Adventures of a Doctor

" Ok now where am I?" Thought The Doctor as he finds himself in a strange control like room filled with many strange buttons and leavers " If I didn't know any better I would say that I'm in some sort of control room" he facehoofs at the stupidity of his own statement. " Nice observation there Doctor" he scolded. " Well now that I deduced where I am might as well take a look around." The gray earth pony searches the room but finds nothing of interest.

  " Huh, that's weird, usually when you have a sign saying do not enter that usually means that you don't want somepony messing with something." he rubs his chin as he leans against a wall." Hmm if I didn't know any better I would have to say that this room is a-" The wall turns on the side and the doctor falls through the other side."- a decoy."

The Doctor looks around the room " Whoa!" He gasped " This is a pretty big room here and WHAT IS THAT!!" In the middle of the room was a giant core whirling with various colors with two pipes connecting it with a console." I-Is this is what I think it is, no...no no it cant be." The Doctor walks over to one of the consoles and starts to manipulate some of the controls " It-It is, I've somehow stumbled into the Rainbow Factory's Rainbow Generator." The time traveler hits his hooves together. " So this where the color goes after the poor bastards gets grounded up... Grisly."

The Doctor looks at the Rainbow Generator starts to make a strange sound " Huh What's it doing now?!" he wondered. He takes a few steps forward the vile machine " It sounds like somepony activated the machine, and that means that-" He couldn't even finish his sentence as a green like substance comes down from one of the tubes from the ceiling, The Doctor starts to back away." No, no was that?...No, It couldn't be her...could it?" The gray time traveler immediately runs back to the color generator control system." Ok, ok not a problem, maybe it wasn't Green, but if it WAS Green, then that means tha-"

Alert! Alert! the failures and the doctor have breached containment I repeat the failures and the doctor have escaped from the containment chamber All units on high alert.

" - That they know we've escaped."  The time traveler chuckles to himself " Well its a little too late now that I found your color generator, but this does gives me a great idea." He once again pulls out screwdriver." Maybe I can cause some sort of meltdown that will destroy the Rainbow Factory in one strike." The doctor points the screwdriver at the generator console." There, seven minutes should be plenty of time to find Rumble and get the hell out of here."

The Doctor makes his way to the exit." Time to go."

Countdown to Factory meltdown 7:00

" How could you idiots fuck this up royally, not only did you manage to lose you uniforms BUT THE FAILURES AND THE DOCTOR ESCAPED!!!"

The three guards all hide behind each other trying to come up with an excuse "W-W-Well Y-You s-s-see s-s-sir w-w-we just-"

"I DONT CARE WHAT YOU THREE WHERE DOING, ALL I KNOW IS THAT YOU GUYS BETTER RETRIVE THOSE FAILURES, OR YOU"LL BE NEXT FOR THE PEGASUS DEVICE. IS THAT CLEAR!!!."

"Y-y-y-yes S-s-s-sir."

Countdown to Factory meltdown 6:35

" So The pony known as The Doctor escaped along with the failures huh? Somehow that doesn't surprise me. Rainbow Dash said as she goes over some reports." But what does surprise me is that somepony was killed."

" Oh dear, who died?"

Rainbow Dash begins to look for a certain file. " Ah-ha here it is, Aurora Dawn, apparently her neck was broken and her body was stuffed in her locker, and according to the guards who were working with her, said that they were only gone for five minutes.

" Oh my Goodness, Do you think that The Doctor killed her?"

The Rainbow colored Pegasus leans back in her chair and closes her eyes. " Its possible that he is responsible for her death, but, I cant shake off this bad feeling that something terrible is about to happen." she slowly opens her eyes. " Not just us, but all of Equestria."

"...."

" Listen, can you... can you do me a favor?" asked the Rainbow colored Pegasus.

"  Sure Rainbow just tell me what it is."

Rainbow Dash sits up and looks at the other pony." If I don't make it back I want you to...keep an eye on Scootaloo for me, and tell her... that I'm sorry.

" Hm? Sorry for what?"

Rainbow Dash looks down at her desk." For everything." She turns her attention back to the other pony. " Now go, her shift should be ending soon and she'll probably go back to her room to fool around with Rumble some more." She rubs her eyes an annoyance" I should have never got those two together."

" Oh Rumble's here? Well that explains Scootaloo sudden change in attitude." The pony stands up and walks over to the door." Rainbow you come back safely now...Ok?" and with that said the pony leaves the room leaving Rainbow Dash by herself.

" Get ready Doctor, because I'm coming at ya Full Speed."

