I woke up at 10 A.M. and after I saw that I had two hour before my meeting with Celestia and Luna I decided to prepare some argument and information about myself and the world. I took the chance to familliarise myself with the equestrian writing by taking all my notes with it. After an hour of thinking and writing I decided to take an half hour walk before heading to the castle. As I was heading toward the market I saw an unicorn that I recognized as the one who had harrassed the employe on the train. Now that I though about it, he looked quite similar to that character who had the reputation to be a annoying bastard. What was his name again? Ah yes! Blueblood! Must be an ancester of his. This fact made it very tempting to laugh at his expence a bit.

So I decided to give him a scare again by greeting him by surprise again. However, this time he didn't run while screaming like a girl, most likely because he had an audience. He turned arround and said like he was a brave knight:" I shall saly you foul beast your vile trick may have taken me by surprise last time but this time I will get rid of your chaotic presence."

I found funny most of the speech but the last words offended me as elemental watcher are pretty much the embodiment of balance and harmony. So I decided to mess with him a bit.

"You arrogant fool! Do you even think before you insult someone? I am one of the most powerful being in this city. I am only beaten by some including the princesses and Discord! You dare to say that my presence is chaos while I am the embodiment of the balance between the element! Now apologize before I decide to take offence and ask for retribution!" While saying this I caused a mini tremor at his feet while absorbing the light around me for a better effect. However, Blueblood senior seemed to be either too arrogant or stupid to see the smart way out of this. He drew his shiny sword and attacked me. Sadly for him though, I wasn't bluffing when I said I was one of the most powerful being in the city. Even though it was only because it was only populated by sobbish ponies and peace-loving guards. I used the stone beneath him to trap him in a cage and used a bit of gaz which I was lucky to find near to knock him out. Still with Blueblood senior in the cage, I went to the castle with an idea to punish him. I caused quite a commotion when I entered the castle with a pony in cage. The guard tried to arrest me and I asked them if one of the princess was able to see me dor I had a problem to solve with the pony in cage. They told me to wait and went to see if Celestia was able to see me. They quickly came back and told me that Celestia was waiting for me in the throne room. I entered and greeted the princess:" Sorry to indispose you at such short notice but I had an emergency

• Does it involve our nephew over in the cage?

-Indeed it does. I was taking a morning walk before my meeting with you and your sister when I saw this pony which I recognized as one I had meet on the train for here. But, as I went to greet him, he greatly insulted me by calling me a creature of chaos even though I am one of balance and he then proceded to attack me without any reason other than me being different. Also, I don't know if your sister told you but I am technically an ambassador of a whole other dimension and I came here in hope of finding peace and acceptance."

As I went on with the list of offense, Blueblood senior's eyes opened wider and wider in fear of the consequence and of my vengeance. After a little pause to process everything I told her, Celestia spoke to me:" If it is as you say, this is a grave offense and you are legaly authorized to ask for some sort of compensation

• At first I thought about making him pay the blood price. But after a little thinking, I realized that this pony's life wasn't the thing he valued the most or else he would have backed down and this accident wouldn't have happened. So instead I think that asking for monetary compensation would be more of a lesson for him. For the grave insult I would ask 500 bits and for the attack on myself I would ask 2000 bits. I think that its a fair price to pay in exchange of me not holding a grudge against his family for the next thousand years or so.

• It is indeed a fair price but I dont see why you think that 2500 is equal to the blood price you mentionned earlier.

-Well, the first reason is the fact that I need money to get a house near and maybe some tools to experiment to see if matter react the same in your world and mine. The second reason is that its more the humiliation from the act of giving money to someone that you just tried to kill that is compensation for it.

-Very well then, Rich Blueblood, we hereby condemm thee to pay a fine of 2500 bits to the elemental watcher going by the name of Elemental Eye. Should thee fail to pay this fine, Elemental will be allowed to take the equivalent in goods and sell them to cover the price afformentioned."

At the end of Celestia's speech, Rich was looking like he wanted to kill me and crie and the same time. However, I knew that he wouldn't dare disobey the princesses and attack me again. After he left, Celestia told me to stay and told me:" Well me and Luna are already awake and you are there so let's begin with the discussion regarding your situation here."
