The Journey to my Inner Self
I blinked my eyes several times and I slowly began to focus. I was in a beautiful flower garden and butterflies seemed to cover almost everything I saw. Somehow I felt strange; more refreshed then I had ever felt before. "What the hell?!" That's when I had noticed that my hands and feet were no longer hands/feet but hooves. I rushed over to the tiny pond and looked in it. There I stood, staring at my reflection. I had a dark brown mane with a couple white streak and a matching tail. My body was a cream color and my eyes were now a vibrant green and I stood on four legs. To top it all off I had wings. The only thing that flew through my mind was(Hell yeah, I can wish for anything I want.) But I was also slightly worried. Would I remain pegasi forever? Trying not to give it much thought. I attempted to try out my new pair of wings...which didn't go over very well. I crashed into a soft wall(luckily) and quickly got back on my feet uh...hooves. I looked up and that's when I realized it wasn't a wall at all, but a house made of clouds. I slowly tried to fly around to see more but flew back into the house only this time crashing through the window and landing upside down.

I opened my eyes and took in the wonderful spring air that filled my tiny room. I looked around and saw my old sisters sleeping peacefully(As usual) I quietly stepped down from my bed and tiptoed to the bathroom. I closed the door ever so gently as to not disturb them. They weren't exactly the most friendliest sisters around. Sometimes I liked to play jokes with my self and think as if I was Cinderella and they were the two stepsisters. This was just one of the many things I thought about that amused me. With having such a large family; it was hard to get to have a turn on the TV or gaming systems. Normally I'd go off and lay beside my favorite apple tree and spend some quality time by my self. Being the non-social person that I was, I loved staying away from the house more then anything. As usual I dressed and showered quickly and ran into the kitchen. My mother was just setting the table and my youngest siblings were all watching some strange show called "My little pony" on the small TV we had. It's rather a pathetic excuse for a TV if you ask me. "Good morning Kellie." My mother said cheerfully as always. I sighed and returned the greeting. I grabbed a muffin and ran out the door. Jackie our old tom cat followed beside me, purring loudly. "It's just another ordinary Saturday; same animals, same sky, and same every damn thing." I said to Jackie as I poured her meal. I hopped over the fence and walked over and sat down by the apple tree. Sighing loudly, I reached over and began drawing the strange fluffy cloud above me. I stopped and pondered for a second. "I wish I could go to some other world that was much for exciting for eternity. Then suddenly there was a light so bright that I couldn't keep my eyes open and before I knew it; everything turned black.
