Yes - No (Song End) This place seems ever so familiar to me... ... But...it's as if it's an entire new experience for me... ... These ponies seem so familiar...yet so new... ... So I ask myself...is this just a weird feeling? ... ...Or is something terrible going to happen today? The scene changes to a light shining bright, then slowly fading to show us a room inside a beautiful castle. Standing within this room were the ever so graceful princesses of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. But that is not all...there was another figure, wearing all black, hood to cover his face, and also wearing a gold locket. The man in black then approaches the princesses and gives them a bow. "..." he says. "We appreciate your kindness, but the formalities are unnecessary. We have an important matter to discuss." the princess of the night told the figure. "..." "Yes...will you ever be going back?" the princess of the sun asked the hooded man. "..." "I see...then must need a place to stay, correct?" Celestia told the figure. "..." "Because you were the one destined to save us from the organization, no matter what the costs." Luna told the man. "..." "True...but you are among their ranks now, correct?" Luna asked the man. "..." "Just remember that they're not your pure blood family...they deceived you,. That's why we are happy to accept you among our ranks...even if you aren't a pony." Celestia tells the figure with a smile. "..." I sit here in this world that is nothing but the color white and watch these ponies as they joyfully roam their land. Oh how I wish I could join them for some fun...it makes me feel kinda stupid for joining the organization. I mean...I could have just lived in the normal after-life...but I wanted to do something for a change. But the hole "secretly" helping thing isn't working out for me...plus, why am I the only one who is sent on these missions?...Well, me and that new girl. She seems really quiet about everything. I tend to see her every once in a while during a mission, but we never really got the chance to sit down and talk. I don't think she has formally introduced herself to everyone yet...speaking of introductions, I forgot to tell you who I am. My full name is "Christian Alex Gomez"...I am unsure of the meaning of it, but it given to me because the others saw me as the simple one of the group. So that's why I have that name...it's simple, like me...in the organization, we all look the same. Always wearing our black robes and gold lockets to signify that we are part of the organization, however we use our hoods to cover our face whenever we wish to keep our identities a secret from others when they are around. I prefer to have mine off since I don't think it's necessary to wear it. My hair was a pure black in color and it was in a spiky formation where the front concentrates the spikes on the right side of my head as if windswept, and the back is smoother and more flaky. But you don't need to know everything about me, so lets get back to the subject. I look over the city of Canterlot...*sigh* and there he is...Silver Bliss...I truly feel sorry for this unicorn. He's lived a terrible life of pain and suffering and no one seems to notice. He never grew up with his parents, and he lived alone. This has been going on ever since I joined the organization around 15 years ago...the same number of years my human soul lived for, then it died. I would be more than willing to help him, but father keeps telling me that it isn't worth losing my spot in the organization. I was the 10th out of 11 members, the leader being my father and the 6th being my sister, Sareena...My memories of spending time with them never really came to me. It's as if they're aren't my real family, but they are. Anyway back to Silver, I could see him trotting towards his house quickly to avoid any attention from anypony in the area...he makes it in and shuts the door immediately...it's sad to see that no one tries to calm him down. "Son...I sense that there is something troubling you..." I hear a voice behind me. I turn to see a man with a black robe on and a hood covering his face. Though with his deep voice, I could tell that it was father. I was always hesitant on telling him about Silver, because he said that I was overreacting. "N-Nothing father!" I replied quickly. "I was just watching the city below us." He didn't seem amused. He then pushed me aside and inspected what I was actually doing. He then noticed Silver and gave a stressed sigh. He then turns back to me and says... "Why must you waste your time with the non-crucial beings such as that unicorn when you could focus your attention to somethings crucial, such as the Elements of Harmony?" He asked me, obviously filled with anger. "Because they do matter father! All life has meaning to it!" I replied with the same level anger though I said it in a somewhat broken tone. Even though his face was cloaked, I could tell that he was staring at me with burning eyes. He then spoke... "Tread carefully...as your actions may contain terrible consequences." He then disappeared in a dark portal he summoned. That is still a mystery to me today...why are we, or at least I, helping the others but with dark magic? Whatever the case, I just watched him leave and to my surprise another figure appeared out of that portal. I could tell from the size of it, it was female...and judging by past events, this is probably my sister. "Hey Al!" She yelled from where she appeared. "Come over here, I have something to share with you!" Hearing this I got up from where I was sitting. TIP: Use the Left Analog Stick to control Alex. Tilt it slightly to make him walk and tilt it fully to make him run. Press Circle to jump. If you ever forget what your main objective is, press START to confirm your objective. I then ran to where she was. TIP: Move the camera with the Right Analog Stick. You can return the camera to the default position by pressing the Right Analog Stick. Press R1 to lock on to specific people or objects. Lock onto Sareena. I then look at Sareena, wondering what she had in store for me. TIP: Reaction Commands are used to execute actions according to the given situation. When one appears, press Triangle to use it. It's important to use them whenever they are given. Use the reaction command to talk to Sareena. Reaction!: Talk "Hey sis, what have you got for me?" I asked her curious as to what she needs me for. "Well, I understand that you want to help the unicorn, right?" she tell me. "Yes, of course I do." I told her. "I've been watching him for the 15 years I've been in the organization, and nothing has changed." I said in a sad tone. "Well, you're lucky to have a smart sister like me." She says with a wide grin. I was confused as to what she wanted to tell me. "Do you have some sort of plan to help me?" I asked her. "Why in fact I do! You see, I'm sure father won't mind, but how about we make Silver a member of the organization here in the Eternity Realm?" This plan seems a bit off, maybe I should ask her what the catch. "It doesn't really sound like a straight-forward plan though. There has gotta be a catch to this or something...are you positive that father would approve of this? How do we go down to the world without bringing our physical bodies?" She giggled at how I was worried about this situation. "Do you want to find out?" She asks me. I'm too sure about this...but this maybe the only chance I get to help him. So I nodded to hear the rest of the plan... 2 - The Enigma (Revised)Chapter 2 - The Enigma The scene changes from the conversation with Alex and Sareena, to the home of our not so fortunate unicorn, Silver. (PoV: Silver) Why is it that whenever I try to help somepony, they just get angry with me? Look, I know that I'm not perfect at stuff but that doesn't give you a reason to be a bully to others. I've been living my whole life in fear and sadness, waiting for some miracle to come and sweep my troubles away. I've seen this happen to a couple of other ponies, but for some reason or another, it never happens to me. Is my existence really not that important? Do I actually serve a purpose here on this world? These kinds of questions keep lingering in my head, but for whatever reason, I keep going, regardless of the situation. I'm in my house right now, clueless on what I should do next. I simply just head to my bedroom and lay on my bed, staring into the ceiling. "What I wouldn't give to have a friend to comfort me...*sniff*...what I wouldn't give..." I said as I slowly started sobbing, remembering the awful things the others said to me. "Is that all you got?" "You're so pathetic." "Like I'd be friends with you, loser." Nopony would understand how much suffering I've gone through in my life...All I need is a friend...just one...is that too much to ask for? Just give me one and it will show me that there is somepony out there who is actually listening to me, showing that they care for me, and most of all...they will be at my side...forever. "Your wish is my command..." A voice called out. I looked around my room but there was nopony in here besides me. Then a flash of light appeared blinding me for a bit. When it cleared, there was a ball of gold light flying in front of me. "Greetings, Silver..." I was in absolute shock to see this appear. "Who...What are you?" I asked the light. "Do not be afraid. My name is Alex, the guardian of your world...I've been watching you for 15 years now and have seen the unfortunate events you've experienced. I have had enough of it and decided to defy my peoples' orders so that I can help you." Wow.....after all this time, somepony WAS actually watching me...wait a minute! "If you've been watching me for all this time, then how come you didn't step in sooner?" I asked Alex "I can't come down to the world with my physical body, it breaks the rules of my world and I could banished for that. If I am banished, I have no physical body to control, so I will end up dead." He responded as I now understood his situation. "Silver...will come with me to join our organization? This experience is only for gifted individuals...you will be a true hero." "What if I refuse?" "Then you will continue to live this terrible lifestyle and my efforts of trying to help you will prove to be useless." "NO! I don't want to live this way anymore! Take me with you!" I demanded. "As I said before...your wish is my command." Then from there everything became really bright, which also caused me to have a splitting headache. (Song End) (PoV: Alex) What I expected to be nothing more than a simple teleport spell actually turned out to be something much greater. Not only did I have to bring Silver along with me, but I also had to quickly change back into my physical form. When we arrived at the Eternity Realm he was out cold, probably due to all that power within that teleportation spell. Well...I did it. It took me my whole 15 years as an organization member to have the guts to pull it off, but none the less I managed to succeed in bringing Silver here. Now all I got to do is wait for him to wake up...but how will I pass the time now?...Perhaps I should see what Sareena has in store for him. After all, she is the most forgiving person I know. She can't possibly turn down helping a pony like Silver. The scene changes from Alex looking over at Silver to two figures watching them closely through the taller of the two's magic. They were both organization members due to them wearing the dark robes with both of their hoods on cloaking their faces. Analyzing their body structure, one was male and the other was female with the male being the taller of them. The man then stopped his magic, thus fading the scene with Alex and Silver. He then looks over to the woman. "So he has finally done it..." the man said with a deep voice, "After all these years of me telling him how foolish it is to help the helpless, he still has learned nothing..." "It's like you told me father..." the woman said, "One who knows nothing...can understand...nothing." You couldn't tell but the man was smiling under his hood at how her daughter had grown to understand one of the organizations lessons about certain enigmas such as themselves and Alex. "It is good to see that you understand how certain individuals may not be trustworthy towards our group.....Sareena." The man responded to his daughter's knowledge. "Since you have brought me this information, we must cast him out of the organization...and you will be my only child." The woman was excited to hear this news, but she also wondered how would they go about banishing him with Silver at his side now. "But father," Sareena began to ask, "what of the unicorn? What shall become of him now that Alex his befriended him?" The man simply gave out a small evil laugh, then said... "It is simple...we trick them both into thinking their going through the initiation phase of the group, and we send them to the Forest of Dismemberment where they shall no doubt be killed. Number 10 is simply to inexperienced in combat to survive the monster that awaits him." This still brought worry to Sareena. "There is still a chance of him surviving though...what if he makes it out alive?" Sareena asked in a troubled voice. "Then we shall send him to the planet below and have the other personally take care of him...I only told that fool to never release himself to that world so he wouldn't foil our true plan of absorbing the power of the Elements of Harmony by means of surprise." The man said, which also reassured Sareena. "The princesses know not of the true power that the Enigmas of the Eternity Organization hold! We will be victorious in our conquest! Not even the elements with the other 3 princesses' power COMBINED will be enough to stop us!....Sareena, I need you to initiate the plan now." He than summons a dark portal. "Take number 10 to the forest along with his unicorn companion." "As you command.....Ryota." The woman says before taking off her hood to reveal Sareena with her long blonde hair with black eyes. She slowly walks inside the portal and it fades away when she fully enters. "Get ready Equestria..." Ryota says to himself, "Your new and ultimate leader is approaching..." 