A gray hoof poked out of the bedsheets. It aimed for the source of noise and hit it resoundingly. The hoof snuggled back in the warm bed, only to limp out a few minutes later. A gray, derp eyed Pegasus flew out the bed and to the dresser. She stared at the calendar in front of her. Chewing a warm muffin thoughtfully, she realized that it was her birthday. But, no friends, gifts, or cake to celebrate it. Not even Pinkie Pie would try to celebrate it. She was now 27 years old, but who cared? Nobody. That's who.

"Hey look, everybody! It's our old friend, Dizzy Poo!" A cyan mare laughed, and soon, others joined her. "Whatsa matter, Dizzy? Afraid you might lose your muffin?Or maybe you'll destroy the town hall again!" Mocked the mare.
"Oh, shove off Rainbow Dash!"
"Oh hey there, Spike! Didn't see you there! Hows it going with Twilight down there? Nothing's going on right now, just having quality time with my best friend here!" She roughly grabbed Derpy and embraced her. "Opps!" She dropped Derpy in the mud below. "Sorry about that, Dizzy. Guess I gotta be more careful."
Spike ran over to help Derpy up.
