Egghead. First word used by Angelica Frost about Twilight Sparkle. She knew Twilight Sparkle when she was a filly. Top of the class before she got involved to become a personal student of Equestria and sent out to the same university of the same name. Angelica, unlike any other unicorns. Personally takes interest of using magic to uncover the truth. As she has done that many times already for any bullies or ponies hiding secrets from her.

" Pleasant to see you, " She bows, indeed. She could not believe that a smart pony would become a princess. " Princess... Twilight Sparkle. "

" W-Well, same to you! A-Angelica! " Nervous tone from Twilight's voice as she greets back the blue maned pony with a zero attitude of being nice and calm.

She looked at the room, she can see small cracks on the ceiling. Done by the quake. " Sounds like there are visible damages on your room. "

" I know. "

" You always do. " Angelica rolled her eyes. Spinned her mind twice and shaped it the way she could think. Sitting on the cold floor, a little breeze by the wind. It cooled the mane of this unusual unicorn. " Cut to the chase. What do you know about the quake on the Science Division Twi? "

" That's the problem, " She shrugged. Probably not sure of what she's going to say to the mare in white and blue. Particularly, she knows that if a pony is white and the mane is blue. That represents their character as in " Truth Searchers. " Any lies that Twilight would add up would definetly set off the fire from the mare she is now meeting with. " They said that the quake was caused somewhere at the crust. And it centered below Canterlot. But they don't want to say that something actually forced to cause a quake there. And which lasted only four seconds. "

" Half four, " Angelica added. " Four Seconds is not enough, 56 milliseconds to add. It was enough to make several things to fall down by destruction. Yes, it was forced to make a quake. But not the planet itself. If there are 2-3 seconds shake, that's a tremor. "

" Well you two are getting along so far... " Gen pushed in words to block the two's adds. " We're here to compare a myth quake that may be connected to the present quake. "

" Again, the myth quake is not a MYTH. That quake 800 years ago is real. " Angelica said. Making the two to stop their haste from talking about it. Destroying the quake that passed 8 centuries ago. Thus, this puts the two to question Angelica.

" What? So it's not a myth? It happened? "

She doesn't know where to start. Apparently, she levitated a scroll out of her hidden bag. Invisible in cast as Twilight noticed it being pulled out. She literally rolls it out to reveal the content of the scroll but so long that it has to be reached to the hooves of the two.

" Is that the Codex from your previous archaeology extraction? " Gen asked. He did not noticed that she has the Codex.

" Mhm. And it was made by only and only from the hoof writtings of Star Swirl the Bearded. "

Twilight gasped, surprised. She did not know that this mare has something that Star Swirl the Bearded made. " Where did you get that? "

" Somewhere deep on the old castle. " Said the blue maned pony as she silently reads the written icon words on the scroll. " There, on the sacred treasure chest on the old throne. There's a stone lever that was enough visible for me to see. Eventually I activated some kind of entrance that led me downstairs. But it was a throne down there, and an unlocked chest. "

" Is the old castle even an archaeology site? "

" No, it was not even a site. I illegally gone through. "

Okay... Not what everypony would expect. Illegally gone through to the old castle? Protected by several guards? The Guards would've noticed the sound that Angelica made earlier. But this unicorn mare can possibly go anywhere she wants to. And if there's a chance she can meet Celestia face to face and feel her magical aura. It'll reverse the truth by opposite.

" Illegally? "

" Guards don't accept archaeologists you silly princess. "

That's what she said.

Meanwhile.....

SECAF Firebase Alpha.

Princess Celestia arrives at her fort of the same name. Soldiers of different divisions on the entrance of the base salutes as she enters to the Fort. The 15th Pegasus fleet landed at their pads separately. Large artillery platforms built inside the base. As spotlights on four sides of the walls of the Fort were built. A General of the yellow colored division salutes to the Princess as she came to the Command Centre.

