You and your marefriend, Pinkie Pie are at your house, in your living room, playing a game of Truth-or-Dare. You haven't felt this way about any other mare. You are truly in love with Pinkie. It's now her turn to ask you the question.
"Truth or Dare?", she asks you, eager for you to say "Dare".
"Dare", you say.
"Hee-hee! I dare you to kiss me!"
Your face is completely red. You two have only kissed once, and she must have liked it. You move closer to her and put your lips on hers. Right when you are about to pull away, she puts her hooves on the back of your neck, which means she doesn't want it to end right now. After a solid five minutes, she finally ends the kiss.
"Thanks, you little lover!", she says.
"Y-your welcome", you say, lightly stammering from the kiss, "So, my turn?"
"Yup-yup!"
"Truth or Dare?"
"Truth!"
"Do you have a very deep secret? Can you tell me?"
Pinkie's smile drops to a frown. Her mane and tail deflates to its straight form.
"Um... I take it back!", you say. You hate seeing Pinkie sad like this.
"No, let me say it!", she says, "I have to, it's the rule"
"O-OK" Pinkie takes a deep breath and finally speaks.
"I...I...I..."
You rub her back lightly, hoping to make it easier for her to say it.
"I'm an adult foal!"
What she just said takes you by surprise. However, you don't laugh, but you don't really believe her.
"I-I can't believe you Pinks. You'll have to prove it."
"OK. L-look in my saddlebag."
You walk over to her saddlebag and open it. You gasp lightly at what you see. There are jars of foal food, a foal bottle, a pink bib, pacifiers, a pair of pink hoofie pajamas, dolls, crayons, paper, a pink wool blanket for a foal, and... You gasp again at the last few things: foal powder, rash cream, foal wipes and diapers. You can tell she likes wearing diapers, because these look specially made for her. They are thick, pink disposable diapers with a pattern of her cutie mark on them.
"You really are an adult foal, aren't you?", you say, feeling kinda stupid asking that when you just saw all the evidence.
She slowly nods her head, feeling extremely embarrassed. You walk back over to her and pull her into a big hug, hoping it would make her feel better. It doesn't seem to work, so you give her a lick on her cheek. This takes her by surprise, but calms her down. Her mane re-inflates back to its poofy and curly form, but she isn't fully happy.
"So, this doesn't want you to break up with me?", she asks, a little bit of fear in her voice.
"No", you say in a very calming voice, "It just took me by surprise, that's all"
She smiles, but looks down to the floor again. She looks like she wants to ask you something.
"Can I ask you something?"
"What is it?"
"Can I... Can you... umm..." You look at her again. You can tell she is having trouble saying it, so you rub her back again.
"It's okay", you say.
"Will you take care of me while I'm dressed as a foal? Like I'm you own?"
Your face turns red again. You just kissed your marefriend, and now she wants you to look after her, like she is your foal.
"You mean everything? Like, you want me to dress you, feed you, play with you and... *gulp*... change you too?"
"You don't have to. I could just change myself."
You look at her face. She has a look of disappointment. You figure it out: she loves being changed by somepony else. You start to feel down.
"Come on", you tell yourself, "She just told you her deepest secret because she loves you and you can't suck it up and do what she wants?!
You take a deep breath and speak.
"No Pinks, I'll do it"
Pinkie is taken by surprise and her ears perk up.
"Really?! You mean, you'll do everything?!"
"S-sure", you say, stammering again. "Anything for you, my little Pinkie"
She pulls you into a bone-crippling hug and you gasp for breath. You can also tell she is extremely happy.
"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!"
She notices your blue face and lets go of you.
"Hee-hee! Sorry."
" It's OK. So, how do you want to do this?", you ask her.
"First", she says, "I want you to...*gulp*... diaper me." Your face goes red again.
"You sure? But your private area."
"It's okay. We just took a bath together, so you've seen what it looks like".
"O-okay" You walk over to her saddlebag and pull out one of the pink diapers and the supplies. Carrying the supplies, you walk back over to Pinkie, who is laying on the floor with her hind legs open, ready to be padded. You open the diaper and place it under her flank. Before taping it up, you put a decent amount of rash cream and powder on her private area. You then pull the front of the diaper over her private area. Taping the diaper, you sigh in relief. "Comfy?" She squirms a little to get the feeling before nodding. "What's next?"
"My pajamas!"
You smile and walk back to her saddlebag, pulling out the pink hoofie pajamas. You walk back over to her and put her in the pajamas. "Comfy?" She gives you a nod. She sits up and starts crawling around, like a little filly. You let a small 'aw' escape your mouth. "Wanna play with your toys?" She nods. "Okay" You walk back over to her saddlebag and pull out a bunch of dolls, some crayons, and paper. "Here you go". She squeals in joy and begins playing with the dolls. You let another small 'aw' out and go sit next to her. She picks up a doll and holds it out to you. She wants you to play with her.
"You want me to play with you?" She nods. "OK, anything for you, my little Pinkie Pie" You grab the doll with your teeth, put in on the floor and start to play with it. After about an hour of playtime, her stomach rumbles. "Hungry?" She nods again. "What do you want?"
"Banana!"
