The Unicorn Acadamy

         Twilight has just entered Princess Celestia's school for the gifted. The only thing no one knew was twilight had a sister that something happened. Twilight said she ran away, but this story tells what actually happened. It all started when her sister, moonbeam, failed the academy at least once. She was called down to the castle and she was told to wait. So she waited for a while, got bored and fell asleep. When she woke up, she was up in the air, held down by magic. "Sis... What's going on?” Said Moonbeam. "I'm... I'm sorry Moonbeam. It has to be done. If I want to pass on, I need to do this." Twilight looks over at Celestia and Luna. They opened a cabinet and took out a hack saw. They handed it to twilight and she began to saw at her horn. Moonbeam screamed as loud as she could, loud enough that she almost damaged her vocal cords.

         "Twilight, why are you doing this?" Said moonbeam. "Like I said, I need to experience this process at least once to pass on. It is just a coincidence that you failed at the time I needed to do this" said twilight. Twilight took Moonbeam's horn, and drove it into her. After about five minutes, the horn started glowing. "Wha... What is my horn doing, and what are you going to do with it? Also, what is going to happen to me?" said Moonbeam. "Twilight, I will answer this" Said Celestia, walking towards the scared pony. "Your horn is glowing because we stuck it in you, and it absorbed all your magic. And we will give it to an earth pony and make them a unicorn. And what will happen to you? Well, we take your organs and take it to the hospital so if any pony needs them, they have them there." Explained Celestia.

                 "Princess. Shall I get started?" Twilight asked. Celestia nodded her head. They pulled out a whole toolbox of items to use. Before they started this process, they hooked Moonbeam up to a machine that kept her alive. Now, twilight pulled out a scalpel, and cut her sister open so she can see her organs. She gently cuts out her sister’s ribs with a bone saw, making sure not to puncture anything important. Moonbeam screams out loud. Now Twilight pulls out a large knife, that Celestia calls the harvester .  She starts slashing at her sisters kidneys. She slashed so loud, you could hear the crunch of the flesh being ripped apart. Moonbeam started crying. "Why are you crying sis, It's only a wound?" Twilight said as she was cutting out her kidney.

                   Now the room started to smell... funny. It smelled like twenty rotten corpses were bathing in cow dung. That and the absence of Celestia and Luna. "Oh my Celestia, what is that smell?!" asked Moonbeam. “That is you. You lost your self and you shit all over the floor . Not just that, but also, look around" Said Twilight. Moonbeam looked around. What she saw was horrifying. She saw some of her friend’s dead, hung by their large intestines. Their small intestines were just hanging there, as if they had no use. The word "FAILURE" was carved across their foreheads. "Celestia said they were quite the fighters, But they lost their spunk when they got their horns removed." Explained Twilight.

                  "Twilight... How this possible, how is does no pony find out?" asked Moonbeam. Twilight states "Well, first Celestia sends a letter to the students’ parents saying they couldn't take the work so they ran away. Then she goes into the Equestrian pony files and removes all traces of the pony's existence." Then Twilight removes her heart. Moonbeam is screaming bloody murder. Moonbeam is now focused on her heart, watching it ooze blood out from the chambers. Next came her lungs. Twilight didn't have the proper tools to cut it out, so she pulled and yanked with her teeth. Suddenly, she remembered something. Moonbeam had asthma. The lungs wouldn't work for a healthy pony, so she drove a knife through it and threw it into a fire.

                Next Twilight started to cut out Moonbeams ovaries. Since these aren't important she grabbed a mallet and smashed them. The one clean blow smashed them instantly. The worst part about this, is unicorns sometimes feel a body part after it has been removed. This was beyond torture, as this was a pain that is forced and she can't believe she is living through it all."Twilight?", asked Moonbeam,  "How am I still alive, and why am i still alive?" asked moonbeam. "Well, I can answer that. I you see that machine you're hooked up to? That is what’s keeping you alive, and why you need to be alive, well, the organs will still work if they are harvested by a live unicorn, rather than a dead one." Explained twilight. Next Twilight pulls out a cleaver and begins to chop out her Liver. Moonbeam now begins to hyperventilate. She watches as her sister puts her liver in a rusted box. "Now I have to nail you down", Said Twilight. Twilight gets four rusted, red hot nails, and drives them into her sister's hooves. She hammers them down tight, making sure Moonbeam can't escape.

                 Twilight now goes after the final organ, Moonbeam's stomach. She takes a normal kitchen knife, and cuts out the stomach. Twilight notices she accidentally stabbed the stomach and stomach acid had escaped and leaked inside her sister. Moonbeam starts crying and screaming. "Twilight... Stop... I... I wanna go home!" Screamed Moonbeam. "Well, it's kinda too late for that. I mean, if I stop now, you would still die, so it has to be finished." said Twilight.

                 Now Twilight pulls out a scalpel and opens her sister's throat." Oh, by the way, I’m taking out your vocal cords, so you won't be able to speak" said twilight. She cut open her sisters throat and ripped out her vocal cords. Soon she passed out as she couldn't take the pain. Twilight smacked her and she instantly woke up. "You know I want you awake so i can say my good byes right? What kind of sister would I be if i didn't say goodbye after you died. At least you will hear it." Yelled Twilight. Then Twilight pulls out a hammer and whacks her sister hard in the back of her head, and it leaves a large hole. Celestia comes down the stairs to check on Twilight. "I Kind of got angry and smashed her skull open, what should I do with the brain?" asked Twilight. “I think it could make a nice meal" Said Celestia. They take out Moonbeams brain, and they start to chow down. First they took a large carving knife and sliced it into fours. They gave some to Moonbeam, but she quickly spat it out. So they shoved it back into Moonbeam's mouth and shoved it down her throat. She threw up after that, and again they shoved it down her throat. This time it stayed down, and Twilight deactivates the machine.

                 Her sister was now dead. So she did what Celestia had others do to her friends. Hang her with her large intestines and carved "FAILURE" on her forehead. Now they pulled in a small filly. She was white and had Clean and nicely styled purple mane. She was put to sleep with a knock-out gas. They stabbed her in the ribs with a glowing horn. After about five minutes, the horn stopped glowing. They stitched the horn on and wiped her memory of being an earth pony. She now believed she was always a unicorn. After that they sent her to the unicorn academy.