5 - Nikki's Knowledge + Vs. Mane 6 (Final Mix Exclusive)4 - Double-Crossed + Vs. Giant Inverted Chapter 4 - Double-Crossed + Vs. Giant Inverted I could only look up in fear as this monster stared down at me. I let my instincts kick in and I ran for it, going through many trees and shrubs to find a way out. I ran for about a good 2 minutes then I finally found the end of this forest.....and, well the end of the world too apparently. I came to a point to where there was no ground and I made a quick stop before falling off the edge. I stopped just in time too since if I just went maybe an inch further, I'd be a goner. My heart started pounding rapidly as the ground began shaking. I look towards the trees.....or at least to where the trees once were. I saw that the monster had cleared all of the surroundings in this place including the trees, flowers, shrubs, and possibly animals too. All that was there was me, the monster, this large grassy platform and the dark red sky above us. "Will there be an end to this madness?" I ask myself, not expecting a reply. Instead, the Eternal Harmony somehow appeared in hand. Facing your fears...will bring you joy and happiness beyond your imagination...Do not be afraid...Show this one what means to be the catalyst... "*sigh* I think I've gone insane, hearing these voices in my head...but it seems to be the only option here." I said to myself as I readied my sword. Information: Use reaction commands to fight the mysterious enemy! Before I could even begin to think of a strategy to combat this beast, the area grew dark for a second then came back up quickly and then I noticed several black and red wavy stripes flowing around me. Then everything went dark again, this time very slowly. The creature was just watching the events happen to me. When everything was lit, I noticed that I was not on the ground anymore, but also stuck. "Wh-What is this?!" I look at my stretched out arms with the Eternal Harmony still in my right hand and spread out legs, struggling to get them free from these black chains that held me in place. It was useless however since they didn't seem to be coming off. But all of this was just a part of what was weird. "Wait.....where did that thing go?" I scanned the area to see no trace of that thing anywhere. "Great...how am I supposed to get out this one?...Was this really what Ree was expecting us to fight?" I asked myself. Then out of no where, the creature appears right in front of my face, startling me and causing me to struggle even harder to free. I could tell that he really wanted me dead by look in its' eyes. I could see that he was readying a punch for me since he raised an arm and formed a fist. I could watch and do nothing while he was getting ready to end me. However, when he threw the punch... Reaction!: Breaking Counter I managed to free myself just in time to avoid the fist that was heading towards me, that would have surely broken all of my bones, with a back flip. I took advantage of this miracle and followed it up by giving a large vertical slash to the beast's face. This was short lived thought due to the fact that the chains had reformed and I was stuck again. The slash did knock him back pretty far, but it wasn't a problem for him. He had arms like rubber bands and he stretched them all the way to my position and grabbed me with his blood-filled hand and hurled me into the air. My heart was now racing due to the fact of how everything went from bad to worse. By the time I started falling, I looked down to see the creature's mouth wide open for me to fall into. Thankfully this time, I had a plan. I waited to get close enough to the mouth, then... Reaction!: Lunarsault Thanks to the help of my Air Recovery ability, I was able to flip myself up. He tried to go for a chomp, but he ended up utterly failing. I then noticed that he left his face wide open again and I gave a nasty horizontal slash to it. "C'mon!" I yell as I slash the creature. I was finally now on the ground after these events. The beast however, fell down and ended up falling off the platform. I ran towards the corner he fell off of only to see pitch black darkness. "Phew...I'm glad that's over." I said to myself. Then the platform starts to shake! "Damn it! Me and my big mou- WOAH!" The platform started rotating, causing me to slide down it. Once I reached the edge of it, I jabbed my sword inside the platform to hold on. While I was dangling, I noticed something right under me...It was the monster, this time with a large orb filled dark energy. I gasped at the sight of how massive it was. Who knew that there are beings out there like this. He then smacks the platform with all of his might, causing it to turn completely upside down. My sword couldn't hold on any longer...so it slipped out and I starting falling. "AAAARGH!" I scream as I fall while at the same time the creature throws the energy ball at me. The world seem to slow down the closer I got to this orb that was heading straight for me...however... Reaction!: Stopping Raid I took advantage of, yet again, my Air Recovery ability and back flipped to regain my momentum. My instincts kicked in and they told me to throw my sword at the orb to destroy it. I then pulled back and threw it with great power. "Gotcha!" I yell as I threw my sword down. It connected and resulted a huge explosion. Thankfully since everything was right-side up again, I could fall safely on the grassy platform...however that doesn't mean that it wasn't going to hurt though. I have no idea how far I fell, but it was certainly enough for me to bounce when I landed. I was even more glad that I didn't lose any HP from the fall. I laid there for a couple of seconds, tired from all these events that triggered, then I saw my sword land right beside me followed by the monster landing with a loud crash in front of me. I noticed that he was no longer moving due to the impact of the crash. "Now is my chance!" I said to myself as I quickly got back on my feet and picked up my sword. I locked on to him to see how much HP this thing actual had. (???: 175/250 HP) I then ran to where his head laid and relentlessly started to swing at it. I ended my barrage with a full horizontal swing and then a jumping slash. When those hits connected, he started to get up from the fall. (???: 87/250 HP) He then separated his arms, much to my disgust, and started swatting all over the area. "Gah!" -10 HP I scream as one hand hits the back of me as I attempted to move out of the way. The arms then made their way towards each other and clapped their hands. This caused lots of long red and black wavy lines to shoot out everywhere. One important thing to note about these things is that they had electricity flowing though them. I tried jumping out of their way..."Argh!" -7 HP Information: Use Reversal to dodge attacks! Reaction!: Reversal I then did what the tip told me to do and I started doing various back flips and front flips to avoid being hit by these shock lines. The creature understood what I was doing so it stopped what it was doing and then reformed its arms back to its sides. Puddles of blood then started to form out of the ground, causing the smaller enemies to spawn. These ones like to shrivel and zig-zag around in various directions making them harder to hit. When they touch the ground though, they shape-shift into swords of their own. "Oof! Eh! Argh!" -3 HP, -2 HP, -3 HP One of which managed to get a good 3 hits on me. Alex: DANGER!: 4/30 HP I felt a really sharp pain everywhere in my body. There was even a ringing noise to signify how close to death I was. It's as if it knows when I feel this beat up or not. I really need to get some heath now. Oh wait! (Items - Potion - Alex) "Okay!" I say as I throw the potion in the air, causing its contents to splash all over me. +12 HP While I did still feel a little pain, I definitely felt better than how I was a couple of seconds ago, even the ringing noise stopped. I turn my attention back to these dodging enemies, this time with a plan. Reaction!: Spin Dance I grabbed the leg of one of these blood dodgers with one hand and started to twirl him around in the air, causing me to hit the other 2 that where around the area. +14 XP I then went ahead and threw this guy right in the face of the giant. He ended up falling down again, but this time unconscious. I also gained the experience of killing the smaller enemy.....+7 XP Level Up! - Lv. 4 - Alex Defense Increased! .....Which also resulted in me gaining a level. I then rushed over to the monster's head again to check his HP. (???: 43/250 HP) Ah yes! I could easily finish him off now. But then something very unexpected happen... THUNDER! When I heard those words, sparks of lightning came striking down on the monster thus killing it. As the large red light appeared around me, I looked around to see where the lightning came from. "Did you miss me?" I heard the voice again. I look behind me to see..."Silver?..." Get Bonus! - Alex Maximum HP Increased! Ability: Guard Get Bonus! - Silver Maximum HP Increased! Ability: Hyper Restore (Song end) "But...But h-" "How did I make it here with such little experience with combat?" He finished for me. "It was this thing!" He said as he raised a strangely familiar staff in the air with his magic. "Now that I'm wielding something with such great power, I feel like I have a purpose now!...By the way, nice sword." He said while I was just surprised that he was in a good mood. "Uh...Thanks." I replied while still giving him a confused look. "Listen, Silver...do you have any idea what's going on? Everything that's happened doesn't seem natural." "...Well, now that all that suspense is over, I have to agree with you on that. As for what's going on, I don't have the slightest idea. Heck, I'm just glad I found you." He said as he trotted towards me. Then the even more unexpected happened...he hugged me, and his mane went from a dark blue to a beautiful and shiny gold. "Thank you...you have given me an experience beyond anypony's imagination." I smiled as I returned the hug. "And more importantly Silver.....remember...that we will be friends...forever." Silver was now in tears, but of happiness this time. "Hey Silver...did you happen to see Sareena anywhere?" But before he could reply... "Aww...I thought you forgot all about me!" Then the ground we stood on suddenly was filled with dark energy. It was starting to slowly starting to suck us in like quicksand. "Enjoy your trip!" "What's going on?!" Silver asked me, obviously worried. "I'm not sure! Hold on!" I scream as we both try to struggle our way out. But there was no use, our bodies were already three-fourths of the way in. I reached out my hand in hopes of grabbing on to something before I get sucked in...and I did. And when I did, everything became really bright. "Wh-What?!" I said as the light appeared. When the light cleared...I was in the middle of a completely white room with drawings all over the walls. Silver was right next to me, looking at something with deep concern. I look to where he was looking and I found out that he looking at someone in a black robe, similar to mine but they had their hood on. With a smile on their face, they took off the hood to reveal to me someone who looked really familiar. Green eyes, long dark hair with a pink locket...where have I seen those before?...Oh! "Wait a minute?! Aren't y-" "Shhhhh....." She silenced me while holding a finger over her mouth. She then spoke in a very calm tone, "My name is Nikki.....one of the guardians of the Eternity Realm.....Alex.....do both of you know why you're here?" "Well...in all honesty, no." I replied truthfully. She then replied in a slightly more concerning tone. "You are here because your human spirit is resurrecting.....but also because you are now banished from the Eternity Realm." "WHAT?!" I replied rather rudely. "B-But, it was supposed to be between me, Silver, and Sareena. How did this news travel so quickly?" "I have some rather saddening news for you...for the past 15 years you've known Sareena for, she was only pretending to like you so your father could find out what you were doing while he was away...and also...she isn't your pure blood sister...your father merely tampered with your memories so you would think that." "Sareena.....how could she...." I started to sob lightly. I then felt something embrace me. I look to see that both Silver and Nikki were hugging me. I returned it. "Th-*sniff*-Thanks guys." They both replied "No problem....best friend." When then eventually released ourselves from the hug and then I asked Nikki, "So what happens to us?" "You will follow me to the world of Equestria to find your new home." "Huh?!" I was surprised to hear that the world I was protecting was now my new home. "Yup, that's right. But be careful, this is Equestria, we must keep our presence a secret or we may be seen as a threat. And if that is not enough, those creatures you fought in that forest will hunt us down when the moon shines, but you will keep your sword...I sense a special connection between it and you. So overall, Silver here has an advantage over us in this world." Silver blushed when she said that. I gave a big sigh. "Well...you said my human spirit is returning, so do I get my form of it too?" I asked her. She simply giggled and said, "You're already in it." She points behind me. I look back to see a mirror...and in that mirror was.....me......15 years after I left this body and it still looks the same. My old self.....all there again. "I wanted to say something, but I just didn't know how to put it." Silver told me. I shared a light laugh and said, "It's alright, as long as I'm me again, it's ok." "So...Alex, Silver. Once you head into Equestria, you are on your own.