You smile and walk back to her saddlebag and pull out the "Pureed Banana", the bib, and a plastic spoon. You then walk back to her and sit down. After tying the bib around her neck, you open the jar and put a spoonful of the yellow mush on the spoon. "Open wide". She makes a disgusted face and turns her head. You raise your eyebrow, kinda confused. She winks at you. That's when you get it: she's pretending. "Come on, Pinkie. You don't want to starve, do you?" She shakes her head and slowly opens her mouth. You put the spoonful of mush into her mouth. She squeals in joy again at the very sweet flavor. You smile. "See? It's good" You can tell she is enjoying herself. You are also liking this a little. You keep feeding her until the jar is empty. "Full?" She nods. "Aww, did my little Pinkie make a messy?" She blushes, noticing the sweet mush all over her face and the bib. You grab a foal wipe and clean her face and the bib. When she is clean, you throw the wipe into the trash. "You wanna play with some crayons?" She nods again. You two go back to the living room and you pull out the crayons. You two draw some random things. Then Pinkie draws you something.
"Here", she says. You look at the drawing. It shows a pony with your coat and mane color with a pink pony wearing pink pajamas in its hooves. Next to the pink pony is a quote bubble that says "I wuv you". You tear up and hug her.
"I love you too, Pinkie".
However, the heartwarming scene didn't last when her stomach rumbled again. "Hungry again?" She nods. "What do you want this time?"
"Just some milk would be okay", she says.
You go into her saddlebag, pull out the foal bottle, go into the kitchen and fill the bottle with milk. After heating it to the heat for a foal, you walk back into the living room and sit down next to Pinkie. However, right when you are about to give her the bottle, she lays on her back, in your lap, smiling. "Aww", you say, "Does my little Pinkie want to be held?" She nods with a smile. You smile and give her the bottle. She instantly begins suckling. As she suckles from the foal bottle, you two stare into each other's eyes. Staring into those big, blue eyes of hers, you start to feel her love for you. You start to tear up again and cradle Pinkie in your hooves. This makes her smile again. She soon finishes the bottle, licks her lips, and gives you the empty bottle. You set it aside and resume cradling her. "I love you Pinkie"
"I love you too" She snuggles into your chest while you rub her back lightly. Her snuggling feels so nice. You really don't want to let go of her. But then, you hear Pinkie start to grunt. You also see has a scrunched-up face.
"You okay?" She still grunts. You hear a muffled popping sound and a quiet hissing noise. Then a foul odor hits your muzzle. You put your hoof on the back of her pajamas, feeling a big bulge on her diaper. You then get the message: she's wetting and messing her diaper. She is using her diaper for its intended purpose and isn't afraid to do it in front of you. You lightly press down on her stomach to help her push her mess out easier. This seems to work and she soon finishes, stops grunting, gives a sigh of relief, and looks at you with a deep blush on her face. "Aww...does my little Stinky Pie need her diapee changed?", you say in a foalish voice, making her blush grow deeper. She nods.
You lay her on the floor carefully, trying not to squish the mess in her diaper. You remove her pajamas and set them aside. You then remove the full diaper and throw it in the trash. You pull out the foal wipes she start to clean her flank. You then clean her marehood very gently, knowing how sensitive she is in that area. After cleaning her, you put the cream and powder on her. Pulling out a fresh diaper and putting it on her, you put the pink pajamas back on her and give her a pat on her bottom.
"There we go. Who's my clean little filly?", you say, blowing raspberries on her stomach, making her giggle and squirm heavily. After your little attack, she yawns loudly.
"Aww", you say, "Is my little Pinkie getting sleepy?" She looks up at you, fluttering her eyes and nods. You let another 'aw' out. She holds her hooves out to you. She wants to be cradled again. You smile, put her in your hooves again and cradle her while singing a lullaby. She yawns again and buries her face in your coat, falling asleep. You smile and carry her to your room, only stopping to grab her pink blanket. You lay her down on her back on your bed and before you cover her up, you check her diaper again.
"Aww, my little Pinkie wet herself. I guess I better get her changed before she gets a rash."
You go back down stairs and grab the supplies and a fresh, pink diaper. You remove her pajamas, take her wet diaper off, and throw it in the trashcan next to your bed. You take a wipe and clean her marehood gently, not wanting to wake her. After cleaning her, you put the cream and powder on her and put the the fresh diaper on her. After putting her pajamas back on, you cover her up with the pink blanket. However, when you cover her up, she starts squirming in her sleep. You also notice she is unconsciously prodding her muzzle. You finally get the picture: she wants her pacifier. You walk back down to the living room, go to her saddlebag, put the supplies back, and pull out a pacifier. However, you notice something. "It's the same color as my coat, and it has my cutie mark on it. She really does love me!" You walk back to your room, put the pacifier in Pinkie's mouth, and lay down next to her. But when you lay down, you feel something. You look down to she Pinkie snuggling into your coat. You pet her mane, feeling it again: her love for you. You have to admit, you really enjoyed yourself, and so did Pinkie. However, you then feel sleepiness creep on you. You cuddle her and say one more thing before falling asleep:
"I love you, My Little Pinkie"
