Prologue
Once upon a time there was a chaotic Lord of Chaos. He wreaked havoc every where he went. He lived in a blue argyle castle with green tops. The Lord had servants, which whom he was very demanding to. He took advantage of his power and made them do everything for him. He had Applejack, the castle's number one butler who catered to the Lord the most; Twilight Sparkle, the only person in the castle who tried to maintain the chaos; Mrs. Cake, the head of the kitchen, and Pipsqueak, her son; Trixie, the maid; and Rarity, the designer of all the outfits.
You'd think the Lord would be happy reigning on whatever he wanted, when he wanted. But he wasn't he only did this to please himself, but the truth was he was very lonely. He sat in the castle all day displaying chaos with things he does. He wishes he could have the power to actually preform magic... but he was only a human with no power whatsoever.
One night, someone came knocking on his door. The Lord opened it and saw an ugly old woman. He gave her one look and turned to go back inside his castle, but the old woman shook her head. All of a sudden, the doors shut by themselves.
The Lord looked back at the old woman, but she was gone. Instead, there was another woman there, but with long flowing blue, pink, and green hair.
“You haven't been kind at all,” she told him. “Now, you and your servants shall be under a curse until you can learn to be kind and love another.”
The Lord laughed at the woman thinking she was crazy. The woman then cast a spell on the Lord and he slowly turned into a creature, known to some as a draconequus. He ran back inside his castle.
The magical woman stood and watched him for a bit. She then left a necklace on the doorstep. A golden necklace with a glowing red heart on it.
When that heart's light gives out, then the curse will never be lifted even if the Lord learns to love. It was given 17 years time, and it's been almost 17 years. The heart is slowly fading. Perhaps the Lord may never learn to love. Who could? He was a repulsive creature.
Even though he now had unlimited power, he could only use it inside his castle, and he could never leave the Everfree Forest, in which his castle is located in.
But who would love him? Surely not anyone.
