Chapters The angel, the doctor, and the blue box
Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia's personal student, was on her way home from Sugarcube Corner with a box of cupcakes. She noticed a statue, whose hooves were covering it's eyes. "Creepy statue." She remarked, and continued to trot home. She then noticed a bunch of missing posters plastered on the walls, but she didn't pay any attention to them. When she got home, she found Spike sweeping up the library.
"Hi, Twilight!" Said the baby dragon.
"Hello, Spike." Said Twilight, setting down the box down on the table.
"Mmm...those cupcakes smell delicious!" Said Spike, setting down his broom.
"You can have some, if you'd like," Said Twilight. "But I'll be upstairs reading." She picked up a book titled "Aliens: do they exist?" that was written by a Dr. Smith, and went upstairs.

"Ditzy! Hold on to something!" The Doctor yelled as he flipped a switch on the TARDIS.
"Okey-dokey, Doctor!" Derpy replied cheerfully. The TARDIS rocked back and forth and made it's signature sound. Then, a loud THUD! was heard, signaling that they had landed.
"We should be home now, Ditzy!" The Doctor said cheerfully. He opened the doors and trotted outside.
"Come along, then!" He said to Derpy. As they walked out, a statue of a crying pegasus uncovered it's blank eyes and smiled. The Doctor was here.
The Doctor and Derpy went around Ponyville, and eventually stopped at Sugarcube corner to get some muffins. There were two "guardian" angel statues on either side of the door, covering their eyes with their hooves. When they went in, the Doctor asked Mrs. Cake when they had put those statues outside.
"What statues?" She replied, confused. The Doctor rushed outside, only to find the two statues gone.
"Strange," he said, then walked back inside. Derpy happily munched on her muffins, while the Doctor was uneasy. He knew he had seen something earlier, when they left the TARDIS, but what was it? Then he thought about the two statues outside. No... they couldn't be here he thought. These thoughts were running throughout the Doctor's head while he chewed on his muffin. Suddenly, the door burst open, and a lavender unicorn trotted in. She ordered a dozen cupcakes, and took the box to wherever she lived. The Doctor realized that she looked familiar, then remembered that it was Twilight Sparkle, one of his past companions!

Twilight lay on her bed, reading the book she had brought upstairs. She turned a page, and began to read another "possible alien" file. She started to read out loud.
"Weeping angels," she said. "The weeping angel can turn to stone whenever you look away from them, and are really fast. Faster than a teleportation spell, even for the most talented unicorns," she paused and said, "I could probably be faster than them." She continued reading. "The angels are faster than your teleportation spell too, Twilight." She blinked. How does this book have my name in it? She wondered. Maybe they mean somepony else. She continued to read again. "I do mean you, Miss Sparkle, and I'm pretty sure you know who I am." No way, she thought. Could it be? Could it be th- Her thoughts were interrupted by a knock at the door. She went downstairs to see that the door was ajar, and her number one assistant was gone. She went to the door and opened the door. And then she screamed.

You know about the angels too, especially after reading the beginning of this file. Anyways...don't blink, yadda yadda yadda, good luck.
The weeping angel was at Twilight's wide open door. She kept her eyes open, but they were starting to sting from lack of moisture.
"Spike!" She yelled. The baby dragon did not come. Twilight was getting worried.
"Spike! It's important!" She yelled again. He still didn't come. Suddenly, a brown stallion with a strange looking silver pen in his mouth galloped in.
"Run!" He said, and Twilight complied. She ran out and crashed into a certain cross-eyed pegasus.
"Sorry, didn't see you there, Derpy!" Twilight apologized.
"That's okay!" Derpy said cheerily, Then the Doctor ran outside, breathing hard.
"I trapped it inside," He said. "It will only be trapped temporarily. Ms Sparkle, you can stay with me, and, no, I do not know where Spike is." Twilight was shocked. How does he know me?! Wait a minute, its the Doctor!!!
"I know you," Twilight said shakily. "You're the Doctor."
"I knew you would get it," The Doctor said. "My past companion, Twilight Sparkle!"
"Its been so long." Twilight said.
"Yes," The Doctor agreed. "Yes it has."
Suddenly, a loud crash was heard, along with a whooshing sound.
"That wasn't supposed to happen," The Doctor said. "To the TARDIS!" But the TARDIS was gone. And so was the angel.
The angel, the doctor, and the blue box
Prologue
The Doctor never forgets an enemy. Neither Daleks, nor Cybermen. Especially not one of the oldest creatures alive. A monster. One that lurks in the shadows. The so-called lonely assassins. As old as the universe. With skin as cold as stone. Because their skin is stone.
"They are just statues," many have said, "They cannot move". That is true, at least while you can see them. They have been to many planets, but now, they invade Equestria.
You have seen the angels, the Statue of Liberty, they can turn normal statues into their kind. How many statues in Ponyville will be turned? The angels are coming for us. They always have been. They always will.
The angels have fought with the Doctor before. With Sally Sparrow, Amy Pond, and that mysterious River Song at his side, he has always won. But as he is still getting used to his new form as a pony, the angels expect to finally kill the Doctor. But they have underestimated him. The old Time Lord still has some new tricks up his sleeves. With Derpy and Twilight at his side, will he be able to overcome the angels? Will he finally be beaten? Will this fanfic ever get to the "Featured" box? So many questions! Just read the story and find out!
And remember, don't ever, ever blink at an Angel! Don't blink! Good luck.
"No, no, no, no, no!!" The Doctor exclaimed angrily, while repeatedly trying to call the TARDIS back with his sonic screwdriver.
"Doctor, are you OK?" Derpy asked.
"NO!" The Doctor yelled. "I'm sorry, Ditzy, it's just, I cant call the TARDIS back."
"It's right there!" exclaimed Derpy.
"No, it's n-" The Doctor was cut off by a whooshing sound. "Oh." He said.
As they walked into the TARDIS, a certain pegasus statue followed them in.
"So... Twilight, what have you been up to?" Derpy asked.
"Well, earlier I was helping Fluttershy finding her chickens in the Everfree Fore-" Twilight said, before getting cut off by the Doctor.
"Fluttershy? Isn't that the weak one?" The Doctor asked. "The one whose afraid of her own shadow? What was she doing in the Everfree?"
"She is not weak!" Twilight yelled. "She has a stare that stopped a cockratice in it's tracks!!!!"
"..."
"Doctor?" asked Twilight.
"Sorry about insulting your friend, Twilight." The Doctor said. "I think all of these situations are finally getting to my head..."
"Oh," Said Twilight. "I'm sorr-"
"Nah!!!" Said the Doctor. Then Twilight face-hoofed.
They walked out of the TARDIS...
...and into the yard of and old abandoned house...
...on human Earth...
