//-------------------------------------------------------// The Multiverse Brawl -by TwilightWriter- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Multiverse Brawl Rules //-------------------------------------------------------// Multiverse Brawl Rules Multiverse Theory Think of the Multiverse as a blank planet, like mars, with nothing but dead trees. Each of these trees are timelines of a dimension. The branches of the trees are alternate realities, or breaks from the timeline. Other trees tend to grow around it, and grow more alternate realities. If branches of other dimensions touch, that sends a link from one dimension to the other. Letting them cross paths. Multiverse Brawl Rules You may wonder what the "Multiverse Brawl" is. It is simple. It is a fight to the death, involving several individual beings from different alternate realities or dimensions. The beings of the dimension or alternate reality must participate in the games. If not, their dimension is completely annhilated, and is removed from the multiverse. Though if they choose to participate, they must fight to the death with everyone participating in the games. There are 12 specific dimesions that have been chosen to fight in the games each year. (In earth years.) The 12 dimensions each must tribute 2 random beings of the appropriate age to fight in the games. Each of the dimensions are different. From humans, grunts, elites, koopas, goombas, ponies, and many more. The dimensions that participate are: D-1 Heroes of Olympus, D-2 Jin's Story, D-3 Adventure Time, D-4 Super Mario World, D-5 Dragon Ball Z, D-6 Call of Duty, D-7 Halo, D-8 Team Fortress 2, D-9 Assasins Creed, D-10 DC Universe, D-11 Fairy Tail, and D-12 My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. We take most of these dimensions fighters from a place called earth, where many worthy fighters are found. Choosing the one to fight is simple. We take many individuals worthy of fighting in the games and put them in a blank dimension without any notification. Though they do know what day it is on. Each of their names are put in a randomizer machine. This machine randomly chooses one of the beings in the audience to fight in the games. If a being wants to, they may volunteer as tribute for the games. This may only happen in certain dimensions that have been chosen for the games. These dimensions are; D-12: My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, D-11: Fairy Tail, D-6: Call of Duty, D-8: Team Fortress 2, D-4: Super Mario World, and D-2: Jins Story. After the fighters have been chosen, they have the choice to make a loadout for themselves. In more description, a fighter may choose items for their, "class", I guess you could say, that has special components to support certain statistics. Although the items that may be used in their loadout is limited. Firearms can not be used in the games. Explosives, unless salvaged, can not be used in the games. RC objects, can not be used in the games. Attachments, such as ACOG sights can not be equipped to projectile weapons such as the crossbow, unless salvaged. Special bolts such as the taser bolt, can only be salvaged. There are limitations to the number of peices of equipment a fighter can put in his/her loadout. (0/6) The fighters chosen don't usually have any kind of special powers. When they do, they are limited on them. For instance, unicorns have special powers that can enable them to initiate "spells". In the games, we limit the number of spells a unicorn can use, or limit the capabilities of a spell. Before the games, the fighters have at least two weeks to train with their loadout. They are given many things to help them such as, training dummies, ART rooms (Augmented Reality Training), trees to climb, obstical courses, and many other helpful things. After two weeks of training fighters are each sent to be judged on their progress. The judges each watch the fighters demonstration of their specialty in battle. They rate their demostration on a rate of one to ten. When the games start, the fighters each stand on a short podium, surrounded by a biome of our choice. (The biome is usually a forest biome.) The podiums are placed to make a large circle that surrounds a bunch of supplies. These packs of supplies have a vareity of equipment to help a fighter with survival in the games. After a fighter either runs away into the biome, goes to get equipment, or kills himself before the games, their on their own. (Unless their dead.) Oh yes, and before the games start, the fighter can not go off the podium, or he/she gets blown away. There are other ways for a fighter to get supplies. To get everyone (Equestrian: Everypony) to like the fighter. That way a fighter can get sponsors. There are plenty of ways to get sponsors, (One is not killing the sponsors.) it's easy, just make a good show for people. (Equestrian: Ponies) All of the killing that goes on in the games goes on the "Multiverse Channel". Everyone (Equestrian: Everypony) usually watches the games, especially the sponsors. If the sponsors like the fighter, they can send them supplies. There is nothing else to say about the Multiverse Brawl. All I have left to say is, have fun with killing! Spoken by GLaDOS //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1: Chosen //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1: Chosen Today was the day. The day that a large group of ponies were sent to the blank dimension for their fate to be decided. I will be among them, along with Scootaloo. She is now old enough to be chosen out of the ponies for the games. So now she lays in my hooves, crying. 20 minutes...I thought, still holding the orange filly in my hooves. Her parents let me have her for the day. I brought her inside my house and sat on the cloud couch. "Scoots, it's really not that bad. Besides, the machine usually doesn't choose ponies on their first day. Plus, not to be mean, but your still a little squirt, and won't put on much of a show.". "I-I-It's put on r-random. We don't know if I'll be chosen." Scootaloo said looking up at me with tears in her eyes, and a few sniffles. "You aren't going to the games, I promise." "P-promise?" "Ya, I won't let anything happen to you squirt." "Really?" "Really really." "Th-thanks." Scootaloo said as she lowered her head and rested it on me. I watched the filly rest on my chest as I thought about the good times we had. I was like a sister to her, and she is like a sister to me, I couldn't let something happen to her. I would never forgive myself if she died in the Multiverse Brawl. I looked up at the clock to check how much time we had. We had five minutes until the ceremony. I then looked down to check if Scootaloo was asleep. She was. I smiled, but I didn't say anything until realizing that we had five minutes. "Scoots... Scoots wake up." I said while shaking her a little. Then her eyes started to crack open a little. "Cmon, just five more minutes." Scootaloo said with a tired voice, placing herself in a more comfortable position as she said it. "Scoots we only have five minutes." "Why?" . "Scoots were going to the ceremony in about..." *POOF*!!! "...now...". Scootaloo immediately sprang to her hooves on the blank ground. "W-what?". I got up from where I was sitting and saw many ponies that were being "poofed" here along with me and Scootaloo. Then I approached Scootaloo and whispered in her ear "Be strong Scootaloo.". She nodded, and we began to approach where the great mass of ponies were looking at a stage that looked nothing like the rest of the never-ending whiteness of the dimension. It was a very new looking, wooden stage that had two metal poles that were held up by another two poles behind each of them. The two poles connected in the middle of the stage above everyone standing on it. The poles that connected had about four lights and held up a banner that said "Multiverse Brawl" on it. To the right and left of the stage were several TVs that showed clips from past games. The people standing on the stage were skeletons in neat little suits, not pony skeletons, but human skeletons. These skeletons also weilded swords. They have never used them on anypony so I guess they just use them for intimidation, or to look cool. I looked around for my friends, and I think Scootaloo told me that she was going to look around for hers. I saw Applejack on the far left side of the audience, probably looking for one of the gang. I slowly approached Applejack and saw that she wasn't looking in my direction. So I decided to try and scare her. I crouched down and got closer to Applejack. Trying to stay hidden in the audience. And then... "BOO!!" "GAH!!! PINKIE!!!" "HAHAHAHA!