The Mirrors

Mirrors. Everyone has one. Everyone's seen one. They seem… normal. Just shiny, silver surfaces that show you what you put in front of them.
Well, if you take the phrase, "Don't judge a book by it's cover," and apply it to a mirror, what do you get?
Turns out mirrors aren't as innocent as some may think…

A normal day in a normal, happy town. The sun is shining, the townsfolk are smiling, and everything seems wonderful.
Seems.
But no good day lives on without consequence.
No warm summer day goes by without a deadly blizzard to match half a year later.
This perfect day will not go undisturbed.
And as a normal member of the town walks to meet a friend, she sees something coming to Equestria. Coming to change the lives of everyone, and everything. Something that will make her see herself as hated, unforgivable, and lonelier than anyone in the world. An impossible, unimaginable conqueror.

Ladies and Gentlemen, The Bringer has arrived. And it's not going down without a fight to the finish.

A special thanks to MythicalRise for proofreading, and to The Blue C for assistance with initial idea creation.
