Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash: Sisters Forever

Scootaloo woke up when her alarm clock went off. Today was her day off, but she liked waking up early. She slowly got out of the bed, trying not to wake up Silver Spoon, who was sleeping peacefully. She walked into her bathroom and closed and locked the door. After releasing her bodily waste, she took a shower. After her shower, she brushed her mane, tail, and teeth. Leaving the bathroom, she noticed Silver Spoon wasn't in the bed. That's when her muzzle was attacked by the aroma of her favorite breakfast.

She walked downstairs into the kitchen, seeing Silver Spoon making hay bacon. There were also chocolate chip pancakes on the stove. Scootaloo smiled and sat at the table.

"Hey, Silver Spoon", Scootaloo said. Silver Spoon turned around, smiling.

"Hey, Scoots", she said, "Just making some breakfast for you before I go to work". She began to make a plate for Scootaloo.

"You're not making any for yourself?", Scootaloo asked.

"No. I have to leave in two minutes, so I don't have time. Anyway, I'll just eat when I get there. So, what are you going to do today?"

"Well, today is my day off, so I think I'll just go see Mom and Auntie Luna". Silver Spoon finished the plate and put it and a glass of apple juice on the table in front of Scootaloo.

"OK. I have to go now. Enjoy your breakfast". Silver Spoon gave Scootaloo a light smooch on her lips.

"See you later, Silver Spoon". Silver Spoon left and began to walk to Sugarcube Corner, while Scootaloo ate her breakfast. After her meal, she took off and flew to Canterlot.

Scootaloo in Canterlot...

Scootaloo arrived in Canterlot, smiling. She landed in front of Canterlot Royal Castle. The Pegasus Royal Guards greeted her and allowed her to enter. She began walking up to Celestia's bedchamber. The castle was like a big maze, so if she didn't know her way around, she definitely would've gotten lost. Once she got up to the bedchamber, she knocked on the door.

"Enter", Celestia said. Scootaloo opened the door, seeing Celestia standing at her mirror brushing her mane and tail. Celestia stopped brushing and looked at her daughter. "Hello, Scootaloo. How are you doing?". Scootaloo walked over and hugged her mother.

"Just stopping by for a visit, Mom. How are you doing?"

"The usual. So, it's almost time for breakfast. Would you like to join me?"

"Sure". Scootaloo then asked, "Where's Auntie Luna?"

"She's going to sleep in today, Sweetie. She had a lot of work to do last night. So it's just you and me".

"OK, and yes, I would like to join you". Celestia and Scootaloo went down to the dining room for breakfast.

The two were enjoying blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs, which was Celestia's favorite breakfast. As they ate, they were chatting among themselves. Celestia was telling Scootaloo a few stories about her early fillyhood. That was something Scootaloo really loved.

"... and that's how I got my cutie mark", Celestia said, rubbing her cutie mark. Scootaloo smiled.

"That must have taken forever", Scootaloo said, "Of course, you know how I got mine. In fact, you saw me get it".

"Yes".

"So, Mom. Does Moonie ever scare you?"

"Well, no. But sometimes".

"When?"

"Well, two days after Luna got Moonie, she must have put him into my bedchamber, because when I woke up, he was slithering on my face. I nearly had a heart attack".

"Auntie Luna pranked you?"

"Yes. She has become a prankster ever since she started watching that show 'Dream Workshop' on PTV", Celestia said. Scootaloo had to try everything she could to keep herself from laughing.

"Wow. Have you ever gotten her back?"

"No, Sweetie. I want to, but I don't want to upset her".

"Mom, she won't be upset. Pranksters are always okay with being pranked. They will eventually be payed back. Remember when I pushed Rainbow Dash into the pool when we went swimming 15 years ago? She got me back".

"OK, Sweetie. I will, but how?"

"You said she's asleep right now, right?", Scootaloo asked. Celestia nodded. "Well, I have the perfect prank for your payback". Scootaloo whispered the prank into Celestia's ear. An evil smile appeared on Celestia's face.

"Kitchen", she said, "Please bring me a bowl of warm water"

Silver Spoon at Sugarcube Corner...

Silver Spoon walked into Sugarcube Corner, clocked in, and put her apron on. Her boss, Pinkie Pie, had just came from upstairs. She smiled as she walked toward her employee.

"Good morning, Silver Spoon!", she said.

"Good morning, Mrs. Pie", Silver Spoon said.

"Silver Spoon, I told you. You don't have to call me that. Just call me Pinkie".

"OK... Pinkie. Would it be OK if I got some breakfast?"