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN YOUR FACE!!! HAHAHAHA!!!" Pinkie Pie said, holding her stomach, lying on the floor, and basically laughing her heart out. "Pinkie!! You scared me!" "Aaah... I know it was great..." "Don't do that!!" "Ok... aaaah... That was hularious." "So Pinkie do you know where the others are?" "Ya! There's one right there!" Pinkie Pie pointed behind her at Applejack. "Oh yeah. Let's go over to her." o)O(o< "Umm... Rainbow? Where are you?" Scootaloo began to panic. She had lost herself in the crowd. She began to dart round the inside of the audience, looking for me. She couldn't fly, everypony was grounded, nopony could even jump. When she stopped, tears started to well up in her eyes. Nopony noticed her as she fell to her knees and quietly sobbed. "R-Rainbow... where are you?" Nopony noticed the orange crying filly except one certain stallion. He was a dark blue unicorn with a light blue mane that looked like it glittered in the light. He approached Scootaloo and layed down next to her. She didn't notice him because she was silently crying in her hooves, concealing her eyes and ignoring almost everything around her. "Are you ok?" The blue unicorn said with a silent voice close to Scootaloos ear. Scootaloo stopped her crying and looked up at what she now realized was a stallion. She showed a little bit of fear in her face when she looked at the stallion. "I... Um..." "Whats wrong?" Scared that you'll be chosen?" The unicorn said encouragingly, scooting up closer to Scootaloo. "Y-yeah..." Scootaloo said, looking down at the floor. "Is it your first time here?" "Y-yeah" "It's ok, ponies on they're first year usually don't get chosen." "That's what my, *sniff*, friend told me." "You have a good friend then. Is your friend here with you?" "Yeah" "Did you get separated from her?" "Yeah" "Wanna go find her?" "Yeah" "Alright then, let's go." The unicorn got up from where he was sitting by Scootaloo and offered a hoof to help her up. After, they both started looking for Rainbow Dash. It took a while for the pair to say anything. Though the dark blue unicorn eventually found that he didn't know what Scootaloos friend looked like. So he spoke up. "So what does your friend look like?" "Her name is Rainbow Dash." Scootaloo began, "She has a rainbow colored mane, and blue fur.". "Wait Rainbow Dash? I think I've heard of her before." "How couldn't you have heard of the fastest flier in Equestria?" Scootaloo said, now a bit happier, and at ease. "Oh, now I remember. She performed the sonic rainboom correct?" "Yup! Isn't she awesome?" "Yeah, I guess." "Guess? How do you guess?" "I don't know... Hey, did I mention my name by any chance?" "No you didn't. I didn't either." "My name is Stardust. How about you?" "I'm Scootaloo. Nice to meet you Stardust." "Nice to meet you too Scootaloo." They looked for me for a while. They must've been looking for me for at least 10 minutes before they found Fluttershy. "Fluttershy!!" Scootaloo yelled over to Fluttershy while running to her to give her a hug. "Scootaloo! You've grown! So good to see you!" Fluttershy said while hugging Scootaloo. "I thought you said we were looking for Rainbow?" Stardust said. "Oh, you must've found a new friend!" Fluttershy said, turning her attention to Stardust. Scootaloo nodded her head. "Mhm. His name is Stardust. He's helping me find Rainbow Dash.". Fluttershy stuck a hoof out to Stardust. "Hello. My name is Fluttershy." Fluttershy said in a somewhat quiet voice that was hard to hear. Stardust stuck out his hoof and gave Fluttershy a hardy hoof shake. "Nice to meet you Fluttershy, my name is... oh, Scootaloo already said my name didn't she.". Fluttershy gave a little giggle and turned to Scootaloo. "Now, Scootaloo you said that you were looking for...". *HOOOOONK*... *HOOOOOONK*... *HOOOOONK*... ... Everypony went silent and turned their attention to the stage, where a skeleton in a glittery white suit and an afro stood. Behind him there were two skeletons in suits moving the randomizer machine into place. It was a purple, rectangular machine, that looks like a slot  machine in a casino. Only without the coin slot and everything. The disco skeleton looked at the audience as the two suited skeletons moved the machine into place. After the two skeletons had put the machine where they wanted it, they left the machine alone and went back to their old positions on the stage and the disco skeleton began to speak. "Hello all ponies in the audience tonight!" (Silence) "Are we all ready for the Multiverse Brawl!!" (More silence) "I bet you are!!" (Disgusted faces and silence) "Let me just say, it is a beautiful honor to be speaking for you people tonight! You are such, great, PEOPLE!!!" (Disgusted faces, more silence, and an empty cup thrown from the audience that completely missed the skeleton.) "Wehehehell, let's get started shall we?" The skeleton said while moving over to the randomizer machine. Scootaloo looked over at Fluttershy, who was biting her hooves, probably thinking; 'Please not me, please not me, please NOT ME!!!'. "Aaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnddddddd SPIN!!!" As the skeleton said these words he pulled down on the giant lever that was connected to the machine. The screen on it had many 0's and 1's that were randomly scattered around. After about 20 seconds the machine finally stopped and made a "dinging" noise. A small slip of paper came out the other side of the machine. The disco skeleton then went to the other side and pulled out the peice of paper. "Aaaaaand the chosen fighter is..." (Drumroll) "...Scootaloo!!". Intsantly Fluttershy sprang out of the crowd. "WOOO!! NOT ME!!!!! YES!!!". "Fluttershy!" Stardust scolded. "Wha... oh... I'm sorry Scootaloo... I'm so sorry..." Fluttershys face instantly turned from a happy face to a sad one as she looked at the now shocked Scootaloo. Scootaloo only stared at the disco skeleton with tears going down her face. She would have trembled to her knees, but everypony was staring at her. She looked at Fluttershy, and then at Stardust. "I-I-I... *sigh*, g-g-goodbye you g-g-guys." All Scootaloo could do was stare at the white ground and try her best to hold back her tears. Stardust and Fluttershy could do nothing but cry as they saw my little sister being escourted to the stage by two skeletons. I stood with Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and now Rarity who had joined us a little while after me meeting up with Pinkie Pie and Applejack. We each stood there, speachless, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie each starting to shed tears. Even I started to cry. 'I promised her that she would be fine, that everything would be ok, that she wouldn't go to the games. I can't just leave her like this. I must do something.'. "And now Scoo..." "I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE!!!" I yelled out for the disco skeleton to hear. Everypony in the audience was in shock at what they just heard. Nopony had ever actually volunteered to go to the Multiverse Brawl. I was the first pony ever in Equestria to volunteer for the games. I went through the crowd and went to my little sister who was still being held up by two suited skeletons. "Squirt, be strong." That was all I said to her before going up the stairs to the stage. After I was on the stage I sat next to the disco skeleton. "S-so you volunteer. Seriously?" The disco skeleton said, sounding a bit awe struck. "Yes, seriously." I said looking over at Scootaloo. "Well... um... fillies and gentlemares WE HAVE A VOLUNTEER!!!" (Just, more, silence and disrespect.) "Alrighty!! Now young colt, what is your name?" (Just get your vocabulary right...) I lifted my head to the audience. "My name is Rainbow Dash.". "Alright! ladygents and coltymares!! Dimension 12s first volunteer!!" (The audience doesn't even care anymore.) "Now for our next fighter in the..." I stared at Scootaloo who I now found with Fluttershy and a dark blue unicorn. The fact that I gave myself up for her makes me proud. 'I hope you have a good life squirt. And I hope you never forget me...'. I smiled as a tear began to form in my eye. I saw her looking at me as if she replied; 'I will Rainbow, I will...'