“Twi! I can’t believe that you of all ponies would resort to suicide! I thought you were stronger than this. All of us have lost an important piece to our lives. I would have never known that I was the element of Honesty without you. But now, that’s all gone. The element of magic, the magic of friendship. We are all lost without you holding us together,” Applejack says through her tears and frustrations.

Rainbow nods in agreement.

Exactly what AJ said. I believed most of all, you would be strong enough to stay out of the deep whole of despair. You probably didn’t know this but, I lost my whole family. I went to check on my family, but, there was nothing left. No house, no hopes, no dreams. Just blood was left over in place of everything. I instantly knew the fate of my family and wept myself to tears. I never talked to anyone until the day I met you. You gave me hope and it showed that I still had a life to live for. That is why I went with you on your quest to find the Elements of Harmony. I followed you. In following you, it showed that I was still needed on this world. I stayed loyal to myself and in staying loyal to myself, I met you. I was then loyal to you which ended up with me being the Element of Loyalty. I will never forget it. Thank you so much.

“You ok Dashy? You appear to be thinking a lot,” Pinkie asked.

Rainbow looked up. “Yeah I’m fine. Just very happy. I am happy that I was able to meet, and know Twilight and the awesomeness of her. I will miss her very much. To show how loyal I am to her, I am going to sign up for the army and put a stop to this war,” Rainbow Dash exclaimed.

“No Dash. You can’t go and risk your life. At least not without me you’re not,” Applejack said calmly.

They smirked at one another and laughed. They then proceeded to their places and packed their things. They said their goodbyes to everyone and headed off to Canterlot to begin their training.

8 Months Later

“You are probably wondering why I called the two of you hear. Well I have called the two of you here in order to let you know that you shall be sent out to your first battle. The two of you shall be in command of your own squad. Captain Dash you shall take squad T and Captain Jack, you shall take squad S. you what must be done.” The General salutes to Captain Rainbow Dash and to Captain Applejack.

“Sir, permission to speak, Sir.” Dash asks.

“Permission granted Captain. What is it?” Dash and Jack look at each other and sneer.

“When will we be deployed sir?”

Alright Squad. You know that we are going to be heading into battle within the next couple of days. I will be your commanding officer on this deployment. Now I know what you’re thinking. “She’s never been to battle. Why is she in command?” Well I was surprised myself to be put in command but it is a place that I shall take with much weight on my shoulders. As for the why part, I do not know. I would say it’s because of my experience with dragons, knowing their weaknesses and knowing the best time to strike. Let me tell you this. The best time to strike is now. They are weak for they have not been home in a while. They are low on supplies as our major gem source is protected at the great city of Canterlot. We shall strike now and we shall prevail. Who is with me?”

Applejack and Rainbow Dash say proudly and encouraging to each of their own squads as they are marching towards a bloody, ravened battlefield.

2 hours later

“APPLEJACK! NOOOOOOOOOOO!” Rainbow Dash exclaims as her friend is shredded apart in front of her.

She looks towards the monster that did it knowing that she has no chance to prevail over the beast. She knows this for he is the leader of the dragons.

“Why Applejack? You shouldn’t have saved me from that beast. It was my own fault if I would have gotten killed. I didn’t retreat like you said. Instead I pushed forward and kept attacking. I was almost hit by this monster but you took the hit for me. Knocking me out of the way and jumping into his claw. You knew what was going to happen. But you still did it. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!” Rainbow Dash exclaims and proceeds to attacking the dragons enveloping her.

She kills the first one by flying at the speed of awesome into his skull, crushing it instantly. A second, she kills by stabbing her sword into his chest multiple times. The dragon dies because of the loss of blood. A third falls by her hand for she just flew at it and sliced its head off. The leader sees this and looks at her hungrily. He proceeds to Dash by flying at an easy pace. When they meet up, Dash is completely blinded by rage and hate for all dragons. He sees this and aggravates her even more by taking his claw (which he tore apart Applejack) and begin licking it ever so slowly.

Rainbow is enraged by this act and proceeds to her next target. However, no matter what she does, she cannot kill the leader. His hide is too thick for her sword to cut through. Through her blinded rage, Dash sees this and proceeds attacking a different way. She starts attacking his eyes. The eyes are the only part of his body which are not covered and can easily be damaged. She stabs her sword into his eye and pulls it out. This angers the leader more than anything and begins attacking Rainbow Dash.

She is slapped with his claw and flown 50 meters. He flies over to her and begins tearing her wings off slowly to break her soul. She does not give in though. The pain is too great, however so, she stays strong and does not give him the satisfaction he desires. Upon seeing this, the Dragon leader takes a claw and cuts her skin open, exposing her gut, intestines, heart, lungs, and all of her veins. He begins taking each organ out one by one leaving the heart for last. With each organ pulled, her screams grow louder and louder until she is exhausted and cannot do anything but cry. The dragon sees this and is pleased. However he feels that he should end his suffering.

Before doing this though, he simply states, “Your home in Ponyville is next."

He proceeds to tearing out Dash’s heart, leaving nothing but an empty corpse, of the Element of Loyalty.

Ehhhh. My 1st battle chapter i've done. I don't know if it was well, or just horrible to read through. I tried making it seem like some battle scenes of other stories i read. What did you think?
