INTRODUCTION

You have all heard the story of Night Mare Moon, but do you know what overtook her mind so much to turn her into such a monster?

The tale begins thousands of years ago. The Queen and King of Equestria were proud of their country,  happily ruling the ponies with their two young fillies, Celestia and Luna. The ponies of Equestria, divided into three groups of pony, Unicorn, Pegasus, and Earth, were obedient to their loving rulers. One could think that everything was perfect.

But not all was well in the corners of Equestria. The Changelings were doubling in size. Parasprites were infesting some towns, such as Manehattan and Fillydelphia. And most dangerous of all, deep in the depths of the Everfree Forest, the Zebras were creating something so dangerous, it would go down in history as the one who destroyed the harmony in Equestrian lifestyle.

It was called the Miasma.

It was not, of course, intended for any harm. The Zebras were a kind, intelligent race. They were faithful to the King, Queen, and their little daughters. The Miasma was intended for helping the Zebra race, curing the terrible curse that fell upon them generations ago when a cruel rogue pony, named Sombra, cursed them to be able to only speak in rhyme.

The story of the Miasma begins in the town of Everzebra, a town in the Everfree Forest, were most of the Zebras were populated.
