Everypony panicking over one. Little.thing. Unfortunately Celestia knows little about it, but knows that the night has brought it to Equestria. "I need to get outta here.." Luna mumbles to herself as she packs her bags. "All these ponies are going crazy about one tiny thing.. I need to go somewhere to get away from it, just for a little while.." Luna tightly shuts a small brown suitcase and puts on her saddle bags. "Maybe I should go to Saddle Arabia.. They said I was welcome there. Or maybe see Twilight Sparkle and her friends in ponyville.." Luna continues to mumble to herself. "I dunno.. Maybe I'll just have a little fly around.. I might relax a little.." Luna glides through the air, over the huge plains of Equestria, hoping to find a small village to visit and relax. Maybe have a bit of cider, to calm her nerves. As she heavily thinks about what she could do, it begins to get late. "I should probably raise the moon soon, and find somewhere to sleep.." She sais to herself. Suddenly, she catches a small twinkle out of the corner of her eye. "What in the name of Celestia?" She slowly lands on the grass, where she believes to have seen the twinkle, and searches the bushes using her horn as a torch. Finally, after a few minutes of messy searching she find an opening. "Oh my! I haven't trotted into somepony's territory have I?!" Luna sais to herself, turning her head left and right. Its was already dark, Celestia must have raised the moon tonight. //-------------------------------------------------------// 5 //-------------------------------------------------------// 5 Eavesdropping on the guards conversation, Luna catches her wing on a nearby branch of one of the trees. As she falls, it creates noises of the tree's branches and leaves shuffling from Luna's fall, and Luna slight scream. "What was that?" One of the guards ask. "I dunno.. Sounds like it came from that tree." The other replies. Uh oh! Busted! Luna levitates her heavy saddle bags back onto her back and zooms off. Out of the garden and away. Eventhough Luna was heart broken to leave, it was someponys territory. "Huh.. Guess it was nothing." One of the guards say. The other nods and they keep walking the way they were going. Luna continues to fly as fast as she could. It turns out her sister is worried about her, how in the name of Celestia could of left her wonderful home and beautiful sister?! Begging to cry, Luna sees Canterlot castle just below her. "Tia!" She cries heading straight to the front door. Luna hurries through the halls and straight to the throne room. How in Equestria could she have ever left?! This was her home! Her sister! Her beautiful life of a Princess. Yet, she was so greedy and still wanted to leave?! Luna gallops into the throne room. Only to see her sister looking at the door in shock. Luna gallops down the red carpet to her sister. Giving her the best hug she could give. Her eyes pouring with tears. "Im sorry! I was so stupid! I should never of left!" Luna kept crying. "Its alright Luna.. I understand. And, i know where you went." Celestia sais to her weeping little sister. Luna looks up at Celestia. "W..What do you mean?" Luna replies, stuttering because of her crying. "Looks like your little friend came with you." Celestia smiles. Luna looks at her saddle bag. The fox cub smiling, peeping out of one of them. "Luna.. Promise me you never go back to the Night Garden." Celestia sais, her smile becoming a serious face. "W...What?! But Tia! Its amazing! I can bring ponies there. And maybe they will like my night more!" Luna replies angrily. "Luna. The whole thing everypony has been panicking about is the Night Garden.. It grows and grows until all the ponies are gone." Celestia tells Luna. Luna won't let her sister destroy the best place she has ever been! "Tia! Why didn't you tell me this before?! Why is it my nights that brought it?! Come on Tia! Confess!" Luna tears up again. "Listen Luna.. I need to destroy it. All ponies will die, Equestria ruined. I can erase that memory from your mind. If you want me too." Celestia reasons with her stubborn sister. Luna looks at the fox cub, that has now crawled onto her head. "No. Destroy it. I don't care. But i want to remember it... And. Can we keep him?" Luna sais, already giving in. Celestia nods, and Luna walks to her room to get some sleep. Author's Note How in hell did you get this far?!! O>O Well.. uh.. Thanks! Haha, keep trying to put up with this xD //-------------------------------------------------------// 6 //-------------------------------------------------------// 6 Princess Luna lays on her bed. She is tired. Extremely tired in fact. Celestia is certainly going to raise the sun soon. And Luna hasn't got one second of sleep. Though Luna is upset, almost crying, she can't stop watching the little fox cub playing around her room. Attacking pieces of furniture and trying to climb. Needless to say, its adorable. "Woona!" The little fox manages to let out in its squeaky voice. "Haha! Yes. My name is Luna. Whats your name little cub?" Luna smiles. "Mi nm is Sowa!" The fox lets out. Trying to speak english must be hard, but he is doing pretty well. "Your name is Sora?" Luna corrects him. The fox nods happily. Luna smiles, though she couldn't bare that her sister is going to destroy Sora's home. If he ever wants to go back, he can't. His family are gone, just like Luna's and Celestia's are. Luna levitates the fox over to her, to give Sora a hug. Sora spots the sun being raised out the window. "Woona, its bed time." Luna smiles again, and prepares an extra bed next to hers. "Good day, Sora." Author's Note you don't know how many times i sung "What does the fox say?!" writing this chapter.... What does the fox