After an assassination attempt on Princess Celestia, a highly decorated member of the Royal Guard is accused of the act. Now Sky Runner is on the run and finds no better place to hide than the seas of Equestria.

Sky Runner has a good life. As a highly decorated member of Celestia’s Royal Guard, he is in line to be the next Captain of the Royal Guard now that Shining Armor is the prince of the Crystal Empire. He even has a wonderful relation with the lovely Octavia. All seems well until an attempt is made on Celestia’s life and Sky Runner is accused of the deed. Now he is running for his life and is determined to find the true culprit and clear his name. He seeks the open waters of Equestria as a safe haven, but the call of the high seas has a power all its own.