** I then surveyed the area and I saw 3 treasure chest, with one of them being a large one. I proceeded to a small one and hit the top of it with my sword, giving me the contents inside. Obtained - Potion I then did the same for the other small chest. Obtained - Ether (Fully Restores MP) I decided on something whenever I find a large chest. "That's it!" I said as I threw my sword in the air, then caught it and hit the chest with style. **Key Item Obtained! - Ponyville Map I then went ahead and approached the circle of light and it healed my wounds, much to my delight. Reaction!: Save Save Game Memory Unit A Memory Unit B Slot 1 - Forest of Awakening - Lv. 3 - 12 Bits Slot 2 Slot 3 Saving… Save Complete! Mane 6 (Final Mix Exclusive) After getting settled inside this mysterious yet familiar white room, I decided to talk to Silver some more. He seems to have changed already just by looking at his astounding gold mane. I approached him, while he was sitting down on a chair that was extraordinarily high with a familiar cyan diamond at the top of it. I look at him say, "Hey, buddy! How's it going up there?" He looks down to see me, "Oh, It's just great up here! I feel so happy now that all of this is happening to me...and I have you to thank Alex." He gives me a smile as his mane sparkles. "Without you, I would have still been all alone in my own little world. Now, I can just look at myself and smile at what has happened. I love this new mane color! It's so unique and beautiful." I give a small chuckle at what I had done. "It sure is nice to see that you're enjoying yourself up there." I said, "Anyways, I'm gonna go talk to Nikki now. We will talk some more later." "Alright, talk to you later friend!" He says as he gets back into a relaxed position. He actually looked kinda cute sitting up there. I asked her. She gives me a nod, "Yes you see, almost all of the souls of the organization are filled with anger and hate...I said almost all because of your friend, Cliff or Number VIII." She was right, Cliff was different from the rest of the group. He was more of a supporter rather than a member of the organization. Cliff was a 18 year old Enigma with long dark purple hair with a couple of spikes sticking out. He became friends with me because of how I would always exclude myself from the rest of the group. It was quite nice to know that there are Enigmas like him around. After I finished a mission, we would always secretly take some fudge sickles from a local mart and eat them together while looking over Equestria in all of it's beauty. He told me that sometimes I made him feel like he had a heart...and that's why we are gonna stay friends forever. "This is what the organization strives on and I don't like it one bit." "Y'now, this makes me wonder...Why exactly did you join the organization if you knew what these people were like?" I asked her "To answer your question, it was because of what all Enigmas want, a heart...to exist again." She answers, "But the way the organization sees the solution was wrong and the fact that they deceived us was terrible...They told me that we were here because we were trying to find a way to peacefully solve our problem. I had to make sure that this wasn't a lie, so I played along. Little did I know that I would be here for a long time. "Since me and you both had the intentions of solving this situations using peaceful manners, the light inside our original forms over came the turning of an Inverted and went to find us...and you're already in yours as you know. "You were never brought here since Number I didn't want you to hear the truth about what the organization was planning to do with Equestria. As to how I got this information and how I know about this place, this is where the organization welcomed me as one of their own. You weren't there for obvious reasons, but it doesn't matter now." She looks up and nod her head, "From what I have gathered, Silver Bliss was raised without the aid or support of his parents and grew up with a life full of hatred. He never wanted to engage in social activities due to his troubled past. But now he is by our side...and I have to say, you did a great job at changing his perception of life." She smiles at me, "Thank you for doing this Alex." I gave a light chuckle and scratched the back of my head, "No problem." "Do you have more questions for me?" Choices: 1. I am ready to leave this place and head out to the world. I'll be going now. "Are you sure you are ready to go?" she asks me, "Once we leave this place, we aren't coming back for a while." Choices: 1. Yes, I am ready. On second thought...I need more time. (Song End) Silver noticed how we were getting ready to go, so he jumped off the chair and came towards us. "I'm ready when you guys are." He says to Nikki and I. "There is one thing you need to know before we go." Nikki tells me which caused me to give her a curious look. "When we go back, we will have no memories of this place and they will be filled in with new memories to ensure that our minds won't be destroyed." Oh no... "And Alex...I understand that you've had a strong friendship with Number VIII, Cliff...I'm sorry..." "W-Wait! Can't Cliff come with us? Please!" I said begging her to bring Cliff here. "It's too risky Alex...I'm so sorry..." She then gives me hug as tears start to flow down my cheeks. Soon, Silver pulls into the hug too. "I'll do whatever I can to give you the friendship and love that Cliff would give you." Nikki says. "Yeah, me too. After all...I owe you a big one." Silver adds. "Thank you guys.....I'm so glad that we met each other...will we at least remember each other when we leave?" I ask Nikki. "Yeah...we will remember each other, but the way we met each other will be completely different...maybe in due time, we will remember everything that has happened here and discover our true identities while in Equestria." She responds. "Ok...I'm ready..." "Count me in too!" Silver adds. "Alex, I'm never gonna leave your side. You're the friend that I have been waiting for my whole life. Not under any circumstance will I let this friendship die..." Words could not describe how happy I was to hear those words. I embraced him while more tears began flowing. "I could say the same thing...I'm so glad to have a heart again..." Nikki just watched us and was smiling at how me and Silver bonded to quickly. After a minute or so, we released the hug and I looked at her. "Ok, we're ready when you are Nikki." (Song End) She nods, "Ok, I need to stay calm." I did what I was told as I took a deep breathe. "I will open the portal now..." She opens a dark portal made of various shadows of a deep violet color. "Let's do this!" She yells as she runs and jumps in. "To a new adventure!" Silver yells as he does the same as Nikki. I was alone again and said to myself, "To my sanctuary.....back into reality!" I jump in and the only thing I saw was...darkness...I was falling...forever...and then...I felt light-headed and blacked out... (3rd Person PoV) Ryota had just finished looking at the events that occurred in the White Room from his dark magic and he was not pleased. "So...not only has my former son betrayed me...but that foolish girl has been secretly hearing our plans..." Ryota says to himself as he stops the scene. He looks at the eight figures wearing black robes behind him and says, "My people...I have an announcement to make...two of our own kind have gone too far and have betrayed us...I need you all to find and destroy numbers X and XI along a golden maned unicorn that is accompanying them! Failure is not an option!" All of the organization member gave him a bow in response and left. However, among that crowd, there was one Enigma who was unsure if he should do as he was told.....simply because it was his....best friend... "Alex...why?" he asks himself (Final Mix Exclusive!) (PoV: Alex) Eventually after a while I managed to regain my sense of touch and hearing and I felt as if I had just jumped off a cliff and lived. My back aching real hard, and to add to that , the surface I'm laying on is all rough and rocky. "Hey y'all! I think he's waking up!" A southern voice yelled out. Well, at least it's nice to know that someone found me. "Good! Now we can settle this, once and for all! I've been dying to kick this guy's flank after what he put us through!" A rather tomboyish voice called out. Well...they found me...and they want to kill me. I quickly opened my eyes and stoop up and to my surprise, there stood six familiar looking ponies. "It's good to see that you're up now Alex..." The purple alicorn spoke, "...or should we say...NUMBER X! You lied to us this whole time!" I wanted to say something, but my mouth felt like it was moving on it's own. "It isn't my fault dammit!" I said, "I wanted to tell you earlier Twilight...I really did, but it wouldn't matter anyway, you would be doing what you are right now! I had no choice to join the organization! It was Ryota's decision! Not mine!" Who is Ryota? What is this "organization"? The rainbow maned pegasus then flew right in front of me with an angry look on her face. "It doesn't matter if you didn't mean to or not, the fact is that you lied about who you really are and put us in the face of danger just so you could save your girlfriend, Nikki! Guess what mister high and mighty?! You forgot about saving Canterlot when it was being attacked! Now it's nothing more than a big pile of ruble. What do have to say for yourself?" Without any input from me, I took a step back and got into a fighting stance with a vaguely familiar black sword. "NO! I can't let you do this to me! If it's fight you guys want, then I won't hold back! I'll whatever it takes to get Nikki back!" I said to the girls. "You leave us no choice Number X...Girls! Let's do this!" The purple alicorn who I called Twilight yelled. "FOR EQUESTRIA!" The pink earth pony called out I locked onto one of them to see exactly what I'm dealing with. Nikki was there waiting for me in her usual cyan colored shirt and short lime colored skirt. "Can you believe it Alex?" I was clueless. "Huh?" I said, "What's going on?" Nikki just looked at me as if I were stupid. Then a gray colored unicorn with a astounding golden mane walked inside. "Today marks our 15th year of when we all met each other!" Silver says filling me in. I understood now. "What? Really?" I asked. They all gave me a nod. "Wow...so we have been living here in this forest for 15 years now with no one knowing where we are...that's pretty impressive." "And we owe it all to you Silver!" Nikki adds. Silver's cheeks became rosy. He gives out a nervous chuckle then says... "Aww...it was nothing guys." "Nothing? C'mon Silver, this is more than anything we could have imagined! Me and Nikki were at a complete lost to where we were. Then you offered us a home near the forest and ever since then, we have been the best of friends." I said to Silver, making his entire face turn red. "He he...We've come a long way, haven't we?" Silver says. Me and Nikki just respond to him by giving him a big hug. "I love you guys." he says. I watched as Alex was now with his friends that he was with before he died...It made me angry...he replaced me...after all we've done together "The Alex that I know is long gone..." "...That's it...I need to reveal this to Alex and his new friend...From this point on, I am will no longer be referred to as number 11...but as my true name...the name that I died with...Nikki...This could be risky for me...but as long as the truth is out, I could care less about what happens to me. No one here even likes my presence anyways...but...I feel so drawn to Alex...He is so different from the others around here. Even if we Enigmas only pretend to have emotions...it's sometimes almost as if he is not one of us...like a pure soul, with a heart and feelings...Gah! I can't be sitting here admiring him! I need to tell him about what is truly going on!" I then took off, hoping that I didn't attract any attention of any other member. (PoV: Alex) It's been a good 10 minutes since me and Silver had arrived here in the Eternity Realm, but he still hasn't waken up yet and Sareena is no where to be found. I began worrying as to what may be going on. I stood up from where I was sitting and began walking in circles, thinking about what may have possibly happened that's keeping Ree so long. Did she get caught? Was she seen by someone in the act? What's going to happen to us? These questions kept running through my head like crazy. This was starting to get really uncomfortable...especially since I brought Silver here. What will the others think of him when he becomes number 12? "Wh-What is this place?!" I look behind me to see that Silver had woken up from his slumber. "I never in my life would have dreamed of seeing a place like this..." He then looks in my direction. I could tell by the look on his face that he was terrified by the way I actually look. "Who are you?" He quickly asked. I was glad to see that he was awake, so I gave him a smile and said, "What? You didn't expect me to look like this Silver?" He seemed even more surprised at the fact that I was the one talking in this form. "Alex?!" He asked. I laughed a little and gave him a nod. "You could have told me what you actually are before bringing me here." He said clearly angered at not giving him a warning. "Sorry." I replied, "I should have worked on getting a proper introduction ready." He looked at me confused. "What do you mean by that?" He asks me. "Well," I began, "originally my sister was supposed to meet with me here before you woke up from your sleep. She hasn't arrived yet and I'm starting to wonder if this plan is such a good idea after all..." "Oh..." He replied, "Well, how long was I out for?" He asks me. "I would estimate a good ten minutes..." I then remembered how strong that spell was. I should see if he needs any help. "Are you alright?" I ask him worried about how bad it hurt. "My head is giving me some trouble, that's for sure." He answered, "But other than that, I really don't think I'm hurt." "Well that's good hear." I told him, "Using a spell to teleport two beings into a different world takes a lot out of you. I've heard that some unicorns down there can't even master the simplest forms of it. Is that true?" I ask curiously. While I do watch over this world, I don't get to experience much detail in it's workings, culture, history, and other things. Father told me that it wasn't necessary information to use for the organization. "Yes it is." He replied, "While most unicorns, such as myself, rely on magic so much, there are some who learn to live without it. It's rare to find some but believe me they are out there. But no pony's magic can compare to the princesses. You practically have to be some sort of god to rival them." He tells me. Now this is information that sounds really interesting. Heck, maybe even father would find this good. "You know...I haven't had a nice conversation like this in a long time. To tell you the truth...it feels great." "Well...I agree." I said, "Not many people or ponies here in this world like to interact with me. In a way, we are kinda the same." He looks at me with a surprised look. "Really?" He asks me. "Yeah, I mean...we both have lived not so great lives...we have been alone all these years...but I want to change that...for both of us. So...would you be my fri-" "AL!" I stopped speaking when someone yelled my name. I look to where the source was and I saw that it was the tardy Sareena. "I see that you managed to make it out in one piece." She then looks at Silver. "Hey there new guy!" "Ree! Where were you this whole time? I was worried about you," I told her while Silver just looked clueless. I then quickly told him, "Oh Silver, this is my sister Sareena. Sareena, this is Silver." Silver still was clueless at Sareena's sudden appearance. "Heeey.....you..." He responded. "Nice...to meet you." Sareena just gave her usual smile to him and said, "Aww...It's nice to meet you too kiddo!...But anyway Al, I need you to come with me. Father has given us another mission...aaaaand I wouldn't mind if Silver here comes along." This made me worried. Silver has little to no experience against what we have been doing. "A-Alright Ree...Let's go." I said. Silver approached me. "Alex...does she always act like this? Please be honest with me." Damn...If I tell him, then it may give him second guesses on joining or not...but if I lie, he'll probably find out later and he won't trust me...What do I say? TIP: When talking to certain characters, you may be given the option to choose what you want to say. "Well," I began, "She usually isn't this hyper about stuff like this...I'll admit that she is an energetic enigma most of the time, but she seems a bit off today. