light blue eyes kept locked on me while she was awaiting my response. "Well, n-nice to meet you... I'm Fluttershy..." Darn. I always get trailed while I say my name. It's a bad habit. I heard her ask again, as she couldn't hear me. "F-Fluttershy..." I heard Aurora giggle and say that it was nice to meet me. We shook hoofs as I gently knocked the door.

Aurora Blast's POV

A good-looking purple pony trotted to the door, looking at Fluttershy and greeting her VERY happily. There's either history between them or they are now making history together... Either way, I'm okay with it. I AM, I SAY! I heard them talk about Twilght's new stallionfriend with obviously Fluttershy feigned a smile and pretended to not care about it. "Um... Hey, Twilight... It's Aurora, I came out here as per your instructions." I saw Twilight smile at me and hug me. I admit, it felt so good that I had to keep my wings down manually.

Fluttershy's POV

So, Twilight has a stallion in her life. Keeping the secret that I'm a fillyfooler from my friends hasn't been easy, that's an obvious statement. Twilight has been asking many questions lately. Every one of my friends has a stallion, except for Rarity. But that was because SHE was dating Spike. And he's a dragon. It's annoying to everypony that everypony asks me why I'm single. I stick to my cover, 'Oh, I'm too busy with my dear animals.' But, it's wearing thin. I'll just stay single, I guess. But, then again... Aurora looks cute. No, no. She probably isn't a fillyfooler... I could only just make out a bearded snout behind the dense fog of the morning Ponyville sky. It's probably nothing.