. I came back to realization as I noticed the dark blue unicorn was being called up on the stage. "Soooooo Stardust correct? How do you feel about being chosen for the Multiverse Brawl!!" Stardust just sat there beside the disco skeleton absalutely petrified. His pupils were small as needles, and he was stuck in the same pose the whole time he was stuck on the stage. All he could say was a little squeak. In fact that was the only action he could do besides breathing. "Well... thank you gentlemares and ladycolts! And remember, you will see these two ponies and the Multiverse Brawl on the "Multiverse Channel". Thank you for being here, and goodnight!!!" *POOF* (.........*Sigh*) //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: Goodbye //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: Goodbye *POOF* Me and the dark blue unicorn then stood in a small room with many fancy decorations all over the walls. The unicorn was still in his petrified state, sitting down with his pupils very small, his mouth widely opened, and he barely made a movement. It was kind of cute the way he made little squeaks every now and then too. (What did I just say?) I walked up to him and looked in his eyes. I tried to get his attention by waving my hoof in his face. It didn't work, so he was pretty dazed. Knowing he was in this state I had two options. #1: Buck him in the face. #2: Splash him with water. Knowing the less painful option, I decided to do that instead of bucking him in the face. I looked left from the front door and saw a water dispenser with a stack of cups next to it. I went up to it, pulled out one of the plastic cups from the stack, filled it with water, then I went up to the dark blue unicorn, sat, sipped a bit of water, and splashed it in the unicorns face. "Gah!! Wetness!!!" "You ok now?" "Ya I... uh..." "What?" "Where am I?" "Thats a good question." "Last thing I remember was being with Scootaloo." "Wait what? What were you doing with her?" "I was helping her find... You... I think." He looked from my head to my hooves when he said this. "I found her crying on the floor. You should really be more aware of your surroundings.". "I thought she just went looking for friends." I looked down at the floor. "First she disapeared, then she was chosen. That was a mess." "I know, I was next to your friend when it all happened.". The dark blue unicorn moved over to me and leaned on me. I perked my head up and noticed the nice warm feeling on my shoulder. (Like pee? Yeah, like pee. Warm like pee. Only not nice. Because it SMELLS!!) "Get off me." I said, pushing the unicorn off me. "Sorry, I have a tendancy to get a little clingy." "Clingy?" "Yeah, clingy." The scene sort of when into awkward silence. I went a few hoofsteps away from the blue stallion and sat down on a chair. He did the same. There were a few more seconds of silence until one of us spoke up. "So... your Rainbow Dash correct?" The unicorn began. "Thats me..." I said, acting a bit shy and looking around the room. "I'm Stardust. Good to meet you." "Hey do you know where we might be?" I brought up. "No. Kind of forgot about the obvious question didn't we?" "Yup." I got up from the chair I was sitting in and walked towards the door. Stardust didn't move from his chair. He just looked at me as I opened the door and looked outside. We were in Ponyville square. I saw many eyes staring at the van we were in. It was pretty odd that such a big room was in a normal van. Magic maybe? It didn't really matter. I looked left and right from the door I opened and saw two skeletons in suits guarding the door. "Get back inside the van. If you wanna see people there is a visitor caller thing by the door." One of the skeletons said in a dry voice. "Visitor caller?" I asked. "Yeah, it teleports people you wanna see inside the van. They'll have to leave as soon as we leave though." I went back inside and looked at Stardust. He began with a simple question. "So where are we?" "Were in Ponyville." I said going over to a panel that was probably the visitor caller. "Whats that?" Stardust asked. "A... you don't know what Ponyville is?" "No, I mean the panel thing." "Oh, one of the sac of bones outside told me this thing could bring people here." "Oh, neat. Do you know how it works?" "No." I reached a hoof to the only button on the panel. The rest of the panel was just a big hole. I pressed the button that was on the panel and put my hoof back on the ground. The panel then began to speak. "Hello! You are contacting the visitor caller system!" The machine began in a voice common to an answering machine. "Please say the name of a friend or relative in the dimension of this alternate reality to have him/her teleport to this area. Please speak after the tone. ...*BEEP*... "Um..." There were so many people I wanted to see. I couldn't decide. 'Twilight, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie... Scootaloo...'. "Scootaloo!". "Thank you for using the visitor caller system! Have a good day." *BEEW* After the machine turned off, a huge light filled the room and blinded me and Stardust. I shielded my eyes from the light along with him. When the light cleared, an orange filly stood in the middle of the room. I instantly recognized, and ran over to hug the orange figure. "Scootaloo! You're ok! I'm sorry I lost you!" "What! Rainbow Dash! Where am I?" It looked like the filly was going to get whiplash looking around the room. I just continued to strangle Scootaloo until Stardust got off his chair and approached our reunion. I finally let go of Scootaloo and we looked at each other and smiled. "Scootaloo are you ok?" Stardust asked. "Yeah." Scootaloo said as she looked over at Stardust. "Good." "So where am I?" "Were in... What was it called again?" "Were in Ponyville. In a van." I said. "Were in a van!" Scootaloo yelled. She ran to the door and looked outside. Following this we heard, "Get back inside!!", and Scootaloo did so. She looked at us and spoke, "Oh, we are in a van.". Just after Scootaloo said this, we heard a familiar voice outside of the door. We all looked towards the door where the yelling was coming from. "Let me in!!" Said the voice. "Sorry m'am you have to pay fifty bits to come in." One of the skeletons said. "Fifty bits my flank!! Let me in!!" "No! Fifty bits out of your pocket, then you can come in." "You know what!?" "What?" "Get out of my way!" (Explosion) A lavender alicorn came through the door with an exhausted posture and look. She then turned to to me. "RAINBOW DASH ARE YOU BUCKING INSANE!!! WHY WOULD YOU VOLUNTEER LIKE THAT!!!!" "Because Scootaloo was chosen." "WHO CARES WHAT PONY IT WAS! WHY WOULD YOU... oh... I'm so sorry Rainbow... I didn't know." Twilight put her head down in shame. But she still looked at me. "Twi how did you find out? The princesses can't go to the ceremony." I asked. She instantly perked up at the question. "We have people that go and watch who gets voted in. When the ceremony ends they instantly report to us." "What about the other princesses? Shouldn't they be here?" Scootaloo joined in on the conversation. "Their either crying, or working on things. One of the two. Most likely crying." "Oh, thats nice. At least I know they care." I said. "Y-your majesty?" We all put our attention to Stardust, who was obviously shocked. He didn't bow or kneel, he just stood there shaking. "Rainbow, is this the person who went with you?" Twilight said. "Yeah." There was no time for introduction due to the two guard skeletons coming in and inturrupting our conversation. "Alright ladies! Get out of the van! It's time for you to leave." One of the skeletons said. "Ok. I just have a few last words for my friend." Twilight walked over to me and hugged me, following her was Scootaloo, who I beleive was crying. "Rainbow... try to win... ok." Twilight whispered in my ear. I hugged Twilight and Scootaloo back. "I'll try. For you guys." "Alright now get!" A skeleton said. Twilight let go but Scootaloo held on. "I love you." Scootaloo said with a few sniffles. "I love you too Squirt. You be good while I'm gone. Ok?" "Ok..." Scootaloo refused to let go of me, but Twilight used her magic to pry her off of me with a little difficulty. I could see Scootaloos tears flow down her face as she looked at me. I could hear her cries even as Twilight left with her out of the van. The skeletons each advanced to a doorway through a door left of the front door. I went to the side of the room and sat on the chair I sat on earlier, Stardust