"Sure! But remember, we open in about 20 minutes. Don't take too long, OK?"

"Yes ma'am", Silver Spoon said. She went into the kitchen and grabbed some breakfast. After she was finished eating, it was opening time. She went up to the door, flipped the sign from "closed" to "open", and took her place at the register.

The first customer was Rainbow Dash's wife, Fluttershy. Fluttershy walked up to the counter.

"Hello, Silver Spoon", Fluttershy said.

"Good morning, Fluttershy", Silver Spoon said, "How may I help you today?"

"I would like an apple pie topped with chocolate ice cream, to go. Rainbow Dash wants it". Silver Spoon wrote her order down and rang it up.

"That'll be two bits", Silver Spoon said. Fluttershy took two bits out of her saddlebag and hoofed them to Silver Spoon. After putting the bits into the register, she repeated the order to Pinkie. Pinkie began to make the order. While Fluttershy waited, Silver Spoon wanted to ask her something.

"Psst... hey, Fluttershy", she whispered. Fluttershy looked at Silver Spoon.

"Yes?"

"Can I ask you for advice?"

"Yes, you may"

"Well... Scootaloo and I have been dating for 15 years. Tonight, I want to propose to her. What do you think?", Silver Spoon said. Fluttershy smiled.

"That would be lovely".

"I know. But, I don't know if I should. I'm afraid that she may not say yes", Silver Spoon said. Fluttershy put a comforting hoof on her shoulder.

"Silver Spoon. I know how you feel. I proposed to Rainbow Dash, but you don't know how scared I was, but I did it".

The oven dinged and Pinkie shouted, "Order up!!".

Silver Spoon grabbed the pie and hoofed it to Fluttershy. She put the treat into her saddlebag and looked at Silver Spoon again.

"Listen, what you want won't happen unless you make it happen. If you want to marry Scootaloo, you have to propose. Here's a good way: take her to a place she loves and get her happy, then propose. That's what I did for Rainbow Dash. Anyway, good luck". She walked away. Silver Spoon smiled, locked the thought into her head, and focused on her job.

Meanwhile at the Castle...

Scootaloo and Celestia were walking up to Luna's bedchamber. Celestia activated a spell that made every noise they made silent. Only they could hear themselves. Celestia carried a bowl of warm water in her magic. Once they got up to Luna's bedchamber, they went inside.

"Sweetie", Celestia said, "Are you sure this will work?"

"Yes", Scootaloo said, "If it works on Rainbow Dash, it'll work on Auntie Luna, too". Celestia nodded and walked over to Luna, who was sleeping peacefully with Moonie laying on her stomach, curled up. She set the water on her on the table next to Luna's bed and finally, put Luna's hoof in it. Celestia looked back at Scootaloo.

"What now?", she asked. Scootaloo smiled.

"Three... two... one... and, now". The two started to hear a muffled hissing noise. Celestia looked down, seeing a wet spot starting to show on Luna's blue comforter. The two kept laughing as Luna kept wetting herself. After a full minute, the hissing noise stopped, and the wet spot was huge. Scootaloo was surprised at how much Luna let out.

"Wow", she said, "Why so much?"

"When you're a princess", Celestia said, "You're usually so busy, you barely have time to go to the bathroom, so you have to hold it. But it really isn't a problem for me or Luna, considering that our bladders are big".

"Wow. Sounds like a busy duty".

"It is, especially if you've been one for over 1000 years". Celestia deactivated the spell.

Luna rubbed her eyes and yawned, seeing Celestia and Scootaloo standing beside her.

"Morning, Tia", she said, "Morning Scootaloo". She didn't notice to warm water or the wet spot on her bed, yet.

"Good morning, Auntie Luna", Scootaloo said.

"Good morning, Luna", Celestia said, "May I ask you something?"

"Yes?"

"Remember how you pranked me with your snake, Moonie?", Celestia said. Luna nodded, smiling. "Well, Scootaloo gave me an idea to get you back, and I just now did it". Luna was confused.

"What? But how did you-?" Luna felt something warm on her hoof and down by her hind legs. She looked at her hoof, seeing it soaking in warm water. "Wait, did you-?" She looked down by her hind legs, seeing a big wet spot on her comforter.

"Yes", Celestia said, "And now, we're even". Celestia and Scootaloo hoof-bumped and started laughing. Once they stopped laughing, Luna started laughing.

"Good prank, Tia", she said. Celestia was a little confused.

"You don't hate me or mad?", she asked.