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with you or not though." After that response he seemed to have calmed down a bit. "Ok, at least that's been answered for me...thank you for being honest with me Alex. It really does mean a lot to me." He gives me small smile. "No problem buddy." I responded. Hearing the word buddy being directed towards him made him feel good. His smile was was no longer small. "One last thing," He says, "Do you know where we're going exactly?" He asks. Now that I think about it, Ree never really did give us any details. "Sorry, even I don't know what's going on right now." I responded. "Well, that's alright...nice talking with you Alex." He says. "Likewise...it's so good to see that you're starting to change already." I responded. We then ended the conversation and noticed that Ree was getting the portal ready for us. "Hey Al," Ree says to me while she's getting ready, "You might wanna use the circle to get rid of any unnecessary wounds." "Yeah, I'll do that." I respond then look next to her to see a circle of light forming. This is your HUD. It displays your HP (Health Points) and MP (Magic Points). The HP bar shows how much health you have. Keep your HP high to stay alive. If Alex hits 0 HP, it is Game Over (Unless in certain situations). The MP bar displays how much magic you have. Magic is still a mystery to you, progressing further in the story will later grant you new abilities that involve magic. I then approached the light. When I stepped inside of it, the brightness grew and two orbs circled around me rapidly. While inside, it felt like having the greatest massage ever. This is a Save Point. You will come across many of these on your quest. Use them to save your game progress. When you enter a save point, all HP and MP is fully restored. Press Triangle to save your game. Reaction!: Save Save Game - Memory Unit A Memory Unit B - Slot 1 Slot 2 Slot 3 - Saving... Save Complete! Eternity Realm - Lv. 3 - 0 Bits I then looked at Sareena, who had just finished preparing the portal to our destination. "So," she began, "What do you think about the place we're going to?" She asked wanting my opinion. I took a peak inside the portal and saw the environment we were heading into. It was a forest clearing...but it seemed to filled with large amounts of light energy. It looked beautiful too. The sun shining bright in it's location, the flowers blooming, tall trees, and the sound of waterfall in the background. I looked back at Sareena and Silver, who were awaiting my thoughts on the place. "It looks amazing...." I said simply. "Well then what are we waiting for?" Sareena says filled with excitement, "Let's GO!" She then jumps inside. I look at Silver, who was standing right next to me, and asked him... "Are you ready?" He approaches the portal and responds, "...Y-Yes...If it will change both of our fates, then let's do it." He then jumps in. This left me all alone, unsure if what we are about to go through is a good idea. Even thought I was still clueless, I just slowly approached and walked into the portal. As I finish entering, I can only hear the sound of birds chirping, and the distant waterfall. I surveyed the area in hopes of finding some kind of life here, but there was nothing. Not even Silver or Sareena was around here to help. I gave a stressed sigh and said to myself... "It's gonna be a loooong day for me." I lower my head with my eyes closed. "I don't even know what's going on or where the others went...What should I do?" I bring my back up at the sight of a red butterfly flying around me. It made feel.....something...since I'm an Enigma, we really can't feel emotions. We simply pretend to know how it feels to have hearts. In reality, Enigmas aren't born with a heart. This means that we shouldn't exist at all. Father always told me that the princesses of Equestria will never see our importance in life simply because we aren't supposed to exist. But from what I have seen, the princesses are really generous and kind spirits to just about everyone they meet. Why would they want us gone? If I ever do get a chance at meeting them, I want to discuss this topic with them. Anyways, the butterfly then stopped circling around me and started flying away leaving dust behind. It then formed into 3 different colored orbs with a symbol inside each of them. One was red with a sword inside of it, another was blue and had a staff inside of it, and the last was green with a shield inside of it. These are what make up a true hero.....Choose the one you would like to specialize in... The words echoed far, telling me to choose one of these 3 orbs. Judging by how these look, I assume that what it's inside them is what they represent. Red with the sword would mean strength, blue with the staff would mean magic, and green with the shield would mean health and defense. I'm not so sure about this voice considering me a "true hero." I wonder what this all means. None the less, I should examine these. I believe that I am not ready for any sort of magic yet. Sure I can do the basics, but not any physical magic. Defense seems to be out of the question too since father put me through many endurance tests. So, I believe strength would be the right choice since I've always used my sword, the Void's End, when I need to defend myself. I then approached the red orb. The power of the Heroic Knight. A sword that will vanquish all evil. Strength above all others. Is this the power you seek? You Bet! Let's keep looking... You're path has been set...Now, let's put you're skills to the test... I then felt weight on my right hand. I look at it to see that I am now carrying a new sword. This sword carries a lot of light energy from what I can tell by it's glow. The blade itself was made of gold and sharpened to the tip. The grip/handle was a beautiful platinum with a cyan colored diamond at the end of it. Just by looking at this thing seems to give off strength and it also feels...ancient. I look at it in awe and wonder. This is the Eternal Harmony...a blade of remarkable power...only usable by the catalyst...the one who is destined to save all...and that person...is you... (Song End) I have no idea what any of this means. Am I really the one? Am I really a hero? And also.....Who is the threat that stands before me? These questions ran through my head but remained unanswered. Instead, I could the sound of someone, or something, running coming from behind the trees. I look in the direction if where the noise was generating only to find that..."they"...were here....the Inverted, as the organization calls them. They are basically what becomes of a person who has fallen. They are what you call the remains of the person, only alive.....and inside out. There were a group of six of them and they quickly surrounded me. I was about to panic but then the voice kicked in again. Do not be afraid...prove yourself against these enemies... I gave a nod to myself and got into a balanced fighting stance. Information: Defeat all of the enemies! NOTICE: This is your command menu. Use this to execute simple actions such as attacking. Cycle through the command menu with the D-Pad. Press X to perform a command. The command menu will also change color depending on the situation. Blue = No Enemies, Yellow = Non-Forced Fight, Red = Forced Fight. For now, you only have the option to attack. Press X to attack the Inverted. Pressing X continuously on the Attack command will allow you to start a combo. Use these to quickly defeat your opponents. I started off by focusing my attention towards the one that first appeared. I really wanted to see how effective this sword really was. I gave this enemy a combo of vertical swing, then a stab, and ending it with a full horizontal swing. Just like that, he was gone. +4 XP He also dropped a couple of gold coins and green orbs. I proceeded to pick up these coins. +12 Bits This was a foolish move however since it left me wide open. Another one of the Inverted had already gotten a head start on me and gave me a good high kick to my back. "Aah!" I cry as I am hit. -4 HP I quickly regained focus from that hit and followed up with the same 3 hit combo, thus destroying my attacker. +4 XP He also dropped the same green orbs as before and I picked them up. +1 HP +2 HP +1 HP Judging by how my wound was restored so quickly, I assumed that these orbs may possess healing properties. None the less, I kept my focus on the enemies who were quickly approaching me. I found that the attack pattern of these enemies were quite predictable. They leave themselves vulnerable when they walk and jump. This allowed me to easily hit them in almost every way. Their main aspect though is to quickly duck under any none-vertical slash and follow up with a reversal. This battle was clearly an easy win for me. As I slashed through the last of the Inverted that ambushed me, the world suddenly went slower and a flash of red light surrounded my body along with two energy balls circling around me. Get Bonus! - Alex Ability: Air Recovery Ability: Scan Alex has gained the use of abilities. Abilities are used to preform different actions in combat, movement, or add extra elements to your HUD. To equip an ability, go to the pause menu and select the option, Abilities. (Song End) Pause - Abilities *One equipping spree later* - Resume I felt as if I learned something new from that battle as this energy circles around me. It quickly dies down and time starts to flow normally. I gave a relieved sigh and de-summoned my new weapon. It grew a bright golden colored light and then disappeared. Behind me, a small figure started to form out of light. I look at it and it soon turned out to be a treasure chest. I smiled at how I was rewarded. Information: Use reaction commands to open the treasure chest! I approached the chest, wondering what was inside of it. Reaction!: Open Out of instinct, I hit the top of the chest, which made the treasure chest open. Obtained - Potion (Restores 40% of Max HP) NOTICE: The Items command has been added to the command menu! Use the Items command to use an item such as potions to help you stay alive. After taking the potion that was inside the chest, I looked in the opposite direction it was facing to see a door had appeared. I approached it and then the voice then spoke... Walk through it to start your journey and to find your friends... I still wasn't too sure about what was going on. I stopped walking and just looked at the door for minute. The voice spoke up at this. Do not be afraid...keep walking...do not stop moving...the light will always be there to guide you... I then gained to courage to open the door. Before I did though, I saw that a circle of light had formed next to the door, so I went ahead and stepped inside. It looked like the same area I was in, only.....dead. The trees and grass were red in color, the flowers were dead, and only the sound of the cold wind could be heard. I looked at the sky, which was a pinkish color and it was sunset. It seemed to be the only thing normal in the area. I then heard a loud crash behind me. I look to see a large pair of feet in front of me. I look up at what this was. It was an Inverted...bigger than anything I have ever seen before, it even had it's skeleton armor on. The only exposed part I see is the head. I gave a stressed sigh and said, "Why is this happening? Who is doing this?"

