Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash: Sisters Forever

"What?!" Scootaloo looked down. Sure enough, there was a big yellow stain on the sheet. Her private area, hind legs, and tail were soaked. A sharp smell she was very familiar with hit her muzzle. Scootaloo started to cry again. Wetting herself was one thing, but in front of her new sister? It was too embarrassing. Rainbow Dash draped her wing around Scootaloo, ignoring the wetness and smell.

"It's OK, Squirt. I know how you're feeling. Can you keep a secret?" Scootaloo nodded. "When I was eight, like you, I had bed-wetting problems. They were the one thing that I feared wouldn't get me into the Wonderbolts. Every pony called me 'Wet Rainbow' and 'Dirty Dash'. But I didn't let that stop me from achieving what I wanted. I'm still trying, but I know one day I will. In fact, Fluttershy was the only one who didn't mind my problem."

"I didn't know you had those problems. But how did it stop?"

"It just did. Don't know how. Anyway Squirt, we need to get you a doctor's appointment. We need to find out how to help these problems. You can sleep with me for the rest of the ride."

"Thanks, Rainbow Dash"

About two hours later, the seven ponies had gotten off the train. Applejack went back home to buck apples, Rarity went to make some dresses, Fluttershy went to see how her animals were doing, Pinkie Pie went to plan the party for Rainbow and Scootaloo, and Twilight went back to the library. The two sisters were walking to the hospital to have Scootaloo's problems checked out. When they got there, they were greeted by Nurse Redheart.

"Rainbow Dash", she said, "Long time no see"

"Hey, Nurse Redheart. We have a problem. Or, Scoots here has a problem."

"What's wrong little filly?" Scootaloo was too embarrassed to say anything. "Do we need to talk privately?" Scootaloo nodded. Redheart and Scootaloo went into a room while Rainbow sat in the waiting room, reading a Daring Do.

"What's wrong?"

"I have uncontrollable accidents. I pee myself a lot"

"Oh, I've seen this before. I need to test this. But first..." Redheart pulled out a small plastic cup, "... you'll need to fill this"

"With what?" Redheart whispered the answer into her ear. "Oh. OK" Scootaloo went into the bathroom to fill the cup. After 30 seconds, Scootaloo returned with a now full cup, hoofing it to Redheart. Redheart checked the cup and the chart said "stable".

"OK, nothing wrong with eating problems. Lay down. I need to x-ray your lower body."

Scootaloo did and Nurse Redheart put the huge camera over Scootaloo.

"Close your eyes, sweetie. This light is too bright for you"

Scootaloo clenched her eyes shut while Redheart took a few pictures of Scootaloo's lower body. After about five pictures, she told Scootaloo she could sit up. She then placed each picture and put them on the lightboard. She gasped at what she saw.

"I'm afraid this is something you will have to deal with until you are 18, little Scootaloo"

"What?!"

"I'm sorry. But do you see these dark spots on your bladder?" She nodded. "They are multiple bruises. They will take 10 years to heal. You will wet yourself if you are frightened, struck, or have a nightmare. In the mean time, you may want to consider wearing nighttime protection while you sleep."

"What is nighttime protection?"

"You may want to wear diapers while you sleep" Scootaloo was surprised, but really didn't care about the diapers. She was still sore over the duration of the accidents.

"Yes, Nurse Redheart"

"Good, have a nice day, Scootaloo"

Scootaloo walked back into the waiting room just when Rainbow Dash finished the book.

"How did it go?", Rainbow asked. But she knew something was up, judging by the expression on Scootaloo's face.

"I have to wear... d-diapers while I sleep"

"Oh... well it's not that bad. Won't mind changing ya"

"Thanks, Rainbow Dash"

"No problem, Squirt. So, Pinkie said she is setting a party for you and me. Why don't we go to Sugarcube Corner and celebrate with her, and then we'll get you the stuff you need and go home."

"I would love that, Rainbow Dash"

"Cool, hop on" Scootaloo climbed onto Rainbow's back and Rainbow flew off to Sugarcube Corner. Scootaloo was still worried about the diapers. Hopefully, they wouldn't turn out bad. But she shook the thought out of her head and started thinking about the party.