say?!! Woona! //-------------------------------------------------------// 7 //-------------------------------------------------------// 7 So.. The night garden has been destroyed, by Celestia and her guards. Little Sora, now lives with Luna. Luna now stays up nearly all night to play with him. He was growing up fast, but too Luna he is still only a cub. Luna keeping her wonderful memory of the garden, in her spare time, decorators her garden with glowing flowers and waits for new animals to move in. Also, the panic is gone. Celestia telling everpony that the 'Night Garden' is gone and destroyed. Everything is back to normal. Luna has defenitly learned her lesson about running away from home. Even if little Sora came with her! Thats it! Hope you guys enjoyed this, badly written, story! :D I know its another Luna one, but i will do other ponies at some point. A pony with no clue how to act. A pony needing a good place to go. This mare's heart begs for some where to go. Somewhere where she can fit in. Be happy, have friends that truly appreciate the night that she works hard to bring. If only anypony else understood the beauty behind the darkness of night, and could see the stars and moon the way Luna saw them, but unfortunately that pony doesn't exist. Well, they're not around here anyway.. Princess Luna woke up from her deep sleep and stretched her legs. Just because this day was no different to any other, doesn't mean she can stay in bed all day like a normal pony. She was a princess after all, and should act like one no matter how she feels. As she gets ready for breakfast her sister, who she called Tia, sat on her throne ordering the guards to keep calm. Luna overheard the panic of the guards, the ponies of Canterlot and of course the heavy breathing of her sister. Finally putting her last shoe on, she gallops down the stairs to her sisters throne room. "Sister! What's going on?!" Luna yells from the door. "Luna! Come in, and I will explain!" Celestia yells back, giving the guards a signal to leave the throne room. As the guards leave, still in slight panic, Luna walks down the red carpet towards her sister. "Tia.. Why is everyone panicking?" Luna asks, trying to remain calm. "Now Luna, just remember its not your fault but-" "What's not my fault??!!" Luna interrupts. "Your night. It has brought something to Equestria that is not safe." Looking around for a house of the ponies that owned this beautiful territory. Though, this house was nowhere to be found. Luna feels a sudden tap on her right hoof, she looks down to see a small baby fox, with large green eyes and a bushy tail. Luna levitates the creature onto her back. "Hello there, little one." Luna sais quietly, trying not to scare the little animal away, it is a cub after all.. She then levitates back on the ground so it can run home. Luna likes foxes. They practically live in the night, like the princess herself. Princess Luna looks around. Its a beautiful place. Animals looked after their families, while the cubs played. The flowers looked like they were glowing, not by magic. Luna heard that you can make flowers glow using highlighter ink. It smelled of that moment of dusk, where you have just had dinner and your cozy and ready for your warm, soft bed. You could feel the atmosphere of night so strongly here. Almost like a dream, with a horrible beginning. "I need to tell Tia about this place!" Luna sais to herself still trotting through the gorgeous place. "Im sure she'll love it! And then ponies might understand that my night can be beautiful. Just like now!" Luna cries, with tears building up in her eyes. "Though.. I bet Tia isn't even worried about me.. She is probably just helping the ponies in Canterlot to calm down.." Luna mumbles, her happiness brought down slightly and her trot going to a walk. //-------------------------------------------------------// 4 //-------------------------------------------------------// 4 Meanwhile in Canterlot, Celestia trots yup the stairs to her sister's bedroom. "Luna hun, are you alright? Would you like a daisy sandwich?" Celestia sais through the door. Obviously, there is no reply. "L..Luna?" Celestia walks into the room. Only to see that Luna was no where to be found. Not even a note saying where she was or why she left. In panic, Celestia gallops down the stairs of the castle and into the throne room. She looks around the large room and yelled the guards. Three of them arrive. "Your Highness?!" One of them asks. "Is something wrong?!" Another adds. "Of course not, you fools! Princess Luna is gone! I want you to prepare a search for her immediately!" She orders, she didn't want to seem mean. She was in panic. The guards all nod and gallop out of the throne room.. ~Back to Luna Princess Luna sits with her new hedgehog friends; they chat about the garden they're in, and why its hidden behind woodland and bushes. "So, why is it hidden in the first place? Its much to beautiful here to be hidden away.." "Apparantly ponies used to go missing here... They hid us a way years ago." The hedgehog replies. They carry on with their conversation, only to be interrupted with another one outside the garden. "Haha! She's so stupid. I bet Princess Luna is just in a room that Celestia didn't check! If her lazy butt did check any rooms anyway!" The two ponies laugh at their conversation. Luna stands up, and quietly sais goodbye to Mrs. Hedgehog. She puts her saddle bags down, taking lots of weight off her back, and flies up above the woodland that surrounded the garden. "How disrespectful! How dare they talk about my sister that way!" Luna mumbles in disgust. The guards need to learn respect. While Luna watches the guards above the trees, she doesn't notice the small fox cub from earlier climb into one of her saddle bags.
