"Where am I?...I feel... lost....and alone....where are my friends?..." Everything I say echos... "I don't like this..." All I see is darkness with dark grey fog. I close my eyes in hope of everything changing before me like when I was a filly and frightened.
I open my eyes and everything is there. My house, library, and Spike. Was I dreaming? I thought to myself. I must have been but it was far too realistic. I felt cold until I opened my eyes it changed to heat and drowsiness. I looked at my hooves thinking something would be different to them but there wasn't anything it was just my purple hooves. I slowly got up and tried to wake Spike up but he wouldn't wake up. "Typical old spike." I chuckle quietly. I headed to my door when I noticed a book was on the floor near the door. "Odd how did this get here?" I said. I went over to pick it up. When I did, I turned around to put it back on it's shelf. When I did I saw something that looked like a black figure. I couldn't tell what pony it was but it flashed for a second.

I was stunned but I think it was just my imagination...I think? It's still early in the morning and I did have a nightmare but I can't remember what all had happened in it. I put the book up and headed outside. Ponies were out and laughing, having fun, talking the usual. I remembered that there were some potions I needed Zecora to make. So I headed off to the Everfree Forest. On my way there I was stopped by Pinkie Pie. "Hey where ya headin' off too?" She asked. I'm not really in the mood to talk today but her company brings me at ease.
"I'm heading to Zecora's. I asked for some potions a few days ago that I need." I said
"What kind of potions?" She asked
"I would tell you but I forgot what they were." I chuckled
"Oh ok. It's been kinda lonely around since the other ponies had left." Pinkie Pie had said.
Apple Jack had left to go to the Equestria Rodeo Competition, Rarity had left to go to the Great Galloping Galla, and Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash had left to see the Wonder Bolts. So all that was left was me and Pinkie Pie.
She followed me asking me questions and being Pinkie Pie as usual, until I reached the Everfree Forest, she'd left me to go in alone but she's possibly scared of what's in there. "Finally silence." I said very quietly in case she was still with me, although I knew she wasn't. As I kept going I noticed sounds and started getting frozen. Slowly I started to stop. I see a mysterious black figure.

It's not a pony nor any kinda animal I've ever seen.

"Goooo Baaack!"
I could barely hear it...it's...frightening everything around it is slowly starting to look morphed but I can still barely see it and now black smoke darker than night is appearing out of no where making it even harder to see it. Whispers of frightening levels come from no where but there's nopony else around here is it the black figure?.
I finally gained the courage to mutter out
"Wh-....Who are you..." I say extremely shakily.
It ran off. A blur following along with the smoke and whispers as well. I was frozen until I didn't see it anymore. Now I'm shaky and collapse. What was that thing? I slowly get the strength to get up and start running to Zecora's.
Next thing that happens is that I can't remember anything that had just happened.
I saw her house and knocked on the door. No response.....
I wait a few more seconds and try again. No response.....
I try to open the door and it opens easily. It's not locked? I open the door all the way and I see Zecora. Relieved to see another living soul around I come in quickly but she doesn't seem to notice.
"Hello Zecora. Do you have the potions I was needing done yet?" I asked trying to not look shaky.
"Aah hello there Twilight Sparkles. Yes I do have the potions you were needing, but they require lots of motion or else they will cause a great deal of a commotion."
"Ok thanks. Also have you noticed anything strange lately such as nightmares and then forgetting what happens in them, or forgetting things that happen not to long ago. Maybe some black figures?" I asked.
"No I can't say I have my dear. Although I will tell you if I do though. Why do you ask?" Zecora said.
"No it's nothing and ok." I gathered the potions and headed back to Ponyville...When I heard sounds of whispers and steps on grass coming at me at a fast pace.

I was frozen again not out of fear however.. Something is stopping me from moving. I look around and I see it.
"You didn't heed my warning!"
I was unable to move but I could talk... Wonderful.
"Who are you?" I asked. It ran off again but faster, frighteningly faster, leaving nothing but a blur and dark smoke from behind it. I thought for a second about following it but that's a stupid thought. Not only whenever it's around it freezes me, but it's also fast.
Maybe I should tell the other ponies. But everypony is busy...Except Pinkie Pie... I headed off to find Pinkie Pie, starting off in her house. I didn't find her there. So I walked around Ponyville and still didn't find her. So I guess I'll go home and write a letter to Celestia. I got to my house and I saw a note on my door.
I read it.
"This world of yours will begin it's change. Heed my warnings."
It was written frighteningly and there was black spots all over it. All of a sudden I was frozen cold and couldn't move. I slowly started to fall down and finally collapsed. It was getting darker and darker. I began to become unconscious. But before I did I saw a black figure. Finally close enough to me and I can tell it's not a pony....or a...animal....it's...a......