Countdown to Factory meltdown 3:05

" Ok this officially sucks, I am totally lost and I don't have time to be wondering around." Thought the doctor as he walked down a another hallway." This place needs like a...map or something sheesh." He continues down the hallway until he comes across a sign saying living quarters.

" Oh Finally, some progress after spending five minutes just walking around looking lost"

The Doctor immediately enters the Living Quarter hallway without delay." Seriously, Rumble better be here because if he's not...Well fuck him I'm out.

Meanwhile in another part of the factory three stallions were very busy trying to recapture the missing failures

" Ok guys we need to find the failures or well ya know we die."

" Man we looked everywhere for them, maybe they left the factory by now"

" Maybe not, lets split up, we can cover more ground this way."

" Uhh, how bout no, you saw what happened to Aurora."

" Look, either way we're screwed right now unless we retrieve the failures we're splitting up."

Countdown to Factory meltdown 2:50

" Doors, doors, and more doors, why couldn't this be...Like easier." The gray earth pony complained. " Well I haven't seen a single guard anywhere so I guess I should shut up.

The Doctor continues to walk in the living quarters wondering which room Rumble would be in." Hmm now lets see, door, door, door guarded by two guards, door." The Doctor stops and looks at the door guarded by two guards. " Yep, that's the door I'm looking for alright, Ok no time for diplomacy." He adjust his scarf " Ninja Style time."

The Doctor hides behind a corner and whistles " Hey did you hear that?" said the guard " Huh, hear what?" replied the second guard.

" Like a whistling sound" said the first one. " Man you're hearing things, I didn't hear anything." The Doctor whistles again. " There it is again, man I'll be right back." " Whatever I still think its nothing though." The first guard goes to the corner where the whistling noise is coming from, he doesn't have time to react as The Doctor quickly grabs him and...

SNAP

"Huh, what the hell was that?"The second guard rushes over to the same corner where the first one went to and see what happened only to see that the once living guard was on the ground dead.

The second guard only look down at his now dead colleague. " H-H-How...Did you?" he also doesn't have time to finish is sentence as a two pairs of hooves grabs him as well and says " quite simple really like this."

POP

The second guard falls to the ground dead.

The Doctor dust his hooves off. " Well that was easy, now time to get Rumble."

He enters the room to find that is kind of small and a colorless white." Well it least it small." he said.

" Huh, Whose there?!"

" Hey! I know that voice." The Doctor said as he enters another room." Rumble!! finally found, uhh what the hell happened to you?"

The Doctor find Rumble chained up to a bed with his mane a mess and various bite marks all over his body. " Never mind that Doctor just get me out of these."

" Uh right." The time traveler pulls out the sonic screwdriver and switches it to its laser setting." This should have ya out in no time." he points the laser screwdriver at Rumble's chains and fires it freeing the captive pony.

Rumble slowly sits up and starts to rub his hooves. " Ugh, thanks for the help Doctor-"

The Doctor cuts him off." Rumble look we don't have a lot of time, I set the Rainbow Factory to have a very violent meltdown in less than two minutes, so we really need to go before THAT happens."

" Wait, let me get this straight, you said that-"

The Doctor gives Rumble a very annoyed look." The Factory is going to be destroyed in less than two minutes, so quit talking and lets go!."

The two ponies leave the room and walk back into the hallway

" Hey Doctor do you think that we can stop somewhere first?" asked Rumble

" Rumble, which part of FACTORY DESTRUCTION did you not understand?

The gray Pegasus pony looks down at the floor." I know, its just a couple of doors down." he turns attention back to the doctor." It will be quick, I just need to grab something."

The Doctor rubs his temples." Arrgh, fine just make it quick before-."

"HEY!!, WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU"RE GOING!!"

"-some other pony decides to join the party."

Standing right behind them was a familiar orange colored Pegasus. "Trying to steal my boyfriend Doctor? WELL YOU CANT HAVE HIM!!! HE'S MINE!!"

Scootaloo charges at the doctor with her face filled determination and anger."AND I'M NOT GONNA LOSE HIM AGAIN!!!"

The Doctor just rolls his eyes and sighs." We don't have time for this." The gray earth pony gives Scootaloo a vicious uppercut and she goes flying into a wall and hits it auditable thud." Ugh, R-Rumble." She falls on the floor unconscious.

The Doctor turns back to Rumble." So about your... whatever you had get, yeah lets go get that."

" Huh, oh yeah lets go."

Rumble leads the doctor to a room five doors down. " Wait here, I'll be right back." He disappears into the room leaving the doctor alone. " Whatever this item is better be worth it." thought the doctor.

