Chapter one.

Luna was looking at at her paper when Fire Storm got in.

” WHAT DO YOU WANT FIRE STORM!? " Luna shouted after jumping half a foot in the air by the scare his guard gave her.

"Sorry for this, Luna, but you need to see this." He gave her a document that Luna's sister made that very same day.

"...How can this be?" Luna asked while her face showed nothing but fear.

"I don't know but Spitfire and Fleetfoot are waiting outside to get you out of here. We have to go now. The solar guards are on their way to get you." Fire said as he tried to rush Luna out of her room.

Once outside, Fire saw the other two standing in there, ready to accomplish their duty.

"Fire, you ready to go? " Spitfire asked.

"No. I still have something to do in here before I go." With that, Fire left the room and headed down to the hall to see if the portal to Ponyville that he created before was still in there.

"I hope this works. ‘I need your help, Pinkie.’ " He wrote on a paper before sending it through the portal..

"What are you doing in here, Fire Storm? " a voice asked behind him.

As Fire stood in there, he could feel his blood run through his veins.. "This is not good" he thought as he turned around.

"Princess Celestia! What are you doing here? " Fire asked as he is thinking to himself " I am SO done for”.

" I could ask you the same, Fire. " Princess Celestia said as her guards surrounded him..

"Crap! As good at fight as I am I can't win against her solar guards! They’re too strong!" Fire thought as he tried to find a way out of there. It was then that he remembered about his twin Katana swords.

"Don't even try it, Fire. You can't win.” One of the solar guards said as she pulled out a huge sword.

"Well you all are drawing out your swords. What’s wrong with getting out my own weapons? Is it the fact that I am faster than you? "Fire asked smugly as he got ready to fight.

"We will see about that. Princess, you can see up there.” Celestia rushed to the upper floor with two escorts following her. The same guard turned to Fire. “Oh, and don’t worry about your marefriend. We’ll keep an eye on that mare of yours, Fire and..." Before the guard could finish what he was saying, Fire attacked him and wound him.

"YOU LEAVE RAINBOW OUT OF THIS! I'M THE ONE YOU WANT! NOT HER! SHE IS NOT INVOLVED WITH THIS!" Fire screamed as he fought the solar guards.

He dashed quickly to the portal, killing half the ponies in the room that dared to step in his way..

"Well... It has been fun but I got to go."

And with that, Fire jumped the portal closing it behind him.

Meanwhile...

"Do you think Fire will be ok? " Fleetfoot asked as she looked at Spitfire and Luna with concern.

"Are you kidding me? Fire is smarter than that to get captured by the solar guards. Remember that he has trained with Luna about how to use his shadow powers... and besides, that Shadow won't let Fire get in over his head." Spitfire said as they ran down the hall turning left and going to the balcony.

"It’s time to fly, Princess. " Spitfire said as they spread their wings and took off.

"Where are we going? And please, call me Luna. You worked in my guard long ago to gain that privilege." Luna said as they flew over Canterlot.

" PonyVille. " That was Spitfire's answer as they flew toward the tiny village.

"Why PonyVille? " Luna asked over the wind going by them.

"Well... that is where Fire Storm wants us to meet him and the elements. " Fleetfoot chimed in.

As the three of them made their way to PonyVille, Fire Storm was making his way there, too.

Back to Fire Storm

"Twilight are you here?" Fire yelled as he teleported into the library with a loud “bang”.

"I think it would be better if you wouldn’t blow up all my books, Zach. " Twilight said rather grumpy that all the books on the north wall just flew around the room when he showed up..

"Sorry about that. And the name’s Fire Storm now. Remember that? " As he moved to help pick up the books that he had sent all over the room. One book stood out from the rest of them. A copy of “magic on the go. Everything you need to know about magic for now.

"Why do you have this Twi? "

"Oh, you know... I like to keep the library up to date with all the new books. " She answered while looking to another place.

"Oh, yeah.Then, why it has no pages? It has only only letters from you and princess Celestia on it.” He suddenly froze when a sudden chill ran through his back.

He could remember all the recent things that he saw.

“You do know she is trying to kill her own sister right? " He said as he took the book from the floor.

Twilight instantly turned against him with her face blushing of rage.

"You don't know that, Fire! Luna could have been trying something that forced her to do what she do." Twilight said as she took the book from Fire’s hands.

"What could Luna have done that would justify killing her? I don't see how that is possible! Luna is a good pony. She would never do something like what Celestia’s saying she did. Besides that Celestia tried to attack me just a few hours ago! I don't see how this is ok! " Just then, Spike came in the room with a look on his face that said “You are too loud”

" Well think back to what you did to bring it on yourself. " Twi said as she tried to defend her mentor.

"It doesn't work that way Twi. Shinning could see this coming. That is why he go to the crystal empire 4 years ago." Fire said finally to Twilight. " If you can't see it, then you need to grow up. A war is coming… and you need to chose a side, girl." And with that Fire left Twilight standing there, thinking about what she just heard.