The scene changes to a light shining bright, then slowly fading to show us a room inside a beautiful castle. Standing within this room were the ever so graceful princesses of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. But that is not all...there was another figure, wearing all black, hood to cover his face, and also wearing a gold locket. The man in black then approaches the princesses and gives them a bow. "..." he says. "We appreciate your kindness, but the formalities are unnecessary. We have an important matter to discuss." the princess of the night told the figure. "..." "Yes...will you ever be going back?" the princess of the sun asked the hooded man. "..." "I see...then must need a place to stay, correct?" Celestia told the figure. "..." "Because you were the one destined to save us from the organization, no matter what the costs." Luna told the man. "..." "True...but you are among their ranks now, correct?" Luna asked the man. "..." "Just remember that they're not your pure blood family...they deceived you,. That's why we are happy to accept you among our ranks...even if you aren't a pony." Celestia tells the figure with a smile. "..." I sit here in this world that is nothing but the color white and watch these ponies as they joyfully roam their land. Oh how I wish I could join them for some fun...it makes me feel kinda stupid for joining the organization. I mean...I could have just lived in the normal after-life...but I wanted to do something for a change. But the hole "secretly" helping thing isn't working out for me...plus, why am I the only one who is sent on these missions?...Well, me and that new girl. She seems really quiet about everything. I tend to see her every once in a while during a mission, but we never really got the chance to sit down and talk. I don't think she has formally introduced herself to everyone yet...speaking of introductions, I forgot to tell you who I am. My full name is "Christian Alex Gomez"...I am unsure of the meaning of it, but it given to me because the others saw me as the simple one of the group. So that's why I have that name...it's simple, like me...in the organization, we all look the same. Always wearing our black robes and gold lockets to signify that we are part of the organization, however we use our hoods to cover our face whenever we wish to keep our identities a secret from others when they are around. I prefer to have mine off since I don't think it's necessary to wear it. My hair was a pure black in color and it was in a spiky formation where the front concentrates the spikes on the right side of my head as if windswept, and the back is smoother and more flaky. But you don't need to know everything about me, so lets get back to the subject. I look over the city of Canterlot...*sigh* and there he is...Silver Bliss...I truly feel sorry for this unicorn. He's lived a terrible life of pain and suffering and no one seems to notice. He never grew up with his parents, and he lived alone. This has been going on ever since I joined the organization around 15 years ago...the same number of years my human soul lived for, then it died. I would be more than willing to help him, but father keeps telling me that it isn't worth losing my spot in the organization. I was the 10th out of 11 members, the leader being my father and the 6th being my sister, Sareena...My memories of spending time with them never really came to me. It's as if they're aren't my real family, but they are. Anyway back to Silver, I could see him trotting towards his house quickly to avoid any attention from anypony in the area...he makes it in and shuts the door immediately...it's sad to see that no one tries to calm him down. "Son...I sense that there is something troubling you..." I hear a voice behind me. I turn to see a man with a black robe on and a hood covering his face. Though with his deep voice, I could tell that it was father. I was always hesitant on telling him about Silver, because he said that I was overreacting. "N-Nothing father!" I replied quickly. "I was just watching the city below us." He didn't seem amused. He then pushed me aside and inspected what I was actually doing. He then noticed Silver and gave a stressed sigh. He then turns back to me and says... "Why must you waste your time with the non-crucial beings such as that unicorn when you could focus your attention to somethings crucial, such as the Elements of Harmony?" He asked me, obviously filled with anger. "Because they do matter father! All life has meaning to it!" I replied with the same level anger though I said it in a somewhat broken tone. Even though his face was cloaked, I could tell that he was staring at me with burning eyes. He then spoke... "Tread carefully...as your actions may contain terrible consequences." He then disappeared in a dark portal he summoned. That is still a mystery to me today...why are we, or at least I, helping the others but with dark magic? Whatever the case, I just watched him leave and to my surprise another figure appeared out of that portal. I could tell from the size of it, it was female...and judging by past events, this is probably my sister. "Hey Al!" She yelled from where she appeared. "Come over here, I have something to share with you!" Hearing this I got up from where I was sitting. TIP: Use the Left Analog Stick to control Alex. Tilt it slightly to make him walk and tilt it fully to make him run. Press Circle to jump. If you ever forget what your main objective is, press START to confirm your objective. I then ran to where she was. TIP: Move the camera with the Right Analog Stick. You can return the camera to the default position by pressing the Right Analog Stick. Press R1 to lock on to specific people or objects. Lock onto Sareena. I then look at Sareena, wondering what she had in store for me. TIP: Reaction Commands are used to execute actions according to the given situation. When one appears, press Triangle to use it. It's important to use them whenever they are given. Use the reaction command to talk to Sareena. Reaction!: Talk "Hey sis, what have you got for me?" I asked her curious as to what she needs me for. "Well, I understand that you want to help the unicorn, right?" she tell me. "Yes, of course I do." I told her. "I've been watching him for the 15 years I've been in the organization, and nothing has changed." I said in a sad tone. "Well, you're lucky to have a smart sister like me." She says with a wide grin. I was confused as to what she wanted to tell me. "Do you have some sort of plan to help me?" I asked her. "Why in fact I do! You see, I'm sure father won't mind, but how about we make Silver a member of the organization here in the Eternity Realm?" This plan seems a bit off, maybe I should ask her what the catch. "It doesn't really sound like a straight-forward plan though. There has gotta be a catch to this or something...are you positive that father would approve of this? How do we go down to the world without bringing our physical bodies?" She giggled at how I was worried about this situation. "Do you want to find out?" She asks me. I'm too sure about this...but this maybe the only chance I get to help him. So I nodded to hear the rest of the plan...
2 - The Enigma (Revised)Chapter 2 - The Enigma The scene changes from the conversation with Alex and Sareena, to the home of our not so fortunate unicorn, Silver. (PoV: Silver) Why is it that whenever I try to help somepony, they just get angry with me? Look, I know that I'm not perfect at stuff but that doesn't give you a reason to be a bully to others. I've been living my whole life in fear and sadness, waiting for some miracle to come and sweep my troubles away. I've seen this happen to a couple of other ponies, but for some reason or another, it never happens to me. Is my existence really not that important? Do I actually serve a purpose here on this world? These kinds of questions keep lingering in my head, but for whatever reason, I keep going, regardless of the situation. I'm in my house right now, clueless on what I should do next. I simply just head to my bedroom and lay on my bed, staring into the ceiling. "What I wouldn't give to have a friend to comfort me...*sniff*...what I wouldn't give..." I said as I slowly started sobbing, remembering the awful things the others said to me. "Is that all you got?" "You're so pathetic." "Like I'd be friends with you, loser." Nopony would understand how much suffering I've gone through in my life...All I need is a friend...just one...is that too much to ask for? Just give me one and it will show me that there is somepony out there who is actually listening to me, showing that they care for me, and most of all...they will be at my side...forever. "Your wish is my command..." A voice called out. I looked around my room but there was nopony in here besides me. Then a flash of light appeared blinding me for a bit. When it cleared, there was a ball of gold light flying in front of me. "Greetings, Silver..." I was in absolute shock to see this appear. "Who...What are you?" I asked the light. "Do not be afraid. My name is Alex, the guardian of your world...I've been watching you for 15 years now and have seen the unfortunate events you've experienced. I have had enough of it and decided to defy my peoples' orders so that I can help you." Wow.....after all this time, somepony WAS actually watching me...wait a minute! "If you've been watching me for all this time, then how come you didn't step in sooner?" I asked Alex "I can't come down to the world with my physical body, it breaks the rules of my world and I could banished for that. If I am banished, I have no physical body to control, so I will end up dead." He responded as I now understood his situation. "Silver...will come with me to join our organization? This experience is only for gifted individuals...you will be a true hero." "What if I refuse?" "Then you will continue to live this terrible lifestyle and my efforts of trying to help you will prove to be useless." "NO! I don't want to live this way anymore! Take me with you!" I demanded. "As I said before...your wish is my command." Then from there everything became really bright, which also caused me to have a splitting headache. (Song End) (PoV: Alex) What I expected to be nothing more than a simple teleport spell actually turned out to be something much greater. Not only did I have to bring Silver along with me, but I also had to quickly change back into my physical form. When we arrived at the Eternity Realm he was out cold, probably due to all that power within that teleportation spell. Well...I did it. It took me my whole 15 years as an organization member to have the guts to pull it off, but none the less I managed to succeed in bringing Silver here. Now all I got to do is wait for him to wake up...but how will I pass the time now?...Perhaps I should see what Sareena has in store for him. After all, she is the most forgiving person I know. She can't possibly turn down helping a pony like Silver. The scene changes from Alex looking over at Silver to two figures watching them closely through the taller of the two's magic. They were both organization members due to them wearing the dark robes with both of their hoods on cloaking their faces. Analyzing their body structure, one was male and the other was female with the male being the taller of them. The man then stopped his magic, thus fading the scene with Alex and Silver. He then looks over to the woman. "So he has finally done it..." the man said with a deep voice, "After all these years of me telling him how foolish it is to help the helpless, he still has learned nothing..." "It's like you told me father..." the woman said, "One who knows nothing...can understand...nothing." You couldn't tell but the man was smiling under his hood at how her daughter had grown to understand one of the organizations lessons about certain enigmas such as themselves and Alex. "It is good to see that you understand how certain individuals may not be trustworthy towards our group.....Sareena." The man responded to his daughter's knowledge. "Since you have brought me this information, we must cast him out of the organization...and you will be my only child." The woman was excited to hear this news, but she also wondered how would they go about banishing him with Silver at his side now. "But father," Sareena began to ask, "what of the unicorn? What shall become of him now that Alex his befriended him?" The man simply gave out a small evil laugh, then said... "It is simple...we trick them both into thinking their going through the initiation phase of the group, and we send them to the Forest of Dismemberment where they shall no doubt be killed. Number 10 is simply to inexperienced in combat to survive the monster that awaits him." This still brought worry to Sareena. "There is still a chance of him surviving though...what if he makes it out alive?" Sareena asked in a troubled voice. "Then we shall send him to the planet below and have the other personally take care of him...I only told that fool to never release himself to that world so he wouldn't foil our true plan of absorbing the power of the Elements of Harmony by means of surprise." The man said, which also reassured Sareena. "The princesses know not of the true power that the Enigmas of the Eternity Organization hold! We will be victorious in our conquest! Not even the elements with the other 3 princesses' power COMBINED will be enough to stop us!....Sareena, I need you to initiate the plan now." He than summons a dark portal. "Take number 10 to the forest along with his unicorn companion." "As you command.....Ryota." The woman says before taking off her hood to reveal Sareena with her long blonde hair with black eyes. She slowly walks inside the portal and it fades away when she fully enters. "Get ready Equestria..." Ryota says to himself, "Your new and ultimate leader is approaching..."