A few seconds later Rumble emerges from the room with a bag in his mouth. "Here" he tosses the bag to the doctor. " Uh Rumble what's this?"

" Its a bag Doctor." he replied

" I can see that smartass, I mean what's in the bag?"

The black haired Pegasus chuckles to himself." There's Ten Thousand bits in that bag Doctor." The time traveler eyes widen and shakes his head. " D-d-did I just hear you right, did you just say Ten Thousand bits!!"

Rumble nods his head." That's right Doctor, Ten Thousand bits, and its all yours. The Doctor tries to regains is composure but is still somewhat speechless." What, but...why?"

The gray Pegasus pony looks back at the unconscious Scootaloo. " I don't need it anymore...I just don't." He turns around and starts to walk away.

The Doctor extends a hoof to stop him." Rumble, where will you go now?" Rumble turns and faces the doctor." I don't know but I'm leaving this place behind."

" Wait, I have one more question?"

"Yes?"

The Doctor face turns into a smirk." Do you know where I can find the Pegasus Device?"

" Its on the top floor, but, I don't recommend that you go there" He turns back around and starts to walk away again." It will give you nightmares Doctor."  Rumble leaves the doctor alone in the hallway with a bag of bits. " Ok now where am I going to put this at?" His question was soon answered as the bag disappeared from his hooves." What the?!! Where did my money go?!!." But before the doctor can begin to complain he checks to see how much time he has left. " Oh shit I've only got 1:45 seconds left, I'd better haul ass." He leaves the Living Quarters and heads for the Pegasus Device.

"Man, I  wonder if the others had any luck in finding those failures, hmm lets see I'm near the Living Quarters right? maybe they ran in there? Hello is anypony in...HERE?!" he walks in to see three bodies lying on the floor. "Oh man they were here alright" The Pegasus pony goes and inspects the bodies." These two were killed the same way Aurora was."

" Ugh, Damn.. you.. Doctor."

" Wha?" He rushes forward to the unconscious Scootaloo. " Its a mare?...She's pretty cute. He gently shakes the unconscious pony." Hey, are you ok?"

" Good Heavens what happened here?"

"??" He turns around to see that a another pony as entered the hallway. She was a yellowed colored Pegasus with light blue eyes and spoke with a soft and gentle voice . "Excuse me, but do you what happened here?"

He turns back to Scootaloo." No Ma'am I don't, I-I just arrived here." She walks to the two ponies and sits down and begins to check on Scootaloo.

" Will she be alright? should we take her to the infirmary?" he asked unsurely.

The yellow Pegasus smiles at him. " Your worried about her aren't you?"

"W-w-well yeah I'm worried, I-I mean with all that's happened today." he said while rubbing the back of his head." But I heard her say something about a doctor...should we take her to one?"

  Her bright smile instantly turns into a frown." A doctor?...I see." She turns back to the male pony." Excuse me but do you think that you can carry her...I'm sorry, but I forgot to ask for your name."

He looks at the yellowed Pegasus in confusion." Its Orion ma'am."

She returns to her warm smile." Well Orion can you carry her for me please?.. If that's ok with you."

" Umm sure, its not a problem."

" Oh thank you so very much Orion." She puts the unconscious Scootaloo on his back." Come on lets go."

Orion looks at the yellow Pegasus." Where are we going?"

She doesn't even turn to look at him as she kept walking forward." Ponyville."

"Ok here it is the top floor, the Pegasus Device should further ahead. Said The Doctor as he walks down a corridor." I must be getting close its starting to reek of blood. The time traveler continues to press forwards to the vile machine despite the smell of blood getting stronger and stronger he also could have sworn he heard some ponies screaming, he rubs his forehead with a hoof wiping away some sweat." Ughh, I don't feel so hot, Maybe I should have listened to Rumble, Huff, Huff, the air feels so heavy here." He continues forward until he spots two huge double doors and a soft but terrible grinding noise. " This is it Doctor, the entrance to the Pegasus Device." he notices that his hooves are shaking badly either from anticipation or fear.

" C'mon Doc get it together now." he slowly puts his hooves on the doors and pushes forward." Oh my God..."he whispered as the gray earth pony walks into a very large room, and standing in the middle of the room in all its horrific glory was the Pegasus Device being held up by three Pegasus statues like its the tool of their salvation and on the ground were many pools of different colors, colors that came out from the mouths of four Pegasus statue heads.

The Doctor stares at it with a look of pure horror. " Its, its-"

"Magnificent,  a true piece of work, right Doctor?"