"No", Luna said, "I pranked you, so you just got me back. Now, we're even". Luna stood up and placed Moonie in his tank. "OK, I'm going to go take a bath now. Tia, could you take my sheets and comforter to the laundry room?" Celestia nodded and Luna went into her bathroom to clean herself. Scootaloo smiled.

"See?". she said, "Pranksters are always OK with being pranked back". Celestia smiled and hugged Scootaloo.

"Thank you, Sweetie", she said.

"No problem, Mom", Scootaloo said.

Meanwhile at Sugarcube Corner, three hours later...

"Thank you, come again!" Silver Spoon finished serving another customer. Silver Spoon loved her job. Pinkie Pie came back from the kitchen.

"Another satisfied customer, right Silver Spoon?", Pinkie said. Silver Spoon nodded.

"I love my job", Silver Spoon said, "Thanks again, Pinkie".

"No problem, Silver Spoon", Pinkie said with a warm smile. The store bell rang. "Lunch break, Silver Spoon! You may have an hour of break time!" Silver Spoon nodded.

"OK. See you in an hour, Pinkie!"

Silver Spoon walked out of the bakery and stopped at Lyra's Confectionery for some lunch. She ordered a daffodil-and-dandelion sandwich and some hay fries. While she ate, she was wondering how to propose to Scootaloo. She wanted to take Fluttershy's advice, but where would she? There were a lot of places that Scootaloo liked to go. So many, it was too hard to choose.

Silver Spoon bit into her sandwich, trying to think harder. Silver Spoon really wanted to marry Scootaloo. The two had been dating ever since they were fillies. Silver Spoon had seen ponies propose to each other, and it looked easy, but any fool would know that making a proposal wasn't as easy as it looked. Silver Spoon finished her lunch, paid the bill, and left. Silver Spoon looked at the clock tower. It was 12:30. She still had 30 minutes before she had to go back to work. She walked over to a bench and sat down, trying to relax for the next 30 minutes.

Silver Spoon kept thinking. Where would she propose? The pool? The Wonderbolt Museum? Sugarcube Corner? There were so many places Scootaloo liked to go, and picking one was way too hard. That's when she got an idea. She was going to have dinner with her, but where? That's when the idea finally kicked her in her brain.

"That's it! I'll propose to Scootaloo at Lyra's Confectionery! I better make us a reservation before I have to go back to work". Luckily, there was a pay phone right next to the bench. She picked up the phone, inserted a bit, and dialed the number. The dial tone rang for a few seconds, and then somepony answered.

"Lyra's Confectionery. This is Lyra Heartstrings speaking".

"Hey, Lyra. It's me, Silver Spoon".

"Hello, Silver Spoon", Lyra said. Lyra and Silver Spoon were good friends. "How may I help you?"

"I would like to make a reservation".

"OK. How many?" Silver Spoon thought about it. She wanted her mother to see her propose, and she was certain Rainbow Dash would want to see.

Smiling, she said, "Spoon, Party of Four".

"OK, at what time?"

"7:00 tonight, please".

"OK, Silver Spoon. You have your reservation". Silver Spoon smiled.

"Thanks, Lyra. See you at 7:00!"

"You too, Silver Spoon! Bye!"

"Later!" She hung up the phone and began walking to her mother's house to see if she would be able to come. She would then go to Rainbow Dash to see if she could come, too.

Once she got to her mother's house, she knocked on the door.

"Who is it?", Golden Spoon said.

"It's me, Mom", Silver Spoon said.

"Come in!" Silver Spoon opened the door. She saw Golden Spoon sitting on the sofa watching television. "Hello, Sweetie!" Silver Spoon walked over to her mother, sat down, and hugged her.

"Hey, Mom". Silver Spoon may be 22, but she still loved to cuddle with her mother. Golden Spoon also liked it.

"So, Sweetie", Golden Spoon said, still hugging Silver Spoon, "What brings you here? Shouldn't you be at work?"

"I'm on my lunch break right now. I came here because I wanted to know if you could come to Lyra's Confectionery tonight at 7:00". Golden Spoon smiled.

"Of course I can Sweetie, but why?"

"I want to do something special for Scootaloo, and then make it our special night".

"How are you going to make it your special night?".

"I don't want you to know right now. I want you to find out. Is that OK?"

"Sure it is, Sweetie". Golden Spoon kissed her daughter's cheek, making her blush lightly.

"OK, Mom. I have to go now. I don't want to be late going back to work". Golden Spoon and Silver Spoon let go of each other, but not after they kissed each other's cheek.