5 - Nikki's Knowledge + Vs. Mane 6 (Final Mix Exclusive)4 - Double-Crossed + Vs. Giant Inverted Chapter 4 - Double-Crossed + Vs. Giant Inverted I could only look up in fear as this monster stared down at me. I let my instincts kick in and I ran for it, going through many trees and shrubs to find a way out. I ran for about a good 2 minutes then I finally found the end of this forest.....and, well the end of the world too apparently. I came to a point to where there was no ground and I made a quick stop before falling off the edge. I stopped just in time too since if I just went maybe an inch further, I'd be a goner. My heart started pounding rapidly as the ground began shaking. I look towards the trees.....or at least to where the trees once were. I saw that the monster had cleared all of the surroundings in this place including the trees, flowers, shrubs, and possibly animals too. All that was there was me, the monster, this large grassy platform and the dark red sky above us. "Will there be an end to this madness?" I ask myself, not expecting a reply. Instead, the Eternal Harmony somehow appeared in hand. Facing your fears...will bring you joy and happiness beyond your imagination...Do not be afraid...Show this one what means to be the catalyst... "*sigh* I think I've gone insane, hearing these voices in my head...but it seems to be the only option here." I said to myself as I readied my sword. Information: Use reaction commands to fight the mysterious enemy! Before I could even begin to think of a strategy to combat this beast, the area grew dark for a second then came back up quickly and then I noticed several black and red wavy stripes flowing around me. Then everything went dark again, this time very slowly. The creature was just watching the events happen to me. When everything was lit, I noticed that I was not on the ground anymore, but also stuck. "Wh-What is this?!" I look at my stretched out arms with the Eternal Harmony still in my right hand and spread out legs, struggling to get them free from these black chains that held me in place. It was useless however since they didn't seem to be coming off. But all of this was just a part of what was weird. "Wait.....where did that thing go?" I scanned the area to see no trace of that thing anywhere. "Great...how am I supposed to get out this one?...Was this really what Ree was expecting us to fight?" I asked myself. Then out of no where, the creature appears right in front of my face, startling me and causing me to struggle even harder to free. I could tell that he really wanted me dead by look in its' eyes. I could see that he was readying a punch for me since he raised an arm and formed a fist. I could watch and do nothing while he was getting ready to end me. However, when he threw the punch... Reaction!: Breaking Counter I managed to free myself just in time to avoid the fist that was heading towards me, that would have surely broken all of my bones, with a back flip. I took advantage of this miracle and followed it up by giving a large vertical slash to the beast's face. This was short lived thought due to the fact that the chains had reformed and I was stuck again. The slash did knock him back pretty far, but it wasn't a problem for him. He had arms like rubber bands and he stretched them all the way to my position and grabbed me with his blood-filled hand and hurled me into the air. My heart was now racing due to the fact of how everything went from bad to worse. By the time I started falling, I looked down to see the creature's mouth wide open for me to fall into. Thankfully this time, I had a plan. I waited to get close enough to the mouth, then... Reaction!: Lunarsault Thanks to the help of my Air Recovery ability, I was able to flip myself up. He tried to go for a chomp, but he ended up utterly failing. I then noticed that he left his face wide open again and I gave a nasty horizontal slash to it. "C'mon!" I yell as I slash the creature. I was finally now on the ground after these events. The beast however, fell down and ended up falling off the platform. I ran towards the corner he fell off of only to see pitch black darkness. "Phew...I'm glad that's over." I said to myself. Then the platform starts to shake! "Damn it! Me and my big mou- WOAH!" The platform started rotating, causing me to slide down it. Once I reached the edge of it, I jabbed my sword inside the platform to hold on. While I was dangling, I noticed something right under me...It was the monster, this time with a large orb filled dark energy. I gasped at the sight of how massive it was. Who knew that there are beings out there like this. He then smacks the platform with all of his might, causing it to turn completely upside down. My sword couldn't hold on any longer...so it slipped out and I starting falling. "AAAARGH!" I scream as I fall while at the same time the creature throws the energy ball at me. The world seem to slow down the closer I got to this orb that was heading straight for me...however... Reaction!: Stopping Raid I took advantage of, yet again, my Air Recovery ability and back flipped to regain my momentum. My instincts kicked in and they told me to throw my sword at the orb to destroy it. I then pulled back and threw it with great power. "Gotcha!" I yell as I threw my sword down. It connected and resulted a huge explosion. Thankfully since everything was right-side up again, I could fall safely on the grassy platform...however that doesn't mean that it wasn't going to hurt though. I have no idea how far I fell, but it was certainly enough for me to bounce when I landed. I was even more glad that I didn't lose any HP from the fall. I laid there for a couple of seconds, tired from all these events that triggered, then I saw my sword land right beside me followed by the monster landing with a loud crash in front of me. I noticed that he was no longer moving due to the impact of the crash. "Now is my chance!" I said to myself as I quickly got back on my feet and picked up my sword. I locked on to him to see how much HP this thing actual had. (???: 175/250 HP) I then ran to where his head laid and relentlessly started to swing at it. I ended my barrage with a full horizontal swing and then a jumping slash. When those hits connected, he started to get up from the fall. (???: 87/250 HP) He then separated his arms, much to my disgust, and started swatting all over the area. "Gah!" -10 HP I scream as one hand hits the back of me as I attempted to move out of the way. The arms then made their way towards each other and clapped their hands. This caused lots of long red and black wavy lines to shoot out everywhere. One important thing to note about these things is that they had electricity flowing though them. I tried jumping out of their way..."Argh!" -7 HP Information: Use Reversal to dodge attacks! Reaction!: Reversal I then did what the tip told me to do and I started doing various back flips and front flips to avoid being hit by these shock lines. The creature understood what I was doing so it stopped what it was doing and then reformed its arms back to its sides. Puddles of blood then started to form out of the ground, causing the smaller enemies to spawn. These ones like to shrivel and zig-zag around in various directions making them harder to hit. When they touch the ground though, they shape-shift into swords of their own. "Oof! Eh! Argh!" -3 HP, -2 HP, -3 HP One of which managed to get a good 3 hits on me. Alex: DANGER!: 4/30 HP I felt a really sharp pain everywhere in my body. There was even a ringing noise to signify how close to death I was. It's as if it knows when I feel this beat up or not. I really need to get some heath now. Oh wait! (Items - Potion - Alex) "Okay!" I say as I throw the potion in the air, causing its contents to splash all over me. +12 HP While I did still feel a little pain, I definitely felt better than how I was a couple of seconds ago, even the ringing noise stopped. I turn my attention back to these dodging enemies, this time with a plan. Reaction!: Spin Dance I grabbed the leg of one of these blood dodgers with one hand and started to twirl him around in the air, causing me to hit the other 2 that where around the area. +14 XP I then went ahead and threw this guy right in the face of the giant. He ended up falling down again, but this time unconscious. I also gained the experience of killing the smaller enemy.....+7 XP Level Up! - Lv. 4 - Alex Defense Increased! .....Which also resulted in me gaining a level. I then rushed over to the monster's head again to check his HP. (???: 43/250 HP) Ah yes! I could easily finish him off now. But then something very unexpected happen... THUNDER! When I heard those words, sparks of lightning came striking down on the monster thus killing it. As the large red light appeared around me, I looked around to see where the lightning came from. "Did you miss me?" I heard the voice again. I look behind me to see..."Silver?..." Get Bonus! - Alex Maximum HP Increased! Ability: Guard Get Bonus! - Silver Maximum HP Increased! Ability: Hyper Restore (Song end) "But...But h-" "How did I make it here with such little experience with combat?" He finished for me. "It was this thing!" He said as he raised a strangely familiar staff in the air with his magic. "Now that I'm wielding something with such great power, I feel like I have a purpose now!...By the way, nice sword." He said while I was just surprised that he was in a good mood. "Uh...Thanks." I replied while still giving him a confused look. "Listen, Silver...do you have any idea what's going on? Everything that's happened doesn't seem natural." "...Well, now that all that suspense is over, I have to agree with you on that. As for what's going on, I don't have the slightest idea. Heck, I'm just glad I found you." He said as he trotted towards me. Then the even more unexpected happened...he hugged me, and his mane went from a dark blue to a beautiful and shiny gold. "Thank you...you have given me an experience beyond anypony's imagination." I smiled as I returned the hug. "And more importantly Silver.....remember...that we will be friends...forever." Silver was now in tears, but of happiness this time. "Hey Silver...did you happen to see Sareena anywhere?" But before he could reply... "Aww...I thought you forgot all about me!" Then the ground we stood on suddenly was filled with dark energy. It was starting to slowly starting to suck us in like quicksand. "Enjoy your trip!" "What's going on?!" Silver asked me, obviously worried. "I'm not sure! Hold on!" I scream as we both try to struggle our way out. But there was no use, our bodies were already three-fourths of the way in. I reached out my hand in hopes of grabbing on to something before I get sucked in...and I did. And when I did, everything became really bright. "Wh-What?!" I said as the light appeared. When the light cleared...I was in the middle of a completely white room with drawings all over the walls. Silver was right next to me, looking at something with deep concern. I look to where he was looking and I found out that he looking at someone in a black robe, similar to mine but they had their hood on. With a smile on their face, they took off the hood to reveal to me someone who looked really familiar. Green eyes, long dark hair with a pink locket...where have I seen those before?...Oh! "Wait a minute?! Aren't y-" "Shhhhh....." She silenced me while holding a finger over her mouth. She then spoke in a very calm tone, "My name is Nikki.....one of the guardians of the Eternity Realm.....Alex.....do both of you know why you're here?" "Well...in all honesty, no." I replied truthfully. She then replied in a slightly more concerning tone. "You are here because your human spirit is resurrecting.....but also because you are now banished from the Eternity Realm." "WHAT?!" I replied rather rudely. "B-But, it was supposed to be between me, Silver, and Sareena. How did this news travel so quickly?" "I have some rather saddening news for you...for the past 15 years you've known Sareena for, she was only pretending to like you so your father could find out what you were doing while he was away...and also...she isn't your pure blood sister...your father merely tampered with your memories so you would think that." "Sareena.....how could she...." I started to sob lightly. I then felt something embrace me. I look to see that both Silver and Nikki were hugging me. I returned it. "Th-*sniff*-Thanks guys." They both replied "No problem....best friend." When then eventually released ourselves from the hug and then I asked Nikki, "So what happens to us?" "You will follow me to the world of Equestria to find your new home." "Huh?!" I was surprised to hear that the world I was protecting was now my new home. "Yup, that's right. But be careful, this is Equestria, we must keep our presence a secret or we may be seen as a threat. And if that is not enough, those creatures you fought in that forest will hunt us down when the moon shines, but you will keep your sword...I sense a special connection between it and you. So overall, Silver here has an advantage over us in this world." Silver blushed when she said that. I gave a big sigh. "Well...you said my human spirit is returning, so do I get my form of it too?" I asked her. She simply giggled and said, "You're already in it." She points behind me. I look back to see a mirror...and in that mirror was.....me......15 years after I left this body and it still looks the same. My old self.....all there again. "I wanted to say something, but I just didn't know how to put it." Silver told me. I shared a light laugh and said, "It's alright, as long as I'm me again, it's ok." "So...Alex, Silver. Are you two ready for the events to come? Just let me know and we will go." "Ok!" We both replied. NOTICE!: Your party member have been switched. I proceeded to a small one and hit the top of it with my sword, giving me the contents inside. Obtained - Potion I then did the same for the other small chest. Obtained - Ether (Fully Restores MP) I decided on something whenever I find a large chest. "That's it!" I said as I threw my sword in the air, then caught it and hit the chest with style. **Key Item Obtained! - Ponyville Map I then went ahead and approached the circle of light and it healed my wounds, much to my delight. Mane 6 (Final Mix Exclusive) After getting settled inside this mysterious yet familiar white room, I decided to talk to Silver some more. He seems to have changed already just by looking at his astounding gold mane. I approached him, while he was sitting down on a chair that was extraordinarily high with a familiar cyan diamond at the top of it. I look at him say, "Hey, buddy! How's it going up there?" He looks down to see me, "Oh, It's just great up here! I feel so happy now that all of this is happening to me...and I have you to thank Alex." He gives me a smile as his mane sparkles. Though I wonder why this room has eight other chairs just like it. Could this be where the others hang out? It is a possibility given that there are 9 of them. Well, that doesn't matter now, all that matters is that I'm done working for these liars. Pause - Abilities *One equipping spree later* - Resume I went ahead and walked towards Nikki. She gives me a wave and says... "Hello Alex, is there something you need?" Choices: 1. Is there a reason why you kept looking at me whenever we were off missions? I wanna know about you. I'll be going now. This caught her off guard a bit. "Oh...so you noticed...Well, to be completely honest with you, I saw that your soul wasn't like anything I have seen before." "My soul?" I asked her. She gives me a nod, "Yes you see, almost all of the souls of the organization are filled with anger and hate...I said almost all because of your friend, Cliff or Number VIII." She was right, Cliff was different from the rest of the group. He was more of a supporter rather than a member of the organization. Cliff was a 18 year old Enigma with long dark purple hair with a couple of spikes sticking out. He became friends with me because of how I would always exclude myself from the rest of the group. It was quite nice to know that there are Enigmas like him around. After I finished a mission, we