My Little Harmonia: Pokemon is Magic

Pokemon World

On a starry night sky, a youth runs. He had long, tea green hair in a low ponytail covered by a black and grey baseball cap. He was wearing a black turtleneck with a white jacket on top, light brown pants and green shoes. He was also wearing black fingerless gloves with white ends, a golden bracelet that was stuck on his wrist with an Opal on the top and a black wristband with silver patches. An Amulet was around his neck. It has a red and orange flame pendant with a leaf inside it. Many symbols were surrounding it in a circle. This was N Harmonia.

"Huff...huff... can't hold on any longer"He said. Behind, hunters were running after him. The hunters consisted of his sister Jasmine Greatfield, Ash Ketchum, Gary Oak, May and Max Maple, Dawn Berlitz, Barry Jun and Paul Shinji. He remembered the days they hunted him until now.

(Flashback)

N was just calmly walking around Nuvema Town. He just finished another task Jasmine gave him. Jasmine was a country girl and sometimes a city girl. She always wears a tattered guard uniform with a brown cloak and pink leggings. She was also wearing blue and orange ninja boots. N had a Pokemon that wanted to come with him. Victini. Victini came along with him when he visited the Sword of the Vale and asked for Macarons, which he bought earlier.

After walking, N found the tree mansion he lived with Jasmine, Ash, Gary, May, Max, Dawn, Barry and Paul. Ash was a trainer he met in Unova. Gary, Barry and Paul were Ash's rival. May, Max and Dawn were Ash's travelling companions. He opened the door and saw nobody was in the living room. He checked the other rooms, and found all of them were empty. He looked at the Library and heard faint whispers. They were muffled, but N heard, "What? He wouldn't do that!""But he did! Look! The gems are stolen!""We couldn't let this go on any further, we have to kill him!"N looked horrified and ran away, footsteps echoing around the room. The others heard it and chased him. They still hunted him for months and never stopped. Whenever N felt he was safe, he was always found by them. The group called themselves 'Hunters'. N made friends with others, but they were taken away from him as they joined the Hunters.

He got supplies while going to Pokemarts. He had on a red, brand new Xtransciever and a blue watch. He had 30 Full heals, 5 packs of Pokefood and a two year supply of human food. Thinking he would be found in Unova if he stayed there, he moved to Sinnoh. There, he caught another Pokemon, a Gible. In a few weeks, it evolved into Gabite, and a month later, into Garchomp. Again, the Hunters found him and tried to capture him. But he escaped on Garchomp.

He then flew to Hoenn. He caught a Ralts there. He caught Ralts when it was being attacked by a Zangoose. In two months, it evolved to Kirlia, and when N saw a Dawn stone, he gave it to Kirlia and it evolved into Gallade. Hunters found him again and did the same routine. N flew on Garchomp to Johto.

He found a Larvitar all alone and wounded in a cave in a blizzard. He went to a PokeCentre and gave the Larvitar to Nurse Joy for her to heal it. After the Larvitar was healed, N realeased it into the wild. The Hunters found him and N did the same routine. When he was about to leave, he saw the Larvitar was following him. N caught it and then flew to Kanto.

In Kanto, he stayed in Vermillion City and he caught a Pikachu. He found it as a sick Pichu and nursed it to health. After it was healed, it evolved to a Pikachu and a female one. N didn't want to capture it, but the Pikachu jumped to N's belt and pressed a button on a Pokeball, making it caught. After a few days, N found that Pikachu didn't want to evolve when he saw a Thunder stone and he tried to give it to the Pikachu but she refused. After a month, N caught an Eevee. It's leg was broken and so N delievered it to the PokeCentre. After the Eevee was healed, he asked if it wanted to come with him. The Eevee nodded it's head and N caught it. A few months later, he found a Water stone and gave it to Eevee, to which it evolved into Vaporeon.

In a year, he was found and he ran away.

Until now, he was running. Unfortunately, N tripped on a tree root and stumbled down a hill. He knew he couldn't outrun the Hunters, so, using his spell enchanted Amulet, he conjured a teleportation spell. However, his head got hit by a boulder and blood gushed out from the top right of his head as he finished the spell. A vortex appeared. Before he lost conciousness, he saw what the place the vortex was showing and rolled in. As soon as he got in, the vortex closed, leaving no trace, except for the trail of blood.

In Equestria (After Equestria Girls)

In Equestria, everything was going fine. That is, if you count Rainbow Dash stuck in a tree by a rope and hanging upside down.

"PINKIE!!!"Rainbow Dash yelled. She heard a giggle and Pinkie jumped out of a bush she was hiding in. Pinkie took out a scissor from her hair and cut Rainbow Dash down, with the latter falling. Dash sat up and rubbed her head. She looked at Pinkie, but only a pink cloud of dust was there. Dash groaned. She stood and was going to fly to Ponyville, but stopped when she heard something. She looked around. When she looked right, to the Everfree Forest, and saw a portal, and a human, a male, came out! He fell down fast, that when he landed, a cloud of dust rose around him.

Dash gasped. She ran over the the human. When she stopped beside it, she screamed. Blood was gushing out of his forehead!

'Gotta tell Twilight! She knows about humans more!'Dash thought. With that, she turned and flew to Ponyville, leaving the human. While she was flying, a belt strapped on her waist, 3 Pokeballs rattled while she was flying