SECAF, a large military faction for Equestria and serves as the primary military force in both defending or attacking enemy forces inside and outside the boarders of Equestria. SECAF is also known as Strategic Equestrian Central Advanced Forces that serves for both the 54th and 92th Battalion for the Equestrian Army.  It was later formed by the corps that numbered over 30,000. One of the two Commander in Chief of Equestria's Army is Princess Celestia.

" Princess Celestia, General Storm Ranger. " As his cutiemark is a cloud with a sharp lightning. " We have multiple reports on the western coasts that the rebels are moving to the northern forests. It seems that they are fortifying their positions by an old mansion. "

" Old Mansion? How many are the rebels General? " Said by the glowing princess herself. As the two approaches inside the command center to get off from the heat.

" A Battalion sized force. Eventually to a number of thousands. They have rifles armed to kill anyone who dares to approach to their line of territory. It seems that one of our ships scouted four more rebel ships. Composing that they're going to reinforce the coast forces. " The General placed viewpoints on the map as he points directions.

" Is the coast city on the west evacuated? " Her worries for any lives of innocent ponies.

" Not entirely your highness, " The General said, as he shows his tiny frown by dismay. Forms of news were never good in the military these days. " Civilians are trapped inside their homes. We have soldiers trying to arrest any rebels or shoot them if they shoot back. But because of their approaching forces, we may never get those civilians out of the danger zone. "

Another approach that may give the princess sadness. Fearing that her subjects not involved on this battle may get killed. The rebel ponies doesn't like anypony going for their rule. And by that rule, the ponies should follow the rebels pact which involves slavery. As well as hardship. Celestia does not want that.

Before she could say anything, an officer approached Storm Ranger.

"General, the Equestrian Naval Forces lost the Fourth Fleet. They confirmed that the rebels have a fleet of ships. With one battleship."

Ugh, Shit.. The General looked at both Celestia's patience and the other officers around him. " Were there any survivors on the fleet? "

" Negative. "

Celestia noticed Storm Ranger's locked anger. Knowing that he is about to blow his cool off soon. Conflicts between Equestria and the Rebellion started after the Great Schism. There were no power struggle on two sides. But what would the two sides want? More population. More control. More resources. And Celestia wants that. Secretly.

" Get the Eighth Fleet to stop the incoming Rebel Ships. We cannot let them get to the Coast City. " As ordered, his officer goes back to his post and reported in to his communication computer. He looks back at Celestia, unfinished. " Princess Celestia... "

" I know General, until the innocent ponies are evacuated. I cannot expect casualties from both here and the civvies on my report. I must return back to Canterlot and expect order from there. "

" We'll do what we can your highness. " Said by the General with his face downed with his locked anger, as he watches the princess to leave the command center and open her massive wings to fly out of the base back to Canterlot.

Back to Canterlot...

" So if the earthquake 800 years ago is real, what did Celestia do? Kept it a secret and considered it a myth? "

" Exactly. " Angelica rolled the scroll into it's default, small and packaged tight ribbon. " She does not want to make everypony to know that Canterlot moved down centuries ago. And that the ponies expected damage from the earthquake. But according to the scroll, three repeated earthquakes occured. "

" That's not an earthquake when it repeated. " Gen pressurizes to correct his former student. " That's considered a Shockwave if there are going to be repeated quakes. "

" Yeah, but the quake is just naturally caused. And whatever happens inside the planet makes it happen. " Twilight said.

" And by most books, it is natural. And there's nothing that it can force itself to create one. But why shockwaves? Hmm.. " Gen thought of that. Shockwaves are just made dependable from a force of the living. And not by the planet's movements that struggles to create a shake on the surface. " Well we're not here for any science conversation here, but I do believe that repeated quakes are actually- "

" Don't guess, " Angelica noticed Gen's tone changed both up and down. A Level of not being so sure to say the right answer. " A Period of 5 seconds and long is considered an earthquake. But in three repeats, they just considered that as a tremor. Shockwaves doesn't have to do anything about the force that affects to make either tremors or powerful earthquakes. If there is one, it should be technology's machine that hits the ground by pillars. Or if somepony planted something to dig there by use of Tungsten material. It should have shifted the upper crust. Not the entire crust. Because the elevation of the quake is zero. And the purpose of having shockwave calls here is just down to nothing. "

Explanations too deep by one pony. Seems like the chat here is beaten by this blue maned mare. But none taken as Twilight would not put up a threshold to hold against her.