I woke up at Pinkie Pie's place. I looked about my surroundings to find her. I heard her but I didn't see her. I slowly got up again and went to where I was hearing her. I came in and she didn't seem to notice me.
"Pinkie? What am I doing here?" I asked "Oh hey you're awake." She said smiling. "I found you by your door and brought you to my place now it's like a slumber party!" She finished. I don't remember being unconscious or anything.
"Um thanks for bringing me here I best be on my way." I said. "Awwwww you're leaving already?" She said sadly. "I've got to get home and write a note to Celestia...." I said, but what was it I was going to write? Probably not important I guess.
I went outside and headed off to home but I noticed that the sky was red with the sun setting. "How long was I out?" I asked my self wearily. I can't remember anything but I know I need to go home. I got to my house and opened the door. My house was a mess! "Spike, Spike!" I called wanting an answer to why it looked like this. The books were all over the floor but not like it was knocked over it was like they had all been pushed out at the same time the same way. Easily pushed out but just nudged until falling. My scrolls were everywhere, belongings everywhere as well, and the lights were out.
Slowly whispers come again from the shadows of the upstairs. I start freezing but I run away and make an escape. I run to Pinkie's place. I'm about to open the door when the moon comes out and it's dark...almost pitch black.... I...I...I......can't..ca-.......moo...oo..ve....
(Sorry this took almost half a year or so to get back to.)
As I tried to move I found it impossible. A light came from the window. A small amount of the light fell onto me. I found it was easier to move. The door opened.
"Twilight get inside now!" Pinkie Pie demanded hastily. It didn't take me too long to get inside.
"Thank you Pink-" I was cut off.
"Shhh" Pinkie Pie interrupted.
"What's going on?" I whispered to my pink companion. She just turned around. I noticed something about her though. Her hair. It was...down... That only happens if she's sad.
"Pinkie? Your hair is down. Is something wrong?" I asked quietly.
"Follow me." Pinkie didn't seem the same. I wanted to ask more questions but that figure was probably looking for me and would hear my whispering.
I followed Pinkie Pie. I then started hearing a loud, Blaring sound.
"Ow. Pinkie what's that sound?" I asked her.
"What are you talking about?" Pinkie asked. I began to collapse and eventually passed out.
I woke up. And groggily picked myself up.
"Ugghh I... my head." I said getting up. I didn't see Pinkie Pie. I found this...Odd.
"Pinkie Pie?" I said and instantly regretted it. I heard a fuzzing sound. Like bees were right by my ears. I waved around my head thinking that there was bees but I never made contact with anything. It continued to get louder. This sound it's unbearable. I started to hear something. Something hitting metal. But there isn't any metal. I looked down. It's very dark but I can make out the looks of the ground and the walls. The ground looked like it was made out of rusty metal. The walls looked rotten. The roof much of the same. That fuzzy sound was loud. Very loud. It started to make my eyes water it was so loud.
Then I saw her. It was Pinkie Pie. Her hair wasn't down like it was earlier.
"Hey Pinkie Pie. What is this sound? Do you hear it?" I asked Pinkie Pie.
"No. I don't. Want me to stop the sound?" Pinkie Asked. There's a problem. Eerily she started walking closer. Her voice was different.
"Um no, no, I'm fine." I said hoping she'd stop coming towards me.
"No, no, no My dear I insist! Let me help you." She demanded. As she came closer I noticed her. Her hooves. They're bloody. Same with her hair.
"P-p-pinkie? Are you a-a-alright?" I said stuttering in fear.
"Why yes. Now let's stop that loud buzzing sound of yours." She walked towards me. I noticed she had a bag with her. She then pulled out a butcher's knife.
"W-W-W-WAIT! Pinkie what are you doing with that knife?!?!" I asked. She continued walking towards me. I finally lost it and tried running. However. I found it impossible to move. There's no light. I can't move! I can't move! I CAN'T MOVE! The words rang in my head. Barely audible from that fuzzy sound. Pinkie is now in front of me.
"My, my, my. That sound must be really loud! Might as well help my dear friend!" Pinkie said loudly. She took a swing at my ears, and I then woke up.
"Twilight are you alright?" Pinkie asked. I started moving away from her. I felt my ears and both of them were still attached to my head.
"Twilight! What the hay happened!?" Pinkie asked frantically.
"I don't know." I really didn't I didn't know. Chills went up my spine, I was shaky, and I felt weak.
"Where are we going Pinkie? What's going on?" I asked demanding an answer.
"I can't tell you till we get there." Pinkie said. We continued through to a hallway. It was dimly lit but the Lantern that Pinkie was holding made a big amount of light. I realized however. I started to slow down.
"Twilight? Why are you stopping we're almost there." Pinkie asked.
"S-sorry. Just kinda scared." I said trying not to sound scared. A five minute walk later we were at a door.
"In here we must go. Twilight can you use your magic to open it?" Pinkie asked. I did as asked, and the door opened. Inside was a desk. It had three objects on it. A lantern, a map, and a key.
"What's this Pinkie?" I asked Pinkie Pie.
"You need to take these." Pinkie said. I went over to the desk that had a small light above it. Pinkie gave me a bag and I put the map and key into the bag. I turned around and saw no trace of Pinkie Pie.
