Walls Crumbling

“Congratulations, girls,” Princess Celestia congratulated six ponies named Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie. “You've spread harmony throughout Equestria once again. You've redeemed Discord, Trixie, Sunset Shimmer, and my sister, Luna. I thank you greatly for your bravery.”

“As you know, I could have never done this alone,” Twilight reminded her, as she does almost all the time. “My friends help me out SO much and I love them for that.”

The other five ponies blushed and smiled at their friend. They couldn't imagine life without her either. Until it happened.

A couple years later and Equestria is being dictated, not ruled, but dictated over by Empress Celestia. What happened to the Princess? Long story short, Princess Celestia became to obsessed with power and started dictating everypony till they dropped. It was awful.

Canterlot was where only Empress Celestia, her servants, and guards live. Everypony else from Canterlot was sent away to live in another part of Equestria. Most of them moved to the second most pristine city, Manehattan. But alas, Manehattan was getting over populated, so some had to find other places to live. Cloudsdale was where pegasi were forced to live. If they didn't, they'd be sentenced to the dungeons forever. Only Earth ponies lived in Ponyville, and only unicorns lived in Hoofington.

Empress Celestia had to separate every single type of pony. Regular pegasi in Cloudsdale, fancy pegasi in Las Pegasus, and raggedy pegasi in Fillydelphia. Regular unicorns in Hoofington, fancy unicorns in the Crystal Empire (and the Crystal ponies of course), and raggedy unicorns in the wide open Unicorn Range. The regular earth ponies were in Ponyville, the fancy ones in Baltimare, and the raggedy ones in Appleoosa or Dodge City.

The six ponies from the beginning didn't know where to go, or what to do. So they all split up and haven't seen each other in years. I mean, sure they'd seen each other, but have said nothing more than a simple “hi” and “bye”.

Since the reign, Twilight Sparkle was a unicorn who was Princess Celestia's student. Now she's an alicorn who is Empress Celestia's most trusted adviser and guard. She has given all her devotion to Empress Celestia and would never EVER go against her.

Rainbow Dash went back to Cloudsdale with the regular pegasi. She knew that she was known for her loyalty, but something really rubbed her the wrong way with Empress Celestia....

Rarity was originally put with the fancy unicorns in the Crystal Empire, but Empress Celestia decided to bring her to the castle to make her dresses every single day. Rarity, at first, thought it was fun... after almost 7 years of doing it, she's beginning to hate making dresses.

Applejack got sent with Big Mac and Applebloom to Appleoosa where they were reunited with Braeburn. But Granny Smith didn't make the trip, she was sent to the Ponyville hospital for the “special” ponies with “special” brain problems. She wasn't crazy, just a little too naïve.

Fluttershy was living in Cloudsdale and was absolutely miserable. Although it totally went against everything, every night she sneaks out of Cloudsdale and down to Ponyville to see her critter friends. But if she ever got caught, she'd be hung by her hind hooves above the Canterlot Castle.

Pinkie Pie lives in Ponyville still, but it isn't the same. She wakes up every morning ready to see what her friends are up to, then when they aren't there she remembers they're all gone. Then she gets sad and wants to cry her eyes out.

What about Luna and Cadence?

They've tried everything they could to keep Celestia down, but Celestia got so enraged that she changed them into regular earth ponies. And Celestia made sure they could never turn back without her magic. Luna and Cadence got sent to the Badlands though, so they could be banished from anywhere.

Things were not going good in Equestria. Not at all.