" I do believe that the Science Division has something. "

" Like what? "

" Like they never tell me anything. About the quake yesterday. " Said by the princess herself. Knowing that her rank can declassify and why the scientists couldn't tell about a quake so long that is a myth? And not anymore by Angelica's findings. " It seems like they're hiding something. Something like, you know. Before. "

" Well if they are hiding something, shouldn't they be in the dungeon right now from hiding secrets of a royal member? " A Straight A question from Angelica.

" Not unless if the royal council would keep secrets from the Princess. " The old professor Gen quite added support from Twilight about the Science Division. " Well that's no bright sight for me mate. But uhm... Twilight do have a point. "

She does. But Twilight doesn't know much about being a princess. Yet.

" Say, " Gen looked at Angelica. Remembering back about what she said in the murder of Quill Storm and his secret words to her. " Did Quill Storm actually said something about the myth quake? "

" No. " She shook her head in no. But she quickly paused her mind. " Although I told you about that he was saying about a machine. "

" I forgot...Did we decoded it earlier? "

" Only the first half Professor, forgetting makes you troubled and create guesses that shoots upward to your mind. " Angelica takes back some words from the decoded message. Says it clearly.

Truth and Myth meant no difference. By the force of the planet may push it. But it is not by the judgement that puts the effect of damaging everything.

" Yes. " Both the blue maned mare and the old professor nod in yes.

" Actually. I'd add this part from that decoded message. First half. Not complete. " She thought of it deeply. As she says it words by words in her mind before she arrived here with Gen. " I already decoded the second half. "

Silence adds by the room. Nothing to say. Nothing to make it so clear. Rather than that, confusing. Even the three are currently the brightest minds on Equestria. Not one of them knows what Quill Storm meant. His death marks them to force out an investigation. And by that, which way? And what is he talking about?

" He's talking about the machine on the second part. " Gen said.

" Brightest mind before? " Twilight looked at Angelica, expecting her to get an eye to eye blur from their IQ. " Does it clearly mean that somepony created a machine? And actually built it to make a quake? "

" Not clear. But close. " Angelica almost agrees by Twilight's guess. " Yes. It is the machine. But I don't know, all of the technology about that machine is about extracting data or encrypt it by user. I don't know. I'm a history teacher, a symbologist and formerly a archaeologist. "

" Count ten you two, " The old professor says by glad. " and maybe either one of you may know what it is. "

One, So obvious, Gen makes everyone count to ten just as he did when he was a teacher before retirement. His favorite student, Angelica when she was filly. Makes her count to ten if she doesn't know the answer from the question that he gives to her. And by one, meaning that somepony made an accident or a failure by the use of the machine.

Two, Currently, having an egghead princess and a historian teacher clearly rival their IQs differently. The two are equal in their intelligence. Though, what was clear that Twilight goes by Celestia's teachings and Angelica goes by Gen's teachings. Both of their mentors are great, somehow different in the approach they have.

Three, Celestia's way of teaching Twilight is by understanding about friendship. That was created and destined and also written by her truly. A touch of a goddess' feather. May bond by fate. And be chosen to be the future of Equestria's fate.  Celestia's feather gently lands on the foal Twilight Sparkle years ago.

Four, Gen's way of teaching Angelica is by uncovering about friendship. And by mean uncovering, is what purpose does the magic of friendship even have? Somehow, shoved by the mare's pleasure. She goes beyond Gen's scientific studies and goes beyond her own path that she chosed on. But equality is to be made if Twilight is going to control it by herself.