The traveler of time turns around to the sound of the voice, and standing on a platform on the opposite end of the room was The Fastest Flyer in all Equestria, Rainbow Dash. " Hahahaa I knew that you would come here Doctor, how could a pony such as you resist seeing the Pegasus Device."

The Doctor chuckles lightly while shaking his head." Yea you're right about that one Rainbow Dash, how could I resist seeing the Pegasus Device." He looks at her with a smirk on his face." But in 60 seconds the Rainbow Factory will explode, and will be nothing more than a distant memory."

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, that is the BIGGEST bluff I've ever heard Doctor." she laughed. " YOU!! destroy the Rainbow Factory," Rainbow Dash wipes a tear from he eye." With what?"

" With this." The Doctor pulls out the screwdriver and pushes a button on it. Rainbow Dash just laughs harder." Oh no you pressed a button, now we're doomed, Pffff HAHAHAHAHA."

" 3...2...1... Just about-"

"Red Alert, Red Alert, Factory Meltdown in 60 seconds I Repeat Factory Meltdown Imminent In 60 seconds All Workers are Advised to Evacuate Immediately!!!"

" -Now"

Rainbow Dash stops her insane laughter " B-But How?" She asked while rubbing a hoof through her mane confused." How come we didn't hear this till now?"

" Funny things can happen when you have a mute button Rainbow Dash." he starts to smile victoriously. " Who's Bluffing No-"

He didn't even get to finish his sentence as a Rainbow colored flash pins him against a wall and headbutts him." YOU BASTARD!!! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!!"

The Doctor groans in pain." Ugh, stopped ponies from becoming your mane dye?"

She violently throws the doctor on the floor." THIS ISNT A JOKE DOCTOR!!!," Rainbow Dash then grabs his scarf-.

30 seconds remaining!!! I repeat 30 seconds remain until Factory Meltdown!!!

-and looks him dead in his eyes and spoke with a very serious tone." You have singlehoofedly Killed us ALL!!!"

  " Somehow I doubt that Rainbow Dash." He kicks her off and she goes flying into a wall. " ARRRGH, YOU BASTARAHHHHH"

The wall Rainbow Dash collided with suddenly exploded sending her and the debris of the wall on the ground." Uh-Oh!! it looks like the explosions are starting!!!" said The Doctor.

All around the once great Rainbow Factory was now becoming a shell of its former self as the random explosions setting off everywhere destroying everything in sight. Even the Pegasus Device was not safe from its wrath as the Pegasus statues holding it up crumbled to the ground sending the machine of nightmares falling through the floor leaving a giant hole in the floor.

" Oh man!! How am I supposed to get out now?!" yelled The Doctor.

VROOOOMP VROOMP VROOOMPP SHIPBAOW

   " Huh?! Hey!! Wait a minute I-I know that sound anywhere" said The Doctor as he turns around to see a familiar looking star craft." Oh baby how I've missed ya." he quickly runs to his only means of escape from the factory he nearly reaches for the doors before a sudden voice asks for him to stop.

" Ugh, D-Doctor please w-wait..."

The Doctor quickly turns back to Rainbow Dash who is trapped under some ruble from the explosions. " D-Doctor please you have to stop thi-this" she said weakly.

15 seconds to Factory Meltdown, I Repeat 15 seconds remain!!!

" Doctor Please!!!" she cried." I-I have friends down there a-and I don't want them to die.PLEASE!!! you can kill me but leave my friends out of this!!! PLEASE!!! DOCTOR!!!"

The Doctor simply turns back to his escape ship." Sorry Rainbow but you're all outta time." he enters the ship. " Be seeing ya Rainbow Dash."

" DOOOCCCTTOORRRRRR!!!!"

He closes the door." Sheesh what a windbag." He runs to the console where he notices a familiar bag. " Hey! My money.Did you teleport it here? I didn't even know you could do that, but now is soooo not the time to figure out how you work." He quickly manipulates some buttons and leavers. " Time to make like Samus Aran and go!!!" and with that the Doctor leaves the exploding factory.

5 Seconds left abandon all hope if you're still here!!!

" I'm so so sorry everypony." Rainbow Dash gently closes her eyes and resigns herself to her fate.

" I've failed you all."

"Well that was quite the adventure" said The Doctor. " Destroyed the Rainbow Factory got some bits and I'm not a rainbow, good day, very good day."

He sits down wondering where should he go next." Hmm now what?"

Doctor can you hear me...?

The Doctor looks around as if he heard something. " Hello, is somepony there?" He continues to look but to no avail." Oh great now I'm hearing things." He shrugs as he begins to manipulate his control panel.

"Oh well, onwards to the next adventure!!!"
