In the Canterlot Palace Throne Room, Both Celestia and Luna were talking. Which they look like they were talking about Rainbow Flare. To both of them, Rainbow Flare was top priority until he's captured. "Tia, i'm a bit worried about Rainbow Dash.

"Don't worry if he tries to strike her if he ever reaches Ponyville, She will have the Obligated Right to attack under law."

"I'm just hopping he's not near Ponyville."

Suddenly the doors to the throne room opened, and an gravely injured guard came limping in. Celestia was shocked and she immediately had the guards call the medical staff to take him to the infirmary. What really shocked her, was that the injured was her best sergeant, She came running to his side and helped him up. "S....Sargent, what in Lunas name happen to you?" Celestia asked terrified.

"He....He's too strong. He is near Ponyville as we speak."

Celestia eyes went wide. He was closed to Ponyville. This left Celestia with no choice. Ponyville had to be Put in a Lockdown. As the medical staff came in and got the Injured sergeant, Celestia ordered the guards to gather up and prepare to head to Ponyville with Luna. as they gave the salute Celestia told her sister to go to Ponyville and alert everypony to get in safety. As Luna headed off with the guards, Celestia, head towards her room and began to write to Twilight. Twilight, please protect the pony you love.  Celestia said to herself

As Twilight begun to explain the letter she received from the Princess, she could tell that the Expression on Rainbows face was now a horrified face.  "ARE YOU SERIOUS?! He's near the town?" Rainbow shouted as she was trying to calm down.

"Yes, Celestia said he's too strong and he injured the best sergeant of the royal guards."

"he's gonna kill me for sure now. I....I'm Scarred Twi. What if he kills you too?"

"Oh, forgot about that part. Celestia said if he does Attack me or you, you and I have the obligated rights to attack him. If we for example kill him, we won't get charged, Because it will count as Justifiable Self-defense."

Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Twilight got up and head straight to the door to see who it was. when she open the door, It was Princess Luna. "Luna?" said Twilight

"Get Rainbow Dash. You and her need to be with us right now."

"Wh...why?"

"Ponyville is in Lockdown. it's not save anymore, we need to get to safety."

Twilight nodded and went to the bedroom to get Rainbow Dash. She told spike to watch over Tank and Owlowiscious while they are gone. Spike nodded in agreement since this was an emergency. As they headed out they were stopped by a guard. "Your highness, everyone has been escorted to their homes. what's your next orders?" the guard asked Luna.

"Patrol the grounds. If you find Rainbow Flare, alert me. Are my orders clear."

"Yes your highness."

As they went on their way to patrol the town, two more ponies were seen. This time, it was two ponies both Twilight and Rainbow Dash knew. "brother? Cadance? What you doing here?" Twilight asked

"We are here to protect you. that psychopath is at large. I can't risk having my little sister or your lover getting in danger."

Cadance then stepped. "We have to get moving, we don't have....."

As Cadance was about to finish her sentence, a loud voice was heard. Rainbow recognized the voice. It was her fathers voice. "OH NO!" she said

"RAINBOW DASH I"M GOING TO KILL YOU! YOU WILL PAY YOU BITCH!"

Rainbow was now scared her father was now in town. He's going to destroy the town until he kills her. then something clicked in Rainbows head. What was she doing? She was acting weak. Over what, her father? Rainbow now decided, that she had enough of the crap. Her father destroyed her life, left her scarred, and is out to kill her. Twilight now noticed the sense of hatred in her eye. She now noticed That Rainbow was really pissed. According to what she read, when a Pegasus is severely pissed off, Their strength grows. "GRRRRRR. I HAD IT. IF HE WANTS ME, THEN WE WILL SETTLE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!" said Rainbow

"oh, my, Celestia. She....She wants to do this. She wants to face it."

"Rainbow, if you kill Rainbow flare, you be charged with murder."

"sadly that won't be possible. If she does this in an act of Justifiable self-defense, she won't." Luna assured. "We granted her the right to do so."

Shining looked around and saw the small figure of Flare, whom had a scar on his right eye. he walked to Twilight. "sis, look at me. go with Rainbow and aid her. protect her at all cost. we will be behind. you."

Twilight nodded and looked at Rainbow. "Lets getting going Rainbow."

Rainbow then nodded and followed Twilight. This was the last straw. Rainbow Flare destroyed her life, broken her spirit, took her mom away, and traumatized her. She was going to settle this once and for all. Please pony gods, don't let this end bad for me. she prayed in her head. She followed Twilight and began to head towards Rainbow Flare. Rainbow Flare is now going to pay the ultimate consequences for the sinister sins he committed.
