The Happenings: Applebloom the Human

"Come on, girls! Hurry up!" Applebloom called to Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle, whom were at least eleven hooves(in human terms, "feet") behind her. They had begun a crusading session in potion making, and were in the Everfree forest in search of herbs for ingredients. Applebloom had spotted a green daisy- a common ingredient in potions, but quite rare- and the Crusaders had begun climbing the hill it was on. Sweetie Belle was trying to stay clean as to not anger Rarity. Scootaloo's wings kept on getting caught in branches. But Applebloom was having no problem whatsoever.

"Oh, Applebloom, can't you slow down?" Sweetie and Scootaloo asked at the same time. The yellow filly looked back at them and said, "But we're almost there!" Applebloom turned back around and started trotting uphill once more. "Whooaa!" Applebloom slid on a loose rock, then began to fall. She rolled past her friends, who ran as fast as possible to catch up with her. She regained her grip close to the bottom, and they all sighed in relief.

"I asked you to slow down." Scootaloo said. Applebloom apologized. She looked down as a greenish glow caught her eye. Her friends followed her gaze to the thing on the ground. "What is it?" Sweetie Belle asked. "It looks like some sorta gem." Applebloom replied. "What's causing it to glow like that?" Scootaloo asked. The question hung in the air for a long while, the fillies transfixed by the unnatural gem.

Finally, Applebloom stepped forward. "Uh, Applebloom, is that such a good idea?" Scootaloo asked. Applebloom apparently didn't hear her. She stepped up to the gem and saw that was a diamond. She reached a hoof over to it, and touched it. SSSSHHHAAAZZZZAPAPSWOOOOZSHKAPOW! Applebloom was surrounded by green streaks of lightning, then thrown up into the air. She landed outside the Everfree Forest, and only felt the pains from a few moments ago disintegrate as she fell into unconsciousness.