did the same with his chair.. I thought distinctly about Scootaloo. The fact that I might never see her again tortured my mind as we departed. Will I ever see her again... //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Highway to D-13 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Highway to D-13 It had been one hour since we left for Dimension 13, where the Multiverse Brawl is held. Me and Stardust were told that it would be a four hour trip. I would have been bored out of my mind if I wasn't thinking of my friends and Scootaloo. I looked over at Stardust. He was fast asleep in his chair. Sleep sounded good right now, I was really tired. Todays events were exhausting. First Scootaloo got lost, then she got chosen, then I volunteered to go in her place, then I appeared in a van with Stardust, and then... (Sleep) I awoke in the same chair I slept in for three hours for the trip. My eye lids felt heavy as I opened my eyes. The first thing I saw was me, for I was curled up in a little ball. I didn't lift my head, or move my attention to anything else but me. I was still in a groggy state due to the long nap that I took, so I didn't feel like moving at all. I didn't  want to go back to sleep either. I just layed there on the chair, resting. My eyes began to close, but I still didn't want to sleep. I was probably awake laying on the chair for about five minutes until Stardust came up to me and began to speak. "Rainbow?". I groaned and wiggled a bit. "Rainbow were here.". I just pulled myself tighter into my ball. I heard a 'hm' and some hoofsteps. I guessed he just walked away. But then I began to feel myself lift off the chair, losing the grip that held my little ball and making me spring open. He put my face up to his. "Time to get up sleepyhead." He said with a smile. "Whyyyyyy?" I asked in a whiney voice. "It's time to go to school you dolt!" "I'm to old for school." "Oh my gosh." Stardust whispered. "Were at D-13!" I immediatly sprang into action. (Still being held up by magic of course.) "W-wait! What!!" "Yup." He released me from his magic and I plopped down on the ground. I immediatly ran for a nearby window. I saw thousands of skeletons of many species waving at the van. All I could think of was panic. But I didn't. The van came to a stop with a 'screeech'. I looked at the door. Two skeletons came through a door to the left of the door I was staring at. "We're here!" They both said in unison. "Now please exit through the door!" Only one of them said this time. "Wait, you aren't coming with us?" Stardust said. "Nope! Now out you go!" Stardust and I both could do nothing but do what they said. So we both walked towards the front door slowly, and together. "Anything else after we exit?" I asked, looking at one of the skeletons. "Just keep going strait and you'll make it to a door, walk through it and wait for your trainer." "Trainer?" "Yupseeyabye!!" One of the skeletons said as they both pushed me and Stardust out the door, slamming it behind us. Before we knew it, me and Stardust were being pounded by smiles, confetti, and applause from the multi-species skeletons behind a short, brightly colored wall that separated them from a red carpeted trail that led to a door. "Well... let's go." Stardust said encouragingly, getting a head start in front of me. I began to follow his lead. I kept my head down. I felt embarassed, I don't know how, but I just did. Stardust, on the other hoof, seemed to be enjoying it. He kept his head high, smiling, waving a hoof every once in a while. When we reached the door, Stardust opened it with his magic and let me inside first. I looked back at our "fans" and managed to put out a fake smile. As soon as I got inside Stardust went in and closed the door. The room was completely empty, no sounds could be heard. Not even the sounds of those skeletons. It was a small room with four chairs and a table in the middle of them. On that table there seemed to be three cups, and a tea kettle that I thought to be full of tea. Around the chairs there were many tables with a bunch of different pastries, and beverages. Some I had never seen before. "Is this like a dining room?" Stardust asked. "Looks more like a small potluck." "Do we get to eat these?" "I don't know." Me and Stardust approached one of the plates that was full of untouched pastries and looked at it. "Try poking it." Stardust said. "Why would we poke it? It's meant for eating right?" "So eat it." "Ok." I reached and grabbed one of the pastries, then I held it close to my face and hesitated. "Are you scared?" "No I'm not scared." "Than eat it." "You eat one." "Why? You want me to check if it's poison?" "No, I want you to... prove yourself." "So eating this will prove I'm brave." "Brave enough to eat foreign foods." "So you are scared." "No I'm not." "Than eat yours first." "Fine." I plopped the pastry into my mouth and chewed it slowly. I prepared to touch it with my toungue. It tasted... good. It filled my mouth with the flavor of chocolate. I immediately chewed it the rest of the way up and swallowed it. My eyes glistened in reflection of the taste of the wonderful pastry. "How was it?" "Like....... heaven!" "Really?" "Eat yours!! Eat yours!!" "Are you feeling o *HURMPH*" I forced the pastry into Stardusts mouth. I then stood back and saw him carefully chew it. His eyes soon started to shine like mine did. "How was it?" "Like....... heaven!" We both giggled in unison and looked at the other pastries around the room. "We should eat more!!" "Yes!!" We instantly jumped into a "Pinkie Pie" kind of sugar rush and started to bounce around the room. We ate every single pastry we saw. Every once in a while one of us would say "Oooh! Try this one!", and throw one across the room to each other. o)O(o< Meanwhile, outside that room. GLaDOS, the arena designer, and supervisor, was walking with Stardust and I's trainer, Be. Be was a blue furred, yellow maned earth pony that had previously won the games. "One more question." GLaDOS and Be were now outside the door, all the skeletons had gone to their homes. Be was asking GLaDOS questions on their way to the room Stardust and I were in. "What is it Be?" "Why did you choose me to train them?" "Because one of them is the first tribute in D-12 and she needs a special trainer." "But why not another person to train them?" "Because their ponies moron! Quit being Wheatly! Your the only one who can teach ponies how to fight! Besides, this might be the last time you see your own stupid race again." "Really? Their my race! Wait... Wheatly?" Winners of the games stay in D-13 forever. The people in charge of the games take the winners and completely change their identities, and memory. So your lucky if you get to see your race ever again. "Wheatly is... a person. So are you going to go in there or what. I have stuff to do." "Ok. So right through this door?" "Moron... Yes!" "Ok." "Bye moron." "Bye." GLaDOS phased through the air and vanished. Then Be turned and looked at the door. *Sigh* 'Well, here I go.' Be opened the door to find Stardust and I feasting piggishly on pastries. We all paused instantly realizing the situation we were in. We just stared at each other in awkward silence for what seemed like minutes. Stardust and I stood on opposite tables with several colors on our mouths. Be stood at the door awestruck at the mess that we made. There were splattered pastries everywhere on the floor, walls, and even the ceiling. There were also plates spread everywhere across the room. "Um... hi." Be said, keeping his struck position and look. "Hi." I said with a mouth full of food. Be walked in the room a bit farther. "Quite a mess you got here." "Yes... indeed." Stardust said. I got down from the table and sat down on a chair in the middle of the room and looked down at the floor. Stardust and Be did the same. We sat in a long awkward silence. All of us staring at the floor. It took a while until I broke the silence. "Soooooo." Be perked his head up at me, "Who are you?". "Oh yeah, I sort of forgot the obvious question didn't I? My name is Be, I will be your trainer for the games." "You mean the only pony that won the games?" Stardust joined the conversation. "Yeah. Thats me." (Another silence for some reason.) "So whats your first tip?" I began again. "Don't die." "Nice tip." Stardust said sarcastically. Be stretched his hooves in the air and yawned loudly. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm sleepy." "But it's day time." I said. "No. It's night time." "Really?" "Yeah. The train is going to leave soon as well." "Train?" "Thats what I thought too. Cmon, I'll lead you to the beds. It's going to be a two day trip to where the events are being held." "Ok but I have more questions." Stardust said. "Ask away." "Train?" "Oh yeah." I didn't listen to them anymore. I just looked down at the floor as we walked through the hallways that led to the beds. With them distracted this gave me a little time to think about Scootaloo. Though there was nothing to think about except how much I loved her, and I may never see her again. Those two thoughts just looped through my mind continuously, like I couldn't stop thinking about her. When we got to the beds Stardust and I stopped in front of Be, who turned to face us and spoke. "These are the beds that you and I will be sleeping in for two days.". The bedroom was much like the room with the (Amazing!) pastries, only with bunk beds stood right beside each other. Between each bed was a small desk with one droor and a lamp. Only all of the lamps were unlit. Stardust giggled a bit. "What?" Be asked. "You made a joke." Stardust said, still giggling. "How? Oh. Hm. Well goodnight." "Goodnight." Me and Stardust said in unison. Then Be went, and crawled into a top bunk bed. "Would one of you get the light?" Be asked as he climbed a ladder into a bed. "Sure." I said, "Where is it?". "It's by the door." I looked over to the left of the door. There was a white rectangle with some green lights on it. "This thing?" I asked, approaching the rectangle. "Yes." I looked at it. It had no buttons, or pulleys, or anything but lights on it. "How does it work?". Stardust soon came over by my side to look at it. "That is a light Be. Not something to turn off lights.". "It has motion sensors." Be began, "Put your hand onto it. Has your technology gained any?". "Has your eyes gained any? We have hooves." I said in a rude voice. "Oh, sorry. I've been in this dimension for so long I guess I sort of forgot my own body parts." I put my hoof over the green. *BEEP* Stardust and I gasped at the sound and jumped. "What are you, cavemen?" "Ponies." I said, looking back at Be. "Whatever." We all said goodnight to each other before we each crawled into beds. As I closed my eyes Scootaloos figure slowly came into view. Thats all I dreamed about in my sleep. Her. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4: Simulation //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4: Simulation Stardust and I were brought into a room by Be with nothing but a chair. Nothing else, just a chair, just a metal chair. This metal chair just sat in the middle of the room... being a chair. Soon the curiosity forced a question from my mouth. "Be, this is a chair. Why did you take us to a room with nothing but a chair?" "This isn't just any chair." Be said, moving over to the chair and pressing a button on it that I didn't notice before. "It's a simulation chair." When he pressed the button, a bunch of wires with suction cups popped out of secret compartments that just fell out on the floor. A breifcase also came out the back of the chair. Stardust approached the chair and looked at one of the fallen wires. "What are these?" "They're things that I attach to our heads so we can see your simulation." "What-" I began to say, but I was interrupted by Be. "A technology from a dimension that used to participate in the games." He walked over to the briefcase and brought it forward with his mouth. Then he placed it in front of us. "In here, we have the simulation serum.". "Wha-" Stardust was also interrupted by Be. "The simulation sends you into the games so you can try out your loadout. Which reminds me; you two still haven't made your loadouts yet." Be looked between Stardust and me, and then to the door. "You two can make your loadouts on the screen's out there." Stardust and went outside the room. The room was as empty as it was when I passed it earlier. I guess that with all the rooms on this train they didn't have time to decroate them all. I looked more closely around the room. There were two screens to the right of the door we exited. I went to the one on the left, and Stardust on the right. On the screen it said, Touch Screen to Start. So I touched the screen with my right hoof and it shined white before going to another slide. I found it amazing that another world could be so different. I heard there was some kind of unheard magic or technology. But a machine that could detect motion? How far can they go? The screen had many squares with many different sharp looking weapons. At the bottom of the screen it had a number that said 0/6. The top of the screen had several different names of races. I read through them. Human, Grunt, Elite, Koopa Troopa, Unicorn, Earth Pony, Pegasus. I pressed my hoof to "Pegasus" as soon as I pressed my hoof on it, it brought the screen to several weapons that would perfectly fit a pegasus. I scrolled through the weapons by moving the screen with my hoof. I pressed my hoof to a weapon that would be used on my hoof. It showed a larger image of the weapon, and a description beside it. It said: A weapon that is placed on a fighter's hoof. This weapon it a spiked hoof weapon that adds additional power and lethalness to a punch, or buck. Magic can be applied to this weapon. I thought of tackling somepony (one) with the hoof weapon. With my speed, it would be incredibly lethal and hard to dodge. I looked down by the lower right corner of the screen that had a green rectangle that said, "Add to Loadout". I pressed it, and I continued in my search for weapons. I also found that I could also add peices of armor to my loadout. I found the five other peices of my loadout; a blade that clings to my wings, a chest guard, a helmet, shin guards, and a steel horn that sticks to my helmet. I finished up my loadout and looked to my right. Stardust must've been done with his a few minutes ago because he was gone. I walked in the room with the simulation chair. Stardust was sitting it the chair, and Be was attatching those suction cups to himself, and Stardust. "Hi. Done with your loadout?" Be asked me, attaching a wire to his head. "Yeah." I replied. "Well, do want to see inside Star's simulation?" "Sure." "Alright then come here." Be motioned me to come to him, and I did so. He attatched three suction cups to my head. Two on my temples, one on my forehead. Then he reached down into the metal breifcase that popped out the bottom of the chair earlier. He pulled out a regular sized needle. "Ok Star, show me your neck." Be said. "Wh-GAAAAAA!!!" Stardust freaked out with eye contact with the needle. He flailed as Be tried to keep Stardust on the chair. I fell to the ground laughing and pounding my hoof on the floor After about thirty seconds of screaming, Be managed to force the needle into Stardust's neck. He soon fell asleep afterward. I began to see into his thoughts. A dark blue blur came into veiw. It was Stardust. He was in the middle of a field surrounded my a forest. He was wearing a helmet, back guard, chest guard, hoof weapons (Only on his back hooves.), and a crossbow and quiver (The quiver being full of arrows.). Each of the weapons were gold colored, as the weapons I chose were. He was standing on a podium, awaiting the games to start. There were many different species standing on podiums around him. The podiums formed a circle. In the middle of the circle there was a bunch of supplies scattered along the grass that was sheltered by a cornucopia. 19 A number said in the sky. I couldn't really tell if he was scared, or eager. He was shaking, yet he had a determined face. He began to lift his hoofs up and down to get rid of the shaking. 5 5 five seconds before, killing, life, and death. This is how it feels to be like this. This will be how I feel. This will be my demise, or my life. 3... 2... 