"Where were you when the skies opened?" That's the question you'll be asked the most in the cities of Equestria these days. Ever since the skies opened, and the Forge fell, Equestria has never been the same. A technological revolution has swept the nation, and with it has come the technology known as CLOP, or Celestial Lance Operating Platforms.

These CLOPs, initially mining devices, were turned to war machines when the skies opened again, and the Invaders came. Strange machines, much like the CLOPs, came from the Rift in the skies and laid waste to Equestria, starting with Los Pegasus.

Having been driven underground, the ponies fight for survival and to reclaim their home. Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash are two such warriors, having CLOPs of their own. They will soon learn just how hard it will be to defeat the Invaders.
