Today was a beautiful day. The pegasi had done a good job with the weather, and not a cloud was in sight. Many ponies would expect to see the speedy pegasus out and about, but she was nowhere in sight.

Rainbow Dash had changed her schedule slightly, and was inside of a cramped study which she recently installed to her cloud house. She appeared to be intently focused on a book. Except she wasn't reading the book - she was writing the book. She was adding the finishing touches to the unknown book, and when the final touches were applied, she snapped the book shut, and carefully placed the pen she was using on her desk.

Rainbow stuffed the book into her saddlebag, and hastily flew out of her house, heading towards the Golden Oaks Library. When she landed at the huge tree, she knocked thrice on the door, and waited for an answer. "Get that for me, could you Spike?" Rainbow heard a voice from the library, and knew that it was Twilight. The door opened, and a small dragon stood in the doorway. "Hey Dashie! What are you doing at the library? Looking for the newest Daring Do book?" He asked, before rushing back inside and coming out with a book.

Rainbow chuckled, and looked at the book. "Well, Spike, I actually wanted to talk to Twilight... Hey, I don't have this edition!" She snatched the book off Spike and flipped through some pages, before giving it back to the dragon, hinting that she wanted to borrow it later. "I'll go get her. Be back in a jiffy!" Spike scampered off, and soon after came back with Twilight.

"Oh, hey Rainbow. Spike said you wanted to talk to me." Twilight said, looking at Spike, who had already ran off. "Well, its just... I... want you to proof read my book!" Rainbow said quickly through gritted teeth. The unicorn had a quizzical look on her face. "Rainbow, I didn't expect you to write your own book! Now then, I would proof read it, but I have so much to do in so little time..." Said Twilight, glancing back inside to see if Spike burnt anything.

"Come on Twilight!" The pegasus begged. "You know that I wou--" She was cut off again by Rainbow. "Pleeease?" She was kneeling down with her best puppy eyes. "I already sa--" Again, she was cut off. "Puh-leeeeeaseeee?" Twilight looked down at Rainbow's puppy eyes, and groaned. "Fine. Pass me the book." She said, gesturing a hoof to the saddlebags Rainbow had brought along.

"Oh! Right!" The pegasus opened up the saddlebag with her wing, and found the book inside. "Here. Get back to me when your finished reading." The book was lifted up by levitation, and Rainbow flew off. When the pegasus was out of sight, Twilight slammed the door shut. "Guess I should get this over with..." She sighed, and flipped the book open... AND THE RIDE BEGINS.

Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, there was this super cool and super awesome pegasus. She was so fast, that nopony could beat her in a race. Nopony ever actually saw her, they only saw a blue and rainbow blur. She has many friends, and most of them support her. This awesome pony, her name was Rainbow Dash, she wanted to be in the Wonderbolts - and even better, she wanted to be the captain of the Wonderbolts! One day, her friends decided that she needed to go to a cool place called the Wonderbolt Academy! It was only for the super coolest and fastest pegasi, and the fastest and coolest got to be in the Wonderbolts! So, Rainbow Dash decided to apply! And she was accepted into the Academy! She was so super hyped up, and one of her closest friends, Pinkie Pie, hosted a party in celebration! There was cookies and punch at the door, and there was so many games and stuff, and like everypony in Ponyville was invited! So after the party Rainbow Dash went to sleep and stuff, and she woke up feeling sick! But that didn't stop her from flying all around Ponyville! That made her even more sick though, but Rainbow Dash doesn't care! She does whatever she wants! So, Rainbow Dash flew around, and was late to the academy! So then she rushed to the academy, and she wasn't late because she got there in 10 seconds flat! So, then, she did a 20% cooler than normal flight exercise, and she did it in 10 seconds flat! And then, she decided that she was too cool for the academy and she dropped out, but that was a bad idea because Spitfire, a Wonderbolt, said that if she dropped out then she would not be a Wonderbolt. Oh no! Thought Rainbow Dash. But Rainbow Dash doesn't care. Rainbow Dash does what she wants! So, Rainbow Dash decided that if she was ever to become a Wonderbolt, she had to consult her super duper awesome amazing BFF superstar favorite character Daring Do! So she flew into a jungle, and then she got lost! And then she saw Ahuizotl! Rainbow Dash was scared so she punched him and kicked him and he died! She had totally saved Daring Do and stuff because then Daring Do popped out of Ahuizotl and said Thanks for saving me! And then Rainbow Dash said that she wanted to be a Wonderbolt, and so Daring Do said You can be whatever you want! Have a wish! and then she disappeared into thin air! So, Rainbow Dash wished to be a Wonderbolt! Then she was invited back to the academy, but Rainbow Dash didn't come! Rainbow Dash don't care about the academy anymore! So, she sat in her house, and played with a ball, and then the Wonderbolts came to her! And they were all like Come and be a Wonderbolt! And then Rainbow Dash was so excited, and she got her uniform and stuff and flew around! And then, they said Your so good at Wonderbolting! You can be our captain! And then Rainbow Dash was the best ever Wonderbolt Captain ever and forever! THE END!

Twilight popped her head up from the book. "I wasted an hour reading this?"