would always secretly take some fudge sickles from a local mart and eat them together while looking over Equestria in all of it's beauty. He told me that sometimes I made him feel like he had a heart...and that's why we are gonna stay friends forever. "This is what the organization strives on and I don't like it one bit." "Y'now, this makes me wonder...Why exactly did you join the organization if you knew what these people were like?" I asked her "To answer your question, it was because of what all Enigmas want, a heart...to exist again." She answers, "But the way the organization sees the solution was wrong and the fact that they deceived us was terrible...They told me that we were here because we were trying to find a way to peacefully solve our problem. I had to make sure that this wasn't a lie, so I played along. Little did I know that I would be here for a long time. But when me and you went on our first mission together, I saw something in you that was different from the others. Your soul was filled with justice and harmony. I'll be going now. "Actually, I didn't find them. They found us." This surprised me. How could my old self find me here? "How is that possible? I mean, when we were killed, our forms were turned into Inverted and then what we are now were born." I said. "Since me and you both had the intentions of solving this situations using peaceful manners, the light inside our original forms over came the turning of an Inverted and went to find us...and you're already in yours as you know. You will be able to see what I look like once we depart to Equestria." "Do you have more questions for me?" Choices: 1. Could you tell what this place is? What are your thoughts on Silver? I am ready to leave this place and head out to the world. I'll be going now. "This place is where Number I holds the important meetings with the other members of the organization." This made me curious. "Then how come I was never brought to this place before? And how do you know about it?" I ask her. "You were never brought here since Number I didn't want you to hear the truth about what the organization was planning to do with Equestria. As to how I got this information and how I know about this place, this is where the organization welcomed me as one of their own. You weren't there for obvious reasons, but it doesn't matter now." "Do you have more questions for me?" Choices: 1. What are your thoughts on Silver? I am ready to leave this place and head out to the world. I'll be going now. "He is a really sweet stallion with a broken heart. I feel sorry what he has been through..." She closes her eyes and lowers her head. "So you've heard what I've been doing for the past 15 years then." I said to her. She looks up and nod her head, "From what I have gathered, Silver Bliss was raised without the aid or support of his parents and grew up with a life full of hatred. He never wanted to engage in social activities due to his troubled past. But now he is by our side...and I have to say, you did a great job at changing his perception of life." She smiles at me, "Thank you for doing this Alex." I gave a light chuckle and scratched the back of my head, "No problem." "Do you have more questions for me?" Choices: 1. I am ready to leave this place and head out to the world. I'll be going now. "Are you sure you are ready to go?" she asks me, "Once we leave this place, we aren't coming back for a while." Choices: 1. Yes, I am ready. On second thought...I need more time. (Song End) Silver noticed how we were getting ready to go, so he jumped off the chair and came towards us. "I'm ready when you guys are." He says to Nikki and I. "There is one thing you need to know before we go." Nikki tells me which caused me to give her a curious look. "When we go back, we will have no memories of this place and they will be filled in with new memories to ensure that our minds won't be destroyed." Oh no... "And Alex...I understand that you've had a strong friendship with Number VIII, Cliff...I'm sorry..." "W-Wait! Can't Cliff come with us? Please!" I said begging her to bring Cliff here. "It's too risky Alex...I'm so sorry..." She then gives me hug as tears start to flow down my cheeks. Soon, Silver pulls into the hug too. "I'll do whatever I can to give you the friendship and love that Cliff would give you." Nikki says. "Yeah, me too. After all...I owe you a big one." Silver adds. "Thank you guys.....I'm so glad that we met each other...will we at least remember each other when we leave?" I ask Nikki. "Yeah...we will remember each other, but the way we met each other will be completely different...maybe in due time, we will remember everything that has happened here and discover our true identities while in Equestria." She responds. "Ok...I'm ready..." "Count me in too!" Silver adds. "Alex, I'm never gonna leave your side. You're the friend that I have been waiting for my whole life. Not under any circumstance will I let this friendship die..." Words could not describe how happy I was to hear those words. I embraced him while more tears began flowing. "I could say the same thing...I'm so glad to have a heart again..." Nikki just watched us and was smiling at how me and Silver bonded to quickly. After a minute or so, we released the hug and I looked at her. "Ok, we're ready when you are Nikki." (Song End) She nods, "Ok, I need to stay calm." I did what I was told as I took a deep breathe. "I will open the portal now..." She opens a dark portal made of various shadows of a deep violet color. "Let's do this!" She yells as she runs and jumps in. "To a new adventure!" Silver yells as he does the same as Nikki. I was alone again and said to myself, "To my sanctuary.....back into reality!" I jump in and the only thing I saw was...darkness...I was falling...forever...and then...I felt light-headed and blacked out... (3rd Person PoV) Ryota had just finished looking at the events that occurred in the White Room from his dark magic and he was not pleased. "So...not only has my former son betrayed me...but that foolish girl has been secretly hearing our plans..." Ryota says to himself as he stops the scene. He looks at the eight figures wearing black robes behind him and says, "My people...I have an announcement to make...two of our own kind have gone too far and have betrayed us...I need you all to find and destroy numbers X and XI along a golden maned unicorn that is accompanying them! Failure is not an option!" All of the organization member gave him a bow in response and left. However, among that crowd, there was one Enigma who was unsure if he should do as he was told.....simply because it was his....best friend... "Alex...why?" he asks himself (Final Mix Exclusive!) (PoV: Alex) Eventually after a while I managed to regain my sense of touch and hearing and I felt as if I had just jumped off a cliff and lived. My back aching real hard, and to add to that , the surface I'm laying on is all rough and rocky. "Hey y'all! I think he's waking up!" A southern voice yelled out. Well, at least it's nice to know that someone found me. "Good! Now we can settle this, once and for all! I've been dying to kick this guy's flank after what he put us through!" A rather tomboyish voice called out. Well...they found me...and they want to kill me. I quickly opened my eyes and stoop up and to my surprise, there stood six familiar looking ponies. "It's good to see that you're up now Alex..." The purple alicorn spoke, "...or should we say...NUMBER X! You lied to us this whole time!" I wanted to say something, but my mouth felt like it was moving on it's own. "It isn't my fault dammit!" I said, "I wanted to tell you earlier Twilight...I really did, but it wouldn't matter anyway, you would be doing what you are right now! I had no choice to join the organization! It was Ryota's decision! Not mine!" Who is Ryota? What is this "organization"? The rainbow maned pegasus then flew right in front of me with an angry look on her face. "It doesn't matter if you didn't mean to or not, the fact is that you lied about who you really are and put us in the face of danger just so you could save your girlfriend, Nikki! Guess what mister high and mighty?! You forgot about saving Canterlot when it was being attacked! Now it's nothing more than a big pile of ruble. What do have to say for yourself?" Without any input from me, I took a step back and got into a fighting stance with a vaguely familiar black sword. "NO! I can't let you do this to me! If it's fight you guys want, then I won't hold back! I'll whatever it takes to get Nikki back!" I said to the girls. "You leave us no choice Number X...Girls! Let's do this!" The purple alicorn who I called Twilight yelled. "FOR EQUESTRIA!" The pink earth pony called out I locked onto one of them to see exactly what I'm dealing with. (Rainbow Dash: 5,600/5,600 HP) You have got to be kidding me...I locked onto another one. (Twilight Sparkle: 4,700/4,700 HP) There is no way I can do this! Before I could even make a move, I was quickly surrounded by all of them. "Formation!" Twilight called. "Get ready for this..." "FINAL MEMORY!" They all yelled out as I was now being restrained by a rope made of light. I look up to see that a large whit meteor was heading straight for me. I yell out before it strikes. "GAAAAHHH!" -999,999 HP (Song End) Alex: 0/60 HP - - (End of Final Mix Exclusive) Everything was still dark...until suddenly I was jolted back up by the sound of a familiar girl. "Alex!" She calls out. Another dream about him.....I got out of my bed, stretched a little bit and called back to the girl "Ok Nikki! Coming!" I ran out of my room and into the living room of my home. Nikki was there waiting for me in her usual cyan colored shirt and short lime colored skirt. "Can you believe it Alex?" I was clueless. "Huh?" I said, "What's going on?" Nikki just looked at me as if I were stupid. Then a gray colored unicorn with a astounding golden mane walked inside. "Today marks our 15th year of when we all met each other!" Silver says filling me in. I understood now. "What? Really?" I asked. They all gave me a nod. "Wow...so we have been living here in this forest for 15 years now with no one knowing where we are...that's pretty impressive." "And we owe it all to you Silver!" Nikki adds. Silver's cheeks became rosy. He gives out a nervous chuckle then says... "Aww...it was nothing guys." "Nothing? C'mon Silver, this is more than anything we could have imagined! Me and Nikki were at a complete lost to where we were. Then you offered us a home near the forest and ever since then, we have been the best of friends." I said to Silver, making his entire face turn red. "He he...We've come a long way, haven't we?" Silver says. Me and Nikki just respond to him by giving him a big hug. "I love you guys." he says. "We love you too, Silver." me and Nikki reply. (PoV: ???) I watched as Alex was now with his friends that he was with before he died...It made me angry...he replaced me...after all we've done together "The Alex that I know is long gone..." I said to myself, "Fine then, I see how it is."
4 - Double-Crossed + Vs. Giant Inverted3 - The Trial (Revised) Chapter 3 - The Trial "As you command.....Ryota." ... "Get ready Equestria...Your new and ultimate leader is approaching..." (PoV: ???) "So this is what he wanted from me all along..." I said in my head as I had finished hearing the plot of number 1 and 5. "This is why he asked me to join the organization. To make number 10 and I...no...to make Alex...and I, make these group of Enigmas look like the good guys while we have to do all the work and they are just here to manage us!" I was furious at why they actually wanted me. "...That's it...I need to reveal this to Alex and his new friend...From this point on, I am will no longer be referred to as number 11...but as my true name...the name that I died with...Nikki...This could be risky for me...but as long as the truth is out, I could care less about what happens to me. No one here even likes my presence anyways...but...I feel so drawn to Alex...He is so different from the others around here. Even if we Enigmas only pretend to have emotions...it's sometimes almost as if he is not one of us...like a pure soul, with a heart and feelings...Gah! I can't be sitting here admiring him! I need to tell him about what is truly going on!" I then took off, hoping that I didn't attract any attention of any other member. (PoV: Alex) It's been a good 10 minutes since me and Silver had arrived here in the Eternity Realm, but he still hasn't waken up yet and Sareena is no where to be found. I began worrying as to what may be going on. I stood up from where I was sitting and began walking in circles, thinking about what may have possibly happened that's keeping Ree so long. Did she get caught? Was she seen by someone in the act? What's going to happen to us? These questions kept running through my head like crazy. This was starting to get really uncomfortable...especially since I brought Silver here. What will the others think of him when he becomes number 12? "Wh-What is this place?!" I look behind me to see that Silver had woken up from his slumber. "I never in my life would have dreamed of seeing a place like this..." He then looks in my direction. I could tell by the look on his face that he was terrified by the way I actually look. "Who are you?" He quickly asked. I was glad to see that he was awake, so I gave him a smile and said, "What? You didn't expect me to look like this Silver?" He seemed even more surprised at the fact that I was the one talking in this form. "Alex?!" He asked. I laughed a little and gave him a nod. "You could have told me what you actually are before bringing me here." He said clearly angered at not giving him a warning. "Sorry." I replied, "I should have worked on getting a proper introduction ready." He looked at me confused. "What do you mean by that?" He asks me. "Well," I began, "originally my sister was supposed to meet with me here before you woke up from your sleep. She hasn't arrived yet and I'm starting to wonder if this plan is such a good idea after all..." "Oh..." He replied, "Well, how long was I out for?" He asks me. "I would estimate a good ten minutes..." I then remembered how strong that spell was. I should see if he needs any help. "Are you alright?" I ask him worried about how bad it hurt. "My head is giving me some