"See you at 7:00?" Silver Spoon said.

"Yes, Sweetie. I love you".

"I love you too, Mom".

Silver Spoon left and tried to find Rainbow Dash. Luckily, Rainbow Dash was flying freely in the sky above her. Silver Spoon smiled.

"RAINBOW DASH!", Silver Spoon yelled. Rainbow Dash went down to ground level and landed in front of Silver Spoon.

"Hey, Silver Spoon", she said, "What's up?"

"Hey, Rainbow Dash", Silver Spoon said, "I need a favor".

"What do you need?"

"I need to know if you could come to Lyra's Confectionery tonight at 7:00".

"Sure I can, but what for?"

"I want to do something special for Scootaloo, and then I want to make it our special night".

"OK, but how?"

"I don't want you to know right now. I want you to find out".

"OK, and yeah. I'll come". Silver Spoon smiled.

"Thanks, Rainbow Dash!"

"No problem, Silver Spoon", Rainbow Dash said. Silver Spoon looked a the clock tower. It was 12:55.

"OK, Rainbow Dash. Gotta go. See you at 7:00?"

"Yep. See you".

"Later", Silver Spoon said. Rainbow Dash flew back into the sky and Silver Spoon ran back to Sugarcube Corner, anxious about the event.

The Castle, 6:29 PM...

Scootaloo, Celestia, and Luna were up in Luna's bedchamber, watching "Dream Workshop", Luna's favorite show. Scootaloo had to admit, there was a reason why Luna liked the show. The episode ended and Luna turned her television off.

"See?", she said, "I told you that show is good".

"It's not good", Scootaloo said, "It's awesome! It gives me some new ideas for pranks". Celestia chuckled lightly.

"Please don't perform any on me, OK?"

"OK, I won't". The three group hugged. Scootaloo looked over at the clock. 6:30. "Umm... Mom, Auntie Luna?"

"Yes, Scootaloo?", they both said at the same time.

"I have to leave now. Silver Spoon should be getting home soon".

"OK, Scootaloo", Celestia said. "I love you, Sweetie". She kissed Scootaloo's cheek.

"So do I", Luna said, kissing Scootaloo's cheek also. Scootaloo hugged Celestia, and then Luna.

"I love you both! See you later!" Scootaloo opened the window and flew to her house..

Once she got back to her house, she used the key underneath the doormat to unlock it. She went into her house and sat down on the couch. However, she heard the sound of a toilet flush. She smiled. Silver Spoon was home. Silver Spoon walked out of the bathroom and sat down next to Scootaloo.

"Hey, Scoots!", she said, hugging Scootaloo.

"Hey, Silver Spoon", Scootaloo said, returning the hug, "How was work?"

"The usual. So, I want to do something special for you tonight".

"What do you mean?"

"I set up a reservation at Lyra's Confectionery for four members. I invited my mom and Rainbow Dash, too". Scootaloo smiled.

"Wow! Thanks Silver Spoon! But, why did you do it?"

"Because like I said, I wanted to do something special for you", Silver Spoon said. Scootaloo smiled and kissed Silver Spoon's muzzle.

"Thanks. So, when is it?", Scootaloo asked. Silver Spoon looked at the clock on the wall. 6:45.

"In 15 minutes, so we still have some time to get ready".

"We don't have to dress up fancy, do we?"

"No. We're OK".

"Great".

"Umm... Scoots?"

"Yeah?"

"Can we sit here and cuddle until it's time to go?", Silver Spoon asked. Scootaloo smiled.

"Sure. But first, I have to pee".

"Oh, OK. Go ahead".

Silver Spoon let go of Scootaloo and walked into the bathroom. One flush later, Scootaloo sat down on the couch next to Silver Spoon and the two cuddled each other. The real reason Silver Spoon wanted to cuddle with Scootaloo was she was hoping this would be their last cuddling as marefriends. She hoped the next cuddling would be as wives. After ten minutes of cuddling, they walked out of their house and began to walk to Lyra's Confectionery.

Once they got there, Rainbow Dash and Golden Spoon were at the door.

"Hey, Silver Spoon", Rainbow Dash said.

"Hello, Scootaloo", Golden Spoon said.

"Hey", the marefriends said together. The four mares walked in and were greeted by the owner of the restaurant, Lyra Heartstrings.

"Hello, Silver Spoon", she said, "Attending your reservation?"

"Yes", Silver Spoon said, "Spoon Party of Four".

