Load Full StoryDear Chairmen,
I have received notice that you wish to uphold a new Initiative. I am intrigued to hear about this new command among your fleet. As you know, the SoundWave troops have become dull, due to the lack of any recent commands. I hope your fleet is completely and utterly prepared, for the upcoming fight, track, and or lock-down mission. I, myself, am excited to hear what you are intending to do, considering you are nearing your fifteenth year within SoundWave.
Due to the technical problems we're experiencing at the lab, I'm afraid I need to cut this letter short. I await your reply, and hope to see some interesting intentions, within your SoundWave experience and knowledge.

Xavier looked at his watch... 4:23, this was about the time he was supposed to arrive. He stepped out into the cold air, and looked around. It was too dark for now, he was going to have to find a place to stay. He began to walk down the dark street.
'Remember your job here Xavier... you gotta find Little Jay. Don't get distracted with anything else. No weapons, no new magic, don't be flirty... you can do this,' He thought to himself. 'He could be in trouble, so you have to be as quick as possible...'
Just then, he stopped by a small inn, and stepped inside...