trouble, that's for sure." He answered, "But other than that, I really don't think I'm hurt." "Well that's good hear." I told him, "Using a spell to teleport two beings into a different world takes a lot out of you. I've heard that some unicorns down there can't even master the simplest forms of it. Is that true?" I ask curiously. While I do watch over this world, I don't get to experience much detail in it's workings, culture, history, and other things. Father told me that it wasn't necessary information to use for the organization. "Yes it is." He replied, "While most unicorns, such as myself, rely on magic so much, there are some who learn to live without it. It's rare to find some but believe me they are out there. But no pony's magic can compare to the princesses. You practically have to be some sort of god to rival them." He tells me. Now this is information that sounds really interesting. Heck, maybe even father would find this good. "You know...I haven't had a nice conversation like this in a long time. To tell you the truth...it feels great." "Well...I agree." I said, "Not many people or ponies here in this world like to interact with me. In a way, we are kinda the same." He looks at me with a surprised look. "Really?" He asks me. "Yeah, I mean...we both have lived not so great lives...we have been alone all these years...but I want to change that...for both of us. So...would you be my fri-" "AL!" I stopped speaking when someone yelled my name. I look to where the source was and I saw that it was the tardy Sareena. "I see that you managed to make it out in one piece." She then looks at Silver. "Hey there new guy!" "Ree! Where were you this whole time? I was worried about you," I told her while Silver just looked clueless. I then quickly told him, "Oh Silver, this is my sister Sareena. Sareena, this is Silver." Silver still was clueless at Sareena's sudden appearance. "Heeey.....you..." He responded. "Nice...to meet you." Sareena just gave her usual smile to him and said, "Aww...It's nice to meet you too kiddo!...But anyway Al, I need you to come with me. Father has given us another mission...aaaaand I wouldn't mind if Silver here comes along." This made me worried. Silver has little to no experience against what we have been doing. "A-Alright Ree...Let's go." I said. Silver approached me. "Alex...does she always act like this? Please be honest with me." Damn...If I tell him, then it may give him second guesses on joining or not...but if I lie, he'll probably find out later and he won't trust me...What do I say? TIP: When talking to certain characters, you may be given the option to choose what you want to say. Use the Left Analog Stick to navigate your choices, then press X to pick the response you want to say. Some choices can grant you light or dark side points depending on the situation. IMPORTANT!: Some choices may effect how characters react to you. So choose carefully. Choices: 1. To tell you the truth...Sareena is acting kinda suspicious. Can we talk about this later? 3.No. *chuckle* Not all... Silver seemed a bit more worried about Sareena now, "Yeah? Suspicious how?" He asks me. "Well," I began, "She usually isn't this hyper about stuff like this...I'll admit that she is an energetic enigma most of the time, but she seems a bit off today. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with you or not though." After that response he seemed to have calmed down a bit. "Ok, at least that's been answered for me...thank you for being honest with me Alex. It really does mean a lot to me." He gives me small smile. "No problem buddy." I responded. Hearing the word buddy being directed towards him made him feel good. His smile was was no longer small. "One last thing," He says, "Do you know where we're going exactly?" He asks. Now that I think about it, Ree never really did give us any details. "Sorry, even I don't know what's going on right now." I responded. "Well, that's alright...nice talking with you Alex." He says. "Likewise...it's so good to see that you're starting to change already." I responded. We then ended the conversation and noticed that Ree was getting the portal ready for us. "Hey Al," Ree says to me while she's getting ready, "You might wanna use the circle to get rid of any unnecessary wounds." "Yeah, I'll do that." I respond then look next to her to see a circle of light forming. This is your HUD. It displays your HP (Health Points) and MP (Magic Points). The HP bar shows how much health you have. Keep your HP high to stay alive. If Alex hits 0 HP, it is Game Over (Unless in certain situations). The MP bar displays how much magic you have. Magic is still a mystery to you, progressing further in the story will later grant you new abilities that involve magic. I then approached the light. When I stepped inside of it, the brightness grew and two orbs circled around me rapidly. While inside, it felt like having the greatest massage ever. This is a Save Point. You will come across many of these on your quest. Use them to save your game progress. When you enter a save point, all HP and MP is fully restored. Press Triangle to save your game. Reaction!: Save Save Game - Memory Unit A Memory Unit B - Slot 1 Slot 2 Slot 3 - Saving... Save Complete! Eternity Realm - Lv. 3 - 0 Bits I then looked at Sareena, who had just finished preparing the portal to our destination. "So," she began, "What do you think about the place we're going to?" She asked wanting my opinion. I took a peak inside the portal and saw the environment we were heading into. It was a forest clearing...but it seemed to filled with large amounts of light energy. It looked beautiful too. The sun shining bright in it's location, the flowers blooming, tall trees, and the sound of waterfall in the background. I looked back at Sareena and Silver, who were awaiting my thoughts on the place. "It looks amazing...." I said simply. "Well then what are we waiting for?" Sareena says filled with excitement, "Let's GO!" She then jumps inside. I look at Silver, who was standing right next to me, and asked him... "Are you ready?" He approaches the portal and responds, "...Y-Yes...If it will change both of our fates, then let's do it." He then jumps in. This left me all alone, unsure if what we are about to go through is a good idea. Even thought I was still clueless, I just slowly approached and walked into the portal. As I finish entering, I can only hear the sound of birds chirping, and the distant waterfall. I surveyed the area in hopes of finding some kind of life here, but there was nothing. Not even Silver or Sareena was around here to help. I gave a stressed sigh and said to myself... "It's gonna be a loooong day for me." I lower my head with my eyes closed. "I don't even know what's going on or where the others went...What should I do?" I bring my back up at the sight of a red butterfly flying around me. It made feel.....something...since I'm an Enigma, we really can't feel emotions. We simply pretend to know how it feels to have hearts. In reality, Enigmas aren't born with a heart. This means that we shouldn't exist at all. Father always told me that the princesses of Equestria will never see our importance in life simply because we aren't supposed to exist. But from what I have seen, the princesses are really generous and kind spirits to just about everyone they meet. Why would they want us gone? If I ever do get a chance at meeting them, I want to discuss this topic with them. Anyways, the butterfly then stopped circling around me and started flying away leaving dust behind. It then formed into 3 different colored orbs with a symbol inside each of them. One was red with a sword inside of it, another was blue and had a staff inside of it, and the last was green with a shield inside of it. These are what make up a true hero.....Choose the one you would like to specialize in... The words echoed far, telling me to choose one of these 3 orbs. Judging by how these look, I assume that what it's inside them is what they represent. Red with the sword would mean strength, blue with the staff would mean magic, and green with the shield would mean health and defense. I'm not so sure about this voice considering me a "true hero." I wonder what this all means. None the less, I should examine these. I believe that I am not ready for any sort of magic yet. Sure I can do the basics, but not any physical magic. Defense seems to be out of the question too since father put me through many endurance tests. So, I believe strength would be the right choice since I've always used my sword, the Void's End, when I need to defend myself. I then approached the red orb. The power of the Heroic Knight. A sword that will vanquish all evil. Strength above all others. Is this the power you seek? You Bet! Let's keep looking... You're path has been set...Now, let's put you're skills to the test... I then felt weight on my right hand. I look at it to see that I am now carrying a new sword. This sword carries a lot of light energy from what I can tell by it's glow. The blade itself was made of gold and sharpened to the tip. The grip/handle was a beautiful platinum with a cyan colored diamond at the end of it. Just by looking at this thing seems to give off strength and it also feels...ancient. I look at it in awe and wonder. This is the Eternal Harmony...a blade of remarkable power...only usable by the catalyst...the one who is destined to save all...and that person...is you... (Song End) I have no idea what any of this means. Am I really the one? Am I really a hero? And also.....Who is the threat that stands before me? These questions ran through my head but remained unanswered. Instead, I could the sound of someone, or something, running coming from behind the trees. I look in the direction if where the noise was generating only to find that..."they"...were here....the Inverted, as the organization calls them. They are basically what becomes of a person who has fallen. They are what you call the remains of the person, only alive.....and inside out. There were a group of six of them and they quickly surrounded me. I was about to panic but then the voice kicked in again. Do not be afraid...prove yourself against these enemies... I gave a nod to myself and got into a balanced fighting stance. Information: Defeat all of the enemies! NOTICE: This is your command menu. Use this to execute simple actions such as attacking. Cycle through the command menu with the D-Pad. Press X to perform a command. The command menu will also change color depending on the situation. Blue = No Enemies, Yellow = Non-Forced Fight, Red = Forced Fight. For now, you only have the option to attack. Press X to attack the Inverted. Pressing X continuously on the Attack command will allow you to start a combo. Use these to quickly defeat your opponents. I started off by focusing my attention towards the one that first appeared. I really wanted to see how effective this sword really was. I gave this enemy a combo of vertical swing, then a stab, and ending it with a full horizontal swing. Just like that, he was gone. +4 XP He also dropped a couple of gold coins and green orbs. I proceeded to pick up these coins. +12 Bits This was a foolish move however since it left me wide open. Another one of the Inverted had already gotten a head start on me and gave me a good high kick to my back. "Aah!" I cry as I am hit. -4 HP I quickly regained focus from that hit and followed up with the same 3 hit combo, thus destroying my attacker. +4 XP He also dropped the same green orbs as before and I picked them up. +1 HP +2 HP +1 HP Judging by how my wound was restored so quickly, I assumed that these orbs may possess healing properties. None the less, I kept my focus on the enemies who were quickly approaching me. I found that the attack pattern of these enemies were quite predictable. They leave themselves vulnerable when they walk and jump. This allowed me to easily hit them in almost every way. Their main aspect though is to quickly duck under any none-vertical slash and follow up with a reversal. This battle was clearly an easy win for me. As I slashed through the last of the Inverted that ambushed me, the world suddenly went slower and a flash of red light surrounded my body along with two energy balls circling around me. Get Bonus! - Alex Ability: Air Recovery Ability: Scan Alex has gained the use of abilities. Abilities are used to preform different actions in combat, movement, or add extra elements to your HUD. To equip an ability, go to the pause menu and select the option, Abilities. (Song End) Pause - Abilities *One equipping spree later* - Resume I felt as if I learned something new from that battle as this energy circles around me. It quickly dies down and time starts to flow normally. I gave a relieved sigh and de-summoned my new weapon. It grew a bright golden colored light and then disappeared. Behind me, a small figure started to form out of light. I look at it and it soon turned out to be a treasure chest. I smiled at how I was rewarded. Information: Use reaction commands to open the treasure chest! I approached the chest, wondering what was inside of it. Reaction!: Open Out of instinct, I hit the top of the chest, which made the treasure chest open. Obtained - Potion (Restores 40% of Max HP) NOTICE: The Items command has been added to the command menu! Use the Items command to use an item such as potions to help you stay alive. After taking the potion that was inside the chest, I looked in the opposite direction it was facing to see a door had appeared. I approached it and then the voice then spoke... Walk through it to start your journey and to find your friends... I still wasn't too sure about what was going on. I stopped walking and just looked at the door for minute. It looked like the same area I was in, only.....dead. The trees and grass were red in color, the flowers were dead, and only the sound of the cold wind could be heard. I looked at the sky, which was a pinkish color and it was sunset. It seemed to be the only thing normal in the area. I then heard a loud crash behind me. I look to see a large pair of feet in front of me. I look up at what this was. It was an Inverted...bigger than anything I have ever seen before, it even had it's skeleton armor on. The only exposed part I see is the head. I gave a stressed sigh and said, "Why is this happening? Who is doing this?"