"OK. Right this way". Lyra lead the mares to a table. They all sat down. Lyra handed them each one menu. "I'll give you sometime to think about what you want, then I'll be back". They all nodded and Lyra walked off. After about ten minutes, Lyra came back to take their orders. They all ordered what they wanted. Scootaloo ordered the grass soup, Rainbow Dash ordered a hayburger and hay fries, Silver Spoon ordered the same thing she had earlier, and Golden Spoon also ordered the grass soup.

About 30 minutes later, they all had gotten their orders. While the four mares ate, they were really chatty with each other. After each mare was done eating, Silver Spoon decided it was time.

"Everypony", she said, "I want to say something". She stood up. took her glasses off, and held Scootaloo's hooves with her's. "Scootaloo, 15 years ago, you and I became fillyfriends, and I'll tell you: that was one of the best days of my life. Everypony was happy for us then, and Diamond Tiara thought that if she exposed us, we would be laughed at. But all get did was made everypony at school happy for us. You and I have had a happy relationship together, but now, I want to be more than just marefriends". She knelt down next to Scootaloo. Both Rainbow Dash and Golden Spoon knew what was coming next. "Scootaloo, will you marry me?" She reached into her mane and pulled out a golden chain necklace. Scootaloo gasped. The necklace was beautiful and looked really expensive. Scootaloo knew this was something Silver Spoon really wanted. A tear rolled down Scootaloo's face.

"Yes, Silver Spoon. I will marry you!!!!" Both mares hugged each other tight, weeping into each other's coats. Both Rainbow Dash and Golden Spoon clapped their hooves. After the engaged marefriends hugged, they kissed each other for about two minutes. Once they finished kissing, they turned to Rainbow Dash and Golden Spoon.

"Umm... Rainbow Dash, Ms. Spoon?", Scootaloo said,

"Yes?", they both said.

"Would it be OK if Silver Spoon and I had the rest of this night alone?"

"Sure, Scoots", Rainbow Dash said, "I need to get home anyway. There's supposed to be a storm tonight and Fluttershy will have a heart attack if she's there by herself".

"Of course you may, Scootaloo!", Golden Spoon said, "After all, this is your special night. Congrats on your new engagement!"

"Yeah. See ya!". Rainbow Dash and Golden Spoon walked out of the restaurant. Scootaloo and Silver Spoon smiled and kissed again.

"So", Scootaloo said, "Want a dessert? I'll pay for it". Silver Spoon smiled.

"Sure. But can we share one? I don't want to make you pay too much".

"OK, if that's what you want. So, what shall it be?"

"How about a triple-layer chocolate cheesecake? I'm craving one right now".

"You read my mind, Silver Spoon". Scootaloo noticed Lyra walking toward them.

"Is everything OK?", she asked.

"Everything is good", Scootaloo said, "Can we order one more thing?"

"You may", Lyra said, smiling, "What would you like?"

"One triple-layer chocolate cheesecake, please".

"OK, be out in a minute". Lyra walked into the kitchen. While they waited, they kept talking about their new engagement.

"So, Scoots", Silver Spoon said, "Look's like Mom and Rainbow Dash are the only ones that know about our engagement".

"Oh, don't worry", Scootaloo said, "She'll tell her friends, they they will know. I can't wait to tell Mom and Auntie Luna! I'll tell them tomorrow. Are you OK with that?"

"Of course I am. They're your family, aren't they? So, do you like the necklace?"

"Yeah!! You must have spent a ton on this!"

"It was 200 bits. I had to ask for a raise and thankfully, Pinkie gave it to me. I'm really happy we're engaged right now!"

"So am I. I love you, Silver Spoon".

"I love you too, Scootaloo"

The two fiances kissed each other's muzzle. At that point, Lyra came out with their cheesecake.

"Here you go. And here's the bill, just in case". Lyra placed the cheesecake and the bill on the table and walked off. The two began to eat their cheesecake and continued to talk about their new engagement.

After finishing the cheesecake, Silver Spoon picked up the bill.

"100 bits. That's pretty payable", she said.

"I'll help you pay", Scootaloo said, "Let's split the bill 50:50".

"OK". Silver Spoon and Scootaloo both put fifty bits on the table, left the restaurant, and walked home.

Once they got home, they went upstairs, got into bed, and turned off the light. They then covered themselves up with the comforter and cuddled together.

"Goodnight Scootaloo", Silver Spoon said, licking Scootaloo's cheek, "I love you".

"Goodnight Silver Spoon", Scootaloo said, kissing Silver Spoon's cheek, "I love you, too". The two newly-engaged mares fell asleep with smiles on their faces.