1... *HOOOOOONK* Most of the fighters charged into the cornucopia, the others ran into the forest. Stardust was among the ones who ran to get supplies. I could already see people dying, and falling to the ground, covered in blood. It looked like Stardust didn't care. He just kept running, and running. He definitely looked scared though. He was looking around every angle as he ran. He tripped. He fell to the ground like a boulder. A species I had never seen before spotted him. It was a tall beast that wore silver armor. It was like a small minotaur, only without the horns and its mouth was like a spider. It weilded a trident. It lifted up its weapon at Stardust and gave a mighty shout as he threw his trident forward. Stardust was able to dodge the attack. Though the beast threw itself at Stardust, tackling him to the ground. Stardust tried to use his magic to pull it off of him, but he couldn't do it. The beast stabbed him with a knife. And we woke up. We all became awake, gasping for air. We sat with awestruck faces. All of us except Be. Who said, "Well... Rainbow wanna give it a shot?". "Sh-sure..." I said, still in a struck state. o)O(o< Same feeling. Same setting. Same thing. I look around my surroundings. These are the same people in Stardusts simulation. I look at the beast to my left. The same one that "killed" Stardust. He looks at me. I instantly look away. Though that glimpse that I got of his eyes showed me something I didn't see before. The look wasn't intimidating, or calm, or cocky. They were scared. I looked back at it, and it looked back at me.  The eyes were trusting now. But then I looked deeper into them, and saw life, sentience even. I looked back at the cornucopia, and above it. 5... 4... 3... 2... (Buck!)  1... *HOOOOOONK* I knew I could run in and grab something before anyone noticed my presence. I immediately flew into the cornucopia, grabbed a red bag and looked into the forest. The path was blocked. I flew up with the bag in my forelegs. A stubby, brown, winged, large mouthed creature with spiked armor stood in my path. It tackled me and bit my front right leg, causing the bag to fall-along with me. I hit the ground with a thud. I felt no pain. It felt like I was panicking though. But I felt nothing else. I closed my eyes, and felt myself lift away from the universe. Is it over... o)O(o< I awoke in pain. I could now feel it. It surged through my body like electricity. I opened my eyes. A blur came into veiw. It was the beast. It was sitting on a rock, its back turned to me. I lifted up my head and groaned in pain. I looked over at my leg that was badly injured. It wasn't covered in blood, but it still leaked some. The beast then turned around and said, "You are awake.". Its voice was low toned, and strong. I flinched realizing he noticed my concious presence. My heart started beating fast as negative realities popped up in my mind. He's going to kill me. He's going to kill me. HIDE! RUN! "You were attacked by a Flying Goomba, and I saved you. I did my best to heal your wounds too." Those thoughts soon left my mind when I heard this. A bit of encouragement brang me to say, "Thanks.". I looked at myself. My armor and weapons were gone. "Where's my stuff?" "It is behind you." I tried to look behind me, but a shock of pain went through me when I tried. "You must be still. Your wounds have not healed yet." It said, not making a movement. "Ok." I moved back into place. "So what's your name?" "My name is Gresk. And you are?" "My name is Rainbow Dash." I moved into more of a slouching position as I said this. It flinched, and stood. "Do you hear that?" "Hear what?" Gresk moved to my right and picked up his trident. "Stay here." Gresk said. "I must go find our spy." Then he moved out of the cave. I layed on my side, pain surging through me as I did so. Though I ingnored it. I thought of Scootaloo. Her face, her actions, her feelings, her times together with me. I sighed. All of those thoughts left my mind as I heard a scream. It didn't sound like Gresk, but it still filled me with fright. I closed my eyes and thought of happy things. But that just lead to Scootaloo, which made me cry. Gresk soon came in. He saw me crying and crouched down next to me. "Are you ok? What happened?" Gresk asked. I just continued to cry. I managed to look up at it. That just made me remember Stardusts "death", and caused me to cry more. He put a hand on my shoulder. I looked back at Gresk, looking into his eyes this time. I saw sympathy, and care. Not hatred. In which brought me to think, This isn't Stardusts simulation. I calmed down. My body still shook through my breaths. "I'm ok. I just need to think." I said. "I'll leave you to your thinking then." "Thanks." Then I drifted off to sleep. And Scootaloo, again, came into veiw. o)O(o< I awoke in pain again. Only this time emotionally, and physically. All night I dreamed of dead, lifeless faces. These faces were my friends and family, only with blood dripping down their faces. I silently cried to myself. I cried until I fell asleep again. Gresk woke me up by shaking me. He told me that we had to eat breakfast and move to another location. We both sat across from each other from a large rock, eating berries and fruits that Gresk found. Gresk put my injured leg in a sling that was a bit too tight and huddled my leg to my chest. Though it helped. "Why did you save me?" I asked. "I-" Gresk sort of shuddered at the question, but he did answer it. "When I looked you in the eyes, I saw more than blue fur and flesh. I saw life. A life beyond this scenario, a life with other people in it that you care for, a life that makes you happy. A life you deserve to live in." I thought for a moment. This was exactly what I thought when I looked into Gresks eyes. I didn't see someone who was a killer, I saw someone who was a living being. "Thanks for saving my life." I said, eating a berry. "Your welcome." We ate for about fifteen more minutes until we grabbed our supplies and went on our way. It was quiet for a while before I said something. "What species are you?" I asked. "I am an Elite from D-7." Gresk said, jumping over a fallen tree. "What is your race?" "I am a pegasus." "Of what dimension?" "D-12" "Ah. Equestria. Such a good and peaceful race. A shame they have been forced to fight here." "Mhm. Where are we going?" "Anywhere safe." We walked for about thirty minutes over several terrain. Sometimes, Gresk had to help me over obstacles. I couldn't fly because I would be shot out of the sky. I learned I wasn't as fast as I thought at the cornucopia. We eventually came to an open creek and stopped. The creek was not secluded at all. It was like the grass area with the cornucopia, only with rocks and water as well as grass. I looked up and closed my eyes. The sun felt good on my face. This was the first time I had ever felt luxurious since I came to D-13. Then I opened my eyes back up and looked around. Gresk wasn't by my side anymore. I looked around and found him looking at the ground where the grass met the rocks. "Gresk what are you doing?" I said. "Come. I have found our new shelter." I walked to his side and looked into the hole in the ground. It seemed like it had stairs that went down into a semi-blackness. I was only partly dark because me and Gresk were blocking most of the sunlight. Next to the hole there was a large rock that could cover the hole up, and keep our cave camoflauged. Gresk held me up in his arms as he walked down the stairs. (By now I had guessed he was male.) I couldn't walk down the stairs with my hurt leg, it was too steep. Then he layed me down on the cold rock floor. "You stay here." He said. "I will go get firewood." He left me in the medium sized room alone as he went to go get wood. The room was much like the (Amazing!) pastry room on the train. Only rugged and empty. As he left he covered up some of the sunlight that peered into the cave. Wait, sunlight? That could only mean... He forgot to close the rock. I got up and moved into the darkness that was left where noone would see me. I tried to calm down and level my heartbeat. I layed my head down on the rock floor and tried to sleep. I thought of Scootaloo, and my other friends. But thats when I realized. I'm in a simulation. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 5: GLaDOS //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 5: GLaDOS I woke up to find Stardust and Be nowhere to be found. They weren't in the simulation room, nor was I in the simulation room. I was in a hospital bed, surrounded by other empty beds. The rest of the room was white. I pulled myself from under the covers and moved to a nearby door. I moved through it into something that looked like a waiting room. It had several chairs and tables with magazines on them. I looked to my right when I closed the door behind me. I saw Be and Stardust sitting on chairs. They were both staring in my direction. "Rainbow Dash!" Stardust said, running to me and hugging me. I blushed at his action. The hug went into a silence as Stardust held me tighter. "Umm..." I just slowly patted Stardust on the back. I wanted this to end. It felt too awkward, too personal. Finally, to my relief, Be broke the silence. "You done?" "What? Yes!" Stardust said, realizing the awkward situation we were in. He instantly detatched from me. He looked down at the floor to disguise his blushed face. "Ok then! Now Rainbow, are you curious about what happened to you in the simulation room?" "Um. Yes, very curious." I said, shaking off the awkwardness of Stardust's hug. "Well, you see. Usually our simulation only goes on for about ten minutes. But somehow, you were able to stay in there for more than that. About two hours. Our guess was that either you were dead, or you were Divergent. Divergent means you can manipulate simulations, or even shut them down. That is not dangerous though." "Ok... so I'm Divergent?" "Yes. Most people are." "So... is that a good thing? Or a bad thing?" "Good thing." After about twenty minutes of boring dialog, we left the room to go to dinner. Apparently, I had slept over lunch. On our walk to the room with the (Amazing!) pastries, I told Stardust and Be about what they didn't see in the simulation. Stardust was pretty shocked that I made friends with the thing that "killed" him. When we got to the (Amazing!) pastry room, we were shocked to find a suprise guest. "GLaDOS!" Be said in delight. "Hello Be. How have your student's been." GLaDOS said in a somewhat robotic, female voice. "Who's this?" Stardust asked. I was too focused on her yellow glowing eyes to ask first. "What? You haven't introduced me? Well, as he said," GLaDOS said, looking over at Be, and back to us. "I am GLaDOS. Or, in more detail, the arena designer and organizer. I make the arena for the games. Please, sit down and eat some cake." Me and Stardust turned our attention to a black cake that sat on the table, and then at each other. A look of glee covered our faces. Then we leaped for the cake. "WAIT NOOOOOOO!!!!" Be screamed at us, though Stardust and I ignored him and started feasting menacingly on cake. We should have listened to his warning. We instanly stopped eating the cake. It tasted terrible. We both spat the remaining cake in our mouths onto the platter the cake was on. Our faces became green as a chunky fluid made its way up into our mouths. "Bathroom's that way." Be said, pointing a hoof to his left. Stardust and I immediately rushed into the bathrooms and threw up. It felt nice to throw up. It was like all my troubles went straight into the toilet. Though some day, they would just come back again, like food. We could do nothing but walk slowly, pant, and feel relief as we walked back to the dining room. When Stardust and I got back I said, "What the hay was in that.". "Well there were lots of things," GLaDOS began. "Coco mix, baking soda, fish shaped grahm crackers, fish shaped cheese, fish shaped candles, and that's just the good stuff." GLaDOS smiled. "Never make cake again." Stardust said. "Oh, what? You don't like my cooking?" GLaDOS giggled a bit. "No. We don't. What makes you think we like to eat candles?" I said. "I tried to warn you." Be said, "Now how about we eat something that isn't made out of fish shaped things.". Time went on and we ate. Thank Celestia that everything else wasn't made by GLaDOS. We talked about boring things. Like how she got here on a moving train, and how she began to be (Haha... be) the arena designer, and why she's here. All that stuff. I was sort of staring into space thinking about something that I forgot. Just trying to remember that one thing. What was that thing? Scootaloo, my house, Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity... Now I'm just making myself homesick. Oh what I would give to... No! Stop making yourself homesick! You can't cry at the table. Especially in front of these people. Especially in front of the stallion that'll be with you in the games. What is that supposed to mean? It means that you like him. I don't like him. So you hate him? No. He's... Well you should hate him. You'll have to not care when he kills you, or he dies. I will care if he dies. So you like him? No! Just not like that... I'll care if anyone dies. So you have a crush on everyone else? No! Quit messing around. I was messing around from the beginning. Wait... you didn't know I was joking? So you were being serious, and I'm your conscience, which means... Oh my Celestia I bucking like... "RAINBOW DASH!!!" GLaDOS yelled at me, breaking me out of my trance. "Wha? Who? Where?" I said as I broke from my... arguement. "Now, for the fourth time: What was it like inside the simulation?" "It was... life like..." "I watched your simulation. The being that you became friends with began to have a personality. That is unusually odd knowing that these simulated people do not have personalities. You must be very Divergent." GLaDOS acted like nothing happened. Or maybe I was just over reacting. "What is Divergent?" I knew I was told this before, but I completely forgot the moment Be told me. "Divergence is the ability to manipulate simulations. It is a title that we learned from a world we..." GLaDOS stopped talking for a few seconds and kept going. "We removed their dimesion from the games and found yours..." GLaDOS stared down at the table and we all went into an awkward silence. I've started to think about calling this place the awkward train. There have been at least three awkward moments that we've gone silent in. So it makes sense. Soon we all heard a ringing sound. It came from GLaDOS. She instantly brought her head up and said, "Escuse me.". Then she walked to the corner of the room. I over heard her saying something about someone escaping from a training facility with a bunch of gadgets, weapons, and armor. She sounded pretty mad about it too because everyone could hear her saying, "WHY DID YOU LET HIM GO!!! HOW DID HE GET OUT OF HERE!!! I WANT YOU TO GET THE BOTTOM OF THIS NOW!!!!". *BEEP*. GLaDOS turned to us with a face of anger withdrawl and said, "Sorry, but I have to go.". With a bright glow of yellow light, and "ooh's" and "aah's" from Stardust and I, GLaDOS was gone. She had left us with a half empty table of food in which I did not want to clean. (Yes, I'm a pessimist.) So I just said I was going to bed. Then for some reason that night, I had a dream that all my friends and I were cows, and we were being taken to a party by Griffons. And then we got eaten.......... //-------------------------------------------------------// Bonus Chapter: Meet the Fighters //-------------------------------------------------------// Bonus Chapter: Meet the Fighters Tabuu: After Tabuu's defeat by the hands and claws of the trophy worlds mercenaries, he was lost in his own altered dimension. Rid of his wings, and his powers he was left with no options. But then, he saw a light, and he reached for that light. That light was the key to ultimate power. That light was a connection to a new dimension that would give Tabuu infinite power under one cost: To become mortal. When he came to this new world, he came to one that was blank. It was a completely blank planet. Nothing but a white endless plain. But with his new powers, he had the power to create. He knew this was going to be different this time, he would be smarter this time. So he created a world of his own, with its own species; skeletons. In his rule over the skeletons he got bored. He decided he needed some sort of sport to watch. So he created the Multiverse Brawl. But he was too lazy in his mortal form to take care of all of the preparations every single year. So he looked to the first chosen dimensions of the Multiverse Brawl and found, GLaDOS, Doculus, and Atlas. Throughout this teenagers years, he has been imprisoned by a king named King Engorged, rescued by a mage named Lelf, brought through a huge journey to bring along a bunch of random people to kill a demon who was beginning to destroy the balance of space and time, and found true love. When Tabuu first looked at the dimension, he saw loads of magical power in it. He knew they would put up a good fight in the games. He went to find a good leader, but they did not have a leader. They were all divided into five regions. So, with his powers, he brought all of the leaders to his presence at once and threatened them to give out tributes to the games. They immediately agreed to his terms. In this dimension, Tabuu found Doculus turned into stone and decided to revive him. In return, Doculus would make everything weapon/destruction related happen in the games. 