Five, Time stops by Five. And always at five, the time where both Twilight and Angelica goes home when they were fillies. Five years old filly Twilight Sparkle passed the magic exams but her powers were too great than any other unicorns in Equestria. Princess Celestia lets the little filly to join in her personal studies.

Six, Angelica's Sixth Birthday as a filly had many fillies and colts invited in. Her father was the captain of the royal guards before another and before Shining Armor himself. Although, Angelica's crush personally puts in deep emotions to Soarin. But in the present, once Soarin became close to Spitfire in a lovely way as one. Angelica leaves herself with nothing. She moves on after losing her interest to him. And carry on, she is married infact - To Science!

Seven, Angelica's favorite number. Seven is approachable by any means and that's the second number to unlock the Codex. Seven was also a teasing number for Twilight Sparkle as Cadance foalsits her everyday.

Eight, Eight years old Twilight Sparkle gives a gift to Cadance as a remark for Shining Armor's love to her. Boy, this sparked the two to be in love. Little Twilight can go on beyond what the two are doing when Twilight is sleeping.

Nine, The Fourth and last number before unlocking the Codex. Nine years old Angelica Frost as a personal student for Gen's studies assures her to answer every math questions within the hour. But after sixty seconds, Gen is totally impressed by Angelica's accurate IQ.

Ten, Celestia ordered several ponies to declare the classified status of the machine that caused the quakes. And by that, ODIN was never heard from again. As well as it's three repeated quakes is considered an earthquake myth.

" The machine. The Machine, Quill Storm mentioned that the machine must've been built inside the crust's center that's enough to make the shockwaves produced by the machine itself. I guess, it was a little too late to say everything about it. "

" And I didn't get that count to ten.. " Twilight Sparkle said.

" Yeah. Me neither. "

The old professor Gen facepalms. " You two still need to learn a lot of things about everything. "

LOKI Supercomputer Hall.Canterlot Science Division Central Hole.

Two Scientists behind the new supercomputer placed on many data CPUs placed behind the front area of the new system " LOKI " are modifying the system by replacing wires and calculating numbers to replace the old numbers and make them new in the system that is compatible with.

" Four. " The Brown Stallion Scientist said. He looked at the sides of the units that are still running from the function of LOKI. He merged the cut ones and place it with an electrical tape by levitation.

" I owe you thirty bits from that lunch. "

" Yeah, " the reply of the white stallion scientist. Looking at the monitors if his friend is connecting the right ones. " We still get a large salary after this. Too high. Not like any other jobs I've taken on Donut Joe as an assistant. "

" Haha. " Short laugh from the brown stallion scientist as he's about to be finished on connecting the wires and placed it with electric tape. Rolls by rolls. Connection by connection. All those little sparks that were not felt by the pony's work seems like a fine status for him. Already. At least nothing will happen for the worst.

" Systems on LOKI looks fine. " Shown by the monitors as the eyes of the white stallion sees data on green. " Status are green. Holding. The Supercomputer can hold. Plug the data. "

" Which data? "

" The Data that the last extraction team acquired. " The white pony looked at the red colored USB. " Plug it in on the system and let's see how LOKI extracts the data from there. "

" Well I don't know man, " the brown pony is about to plug the data in. " Are we scheduled to do Tier 1 extraction inside the computer system without proper authorization? "

" We have orders, and it's best to follow rather than waiting for it. Now do it. "

" Fine. " The Brown Stallion plugs it in.

LOKI Runs it's internal systems by the spin of it's fans from ten units every second. Sixty seconds after and everything were in set. Monitors on every walls shows the conditions of the system by displaying it's new status of being in success. But too many data were extracted inside, everything secret turned 0.001 milliseconds of picture to switch to another, and another, and another, and another and another. Pausing it to the important picture that the scientists that once were looking for.
