Ruined Canterlot

“Glistening, what happened!?” Trixie was astonished, as her new friend was missing an eye, and had jagged cut marks around the socket.

“Oh my.” Octavia still sat in shock.

“Well, we just going to sit here? Or are we going to get out of here!?”

“Vinyl!” Octavia said angrily.

“What? I don’t want to stay here longer than I have to!”

“Can’t you just give Trixie and-”

The freed unicorn answered, introducing herself. “Glistening Rainbow.” She put the blindfold over her left eye, going around like an eyepatch.

“Glistening Rainbow? Is that royal? What kind of cutie mark do you have?” Sweetie asked a series of questions in quick succession, giving unicorn no time to answer.”

“Yes, I am the daughter of royalty, and my cutie mark-” She stopped.

“What’s wrong?”

Glistening Rainbow grabbed her cape, pulling the knot out and it fell to the ground.

When the rest of the group looked at her now uncovered body, they saw a sleek, slender body. They looked towards her flank, and saw… Nothing.

“Where’s your cutie mark?”

“I never got one, my mother never let me leave out home. At the castle.”

The group sat in silence until Vinyl spoke out in her leadership speech voice. “If we all just sit here waiting for us to all get our feelings together. We will never leave, and we just need to go! We can’t cry, we can’t fight, and we all have to stick together. Me, Octavia, Sweetie Belle, Trixie, and Glist. Can I call you Glist?” A quick nod. “Good, now hurry, let’s get outta here!”

“No.”

“What?”

“No. I, Trixie Lulamoon, swear on my life. I will kill the Queen. I will kill Chrysalis and all her followers. I will need help, and I do not ask you to come with me. Volunteer if you will. Glist, I don’t you to get hurt.”

“I will go. I have to.”

“Vinyl and Octavia?”

“N-”

“We will.”

“WHAT!?” Vinyl was enraged at her partner.

“I am going to get these scum out of my home.”

“Sweetie Belle.”

“I don’t know. But something tells me. I want to.”

“Then come with us. I hate to put a filly in danger. But we’ll need all the help we can get.”

“Okay.” Sweetie nodded.

The newly formed group of Lulamoon’s League was formed. Starting with a small group of five.