3 Adventure Time: 4 Super Mario World: Tabuu had been in this world once before, but not like this. This was not the trophy world. It was just Mario's world. Tabuu already had enough information about this world, and he was going to destroy it. With ease, he destroyed the Mushroom Kingdom and Desert Kingdom. All that layed before him was Bowser. However, this Bowser was different, he loved the ideas of the games, he loved Tabuu, he practically worshiped him. Tabuu took a liking to Bowser as well, so he asked Bowser if he wanted to join the games, and Bowser was happy to oblige. 5 Dragon Ball Z: 6 COD: 7 Halo: 8 Team Fortress 2: 9 Assassins Creed: 10 DC Universe: When Tabuu first arrived in this dimension, he was intrigued by the amount energy emanating from it. This dimension was perfect for the games. Thinking the most powerful being in this world was its leader, Tabuu immediately went to Super Man. When Tabuu asked Super Man to agree to his terms, he said no. With that, the hardest fight Super Man had ever faced had begun. Super Man, along with his fellow meta-humans fought against Tabuu with much difficulty. Eventually this led to war between Tabuu's dimension versus DC earth. Killing most of the Justice League's heroes, Tabuu prevailed in taking over DC earth, and making them part of the games. Most of the non-meta-humans like Batman, and Green Arrow, survived. However, his job was not done yet, for Wonder Woman, daughter of Athena, fought against Tabuu along with the other Olympians. Except Ares, who took advantage upon the conflict and went to kill the Olympians himself. Ares was now satisfied, he was now the most powerful being in the universe. Now that he ruled DC earth, he could start never ending conflict. Though this power was nothing compared to the fight with Tabuu. So when Tabuu asked Ares to give out tributes, he made a deal: He asked to link his power from DC Universe to Tabuu's dimension for the energy from the conflict. Tabuu happily agreed to his terms, and DC earth has been part of the games ever since. 11 Fairy Tail: 12 MLP-FIM: (Note: This is before the Mane Six were even born.) When Tabuu found this world, it was flowing abundantly with an incredible amount of magical power. He sensed a probable leader in the most unpredictable place he could think of (Sarcastically.), a city on the side of a mountain. When he confronted Celestia, he was shocked to see the world was inhabited by ponies. He didn't really notice the species of the guards as he was killing them. But then he noticed. When he asked for her to give tributes, she immediately said no. Tabuu then threatened to destroy the dimension. She didn't think he was serious at first until he ripped a hole in space to the void. Celestia attempted to use the Elements of Harmony, but to no avail. The beam bounced off of him like a bee to a window. With a bunch of pointless fighting, Celestia agreed to his terms. She could not let all the ponies die at once. Plus she panicked. And then she cried in her pillow for the rest of the day....... //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 6: Love Problems //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 6: Love Problems I woke with a gasp. QUIT!!! ...his eyes staring into yours... OH MY CELESTIA SHUT THE BUCK UP!!!!!!! ...you staring into his... Telling you to shut up is pointless isn't it? ...and then you both come closer to each other... Please don't make me think of it. ...and then you... "SHUT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "GAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Something soft and fast struck my face as I heard Be's voice. "Rainbow Dash were trying to sleep! Quit sleep talking!" I slipped the pillow from my eyes to reveal Stardust on the top bunk next to mine. All my (Consciences) fantasies rushed through my mind and then instantly into my cheeks. My mind felt numb as I stared into his eyes. I imagined the whole entire area just melting away, and Stardust and I just floating towards each other and... "Why are you staring at me like that?" Stardust asked with his soft and soothing voice. *SNAP!!!* I hid behind the covers and just began to sleep. I heard Stardust and Be mumbling about something. I heard a bit of giggling too, only coming from Be. Wow, at that rate you'll never marry... CONSCIENCE, I SWEAR TO CELESTIA!!! IN A TRUNK, OFF A CLIFF!!!! o)O(o< It has just been getting more and more difficult to look at Stardust lately. More and more events have just been leading up to me becoming more and more (In love.) nervous around Stardust. Whenever I look at him I just (Go into a fantasy of love.) lose myself. Whenever I don't look at him I (Want to force his lips into mine.) want to look at him more. When I'm near him I (Want to just snuggle up to him and put my face in his chest.) get butterflies in my stomach. Whenever I think about him (I wonder who will propose first.) I can't think strait. So basically, the main problem with my nervousness is my conscience. So from now on, I am going to ignore it. Feh... Like you can ignore me. I can. Just you wait... I will. At breakfast... I looked at Stardust and smiled. Oh look at those eyes, don't you just want to marry them? I immediately blushed and looked away. No ignoring your conscience Rainbow. Just tell him what you think. No! I swear to Celestia I will find a way to ignore you! I walked up to Stardust as he was leaving the bathroom. I was wearing earplugs. I thought maybe if I couldn't hear him, than my conscience wouldn't be able to comment on him. I couldn't hear a thing. But apparently my conscience can read lips. Oh, Rainbow Dash, your mane looks so amazing today. It totally matches your eyes. I just want to stare at them forever. I want to get closer and closer to them until our lips touch. Oh please Rainbow, you thought blocking your hearing would prevent me from reading his lips? I'll find a way somehow. Even if I go blind doing it. Hmmmm... Blind... "Hey Stardust! Oof! What is that?" I said clumsily. "That's a lamp. Why are you acting so weird today? Why are you wearing a blindfold?" Stardust said. "Oh, um... No reason... hehe..." You're getting nervous! Stop. Don't say it. You- No! -want- Quit! -to- No! Quit it! "Are you ok Rainbow? You're blushing." "I-I'm fine." -kiss- NO!!! -Stardust. "GAAAA!!!" I yelled as I ran into obstacles as I was running back to my bunk. Hm, well so much for blindfolding yourself. What are you going to do next? Have somepony erase me from existence? Hmm... "Excuse me, what?" Be said with a 'What the heck?' face. "I need you to erase my conscience. And don't tell Stardust." "Why do you want your conscience gone?" "It's... bothering me." "Like how?" "It's making me nervous..." My face felt warm, but I wasn't blushing. "Nervous about what?" "It's making be nervous around... Stardust..." By now I was as nervous as a first encounter with Fluttershy. "Excuse me I didn't quite get that. Say it again." "It makes me nervous around Stardust... Don't tell him ok..." "You... like Stardust? Pfft..." Be put a hoof to his mouth to try to cover up his giggling. "Yes. DON'T-TELL-HIM!! Ok?" "Ok. Your secret is safe with me." "Thanks. Now can you delete my conscience?" "No. Nothing can delete your conscience." "Awww..." "But I can give you guy-to-girl advice." "Don't you mean stallion-to-mare advice?" "Yeah, whatever. Just listen. This will be the only thing you will ever need to know about getting a relationship:" I leaned in closer to hear the information, "Be yourself. If they don't like who you are, than they don't want you." "...Is that it? That's all I need to get Stardust?" I just sounded like my conscience. "Yup. Now have fun." "Thanks Be!" I hugged the stallion with a smile and happily trotted off to my bunk. I saw Stardust as I passed through the train car on the way to the bunks and waved at him. He just gave an awkward face. I don't blame him. It's been a long day. POV CHANGE-3rd Person Stardust gave an awkward look at Rainbow Dash as she passed. Today she had been acting like she was insane. She talked to him while wearing earplugs and ran away screaming, she walked up to him blindfolded and ran away screaming, and now there she was happily waving hello to him. Stardust walked into Be's quarters. "Be I need some advice." Stardust said. "Sure, what is it Star?" "How can you tell if a mare is on drugs?"
