“Sister, SISTER! Wake up,” said a voce coming from the dark.

“Err, what do you want Feather Storm?” asked the mare opening her and looking at a young cyan coloured Pegasus with a dark shades of blue with a tint of purple in her mane and tail, the colour of her eyes was an emerald green. Her cutie mark was two feathers crossed and a lightning bolt straight in the middle of the feathers.

“What do you want my annoying sister, can’t i just sleep in peace,” said the sleepy mare trying to go back to bed.

“Come on Thunder Blade, GET UP!” Feather Storm shouted causing Thunder blade to fall out of her bed and land on the floor.

The mare stood up in a quick second, her coat was violet deep purple and her mane and tail was royal blue with a tint of cyan, the colour of her eyes was also royal blue, her cutie mark was a sword with two lightning bolts next to the blade.

“What is so important for you to wake me up,” said Thunder blade in an annoyed voice, looking at her sister.

“Sister, it’s the third year celebration of the banishment for the evil Discord and mother is going to be there,” Feather Storm said looking at her sister with puppy eyes.

“Look little sister, i know you want to go, but you don’t have go with me, you could just go on your own,” said Thunder Blade climbing back into her bed.

Suddenly the door of Thunder blade bedroom was burst open; Thunder Blade fell out of her bed, again. She got up with the look of anger on her face, but when she saw who was at the door her face changed to a sudden surprise.

“MOTHER, sorry, what did you want?” asked Thunder Blade looking at an armoured cyan Pegasus with a rainbow mane and tail.

“I hope you had a good night sleep, because you are going to do nights duty for guarding Princess Luna today,” said Commander Hurricane.

“But mom, i trying to get some sleep from the guard duty i did for the princesses last night,” said Thunder Blade in a tired voice.

“DON’T GIVE ME EXUSESSES, I WANT YOU UP IN FIVE,” shouted Commander Hurricane, like she was commanding her troops.

“Yes mom,” said Thunder Blade in an annoyed and tired voice, with the look of disappointment.

“Also i want you to bring your sister to the celebration, and when it’s time for you to guard Princess Luna i will take your place on taking your sister to the night’s celebration,” requested, Commander Hurricane.

Thunder Blade looked at her sister, and Feather Storm squeaked with a smile. “Hay sister, we’re going to have the most awesome day ever,” said Feather Storm in all of excitement.

“Yeah, we’re going to have fun,” Thunder Blade said in a sarcastic way.

The two pegasisters went to the celebration to watch Princess Celestia raise the sun and celebrate the third year of the banishment of Discord.

“Look Luna’s going to lower the moon and Celestia going to raise the sun, this day will be awesome i just know it.” Feather Storm said with even more excitement.

Princess Celestia raised the sun, the sun shined in the sky like ball of the flame, brightening up Equestria for everypony. All the ponies cheered in delight as Celestia landed on the ground signalling the start of the celebration. Luna looked at everypony, and saw that they cheered for Celestia more than her, even when Luna raised, and lowered the moon.

Princess Celestia started the celebration with a speech. “Thank you all for the cheers as i raised the sun and started the third year celebration,” said Celestia in delight.

Luna stood in the background quiet for a good five minutes, Celestia turn and looked at her sister, then she turned back to the audience.

“I also want all of you give my sister a cheer as well for lowering the moon,” said Celestia in a requesting tone for the audience. Luna Looked at her sister and noticed that Celestia know she was being quiet.

“Come on sis, lets go play some of the games, and win prizes,” said Feather Storm wanting to play the games that where lined up.

There were so many games to choose from, there were chess, checkers, throw the horse shoe and pin the tail on the pony, and there was even a new game called pin the heart on the pony.

“Sister, let’s play the chess game,” said Feather Storm trotting to an empty table that was away from other chess tables.

“I hope you know i beaten mother in this game,” said Thunder Blade.

“Yeah, but she didn’t take it too kindly didn’t she? Thunder Blade,” Feather Storm said remembering her mother throwing the chess board across the room and telling Thunder Blade to give her twenty push by using only her wings, and then she remembered her mother asking for a rematch.

“Okay if we are going to play this game, let’s us make this game a fair one,” Thunder Blade said giving her sister a fair chance.

Luna was walking on the ground without a guard, she normally has one escorting her, but she felt comfortable without one. She looked to the left and saw ponies playing games.

The ponies didn’t noticing that she was there so she felt secure. She then looked to the right and saw two Pegasus’s playing chess on their own with nopony around them.

Luna noticed that the purple Pegasus was one of her guards. She also remembered that Thunder Blade was second in command for guarding her and princess Celestia, but she’s mostly stationed to guard Luna’s door.

Luna watch as Thunder Blade played chess with her sister, she carefully watches as she saw Thunder Blades strategy placing the pawns in front for the defence and the second chest piece's. The rooks, the knights, and bishops to guard the king and the queen of the game, like it would be in real life with Princess Celestia’s and her guards.

The chess board was white and a dark blue to symbolize Princess Celestia and Luna. The king and the queen were Princess Celestia and Luna, the bishops were unicorns, the knight was Pegasuses, and the rooks were earth ponies, and finally the pawns were little fillies and colts.

Thunder Blade carefully laid her plans out to motion and was winning the game, she first took out her sister pawns so the defences were broken, and her sisters pawns couldn’t get to the over side to become any other chest piece, or try to take out the king.

Thunder Blade then strike at the main chest piece's, the bishops, the knights, and the queen, Thunder Blade carefully used her paws as a distraction while she used her other chest piece, to take out the target that was in the way.

Thunder blade then ended the game with a checkmate by sticking at the king. Luna remembers her and Celestia playing chess, and she also remembered that Celestia always wins.

“Aw good game sister, ready for round two,” said Feather Storm wanting to play again and win the next round.

Luna could see it in Thunder Blade eyes that she would Change her strategy and win the game again, but instead she lets her little sister win.

Luna then remembered that when Celestia won her first round in a game she would always let Luna win the second round. She admired Thunder Blade as she reminded Luna of her sister, but she mostly reminds her of herself.

“What other games do you want to play next?” asked Thunder Blade admitting the two rounds of chess was fun.

“Hum, how about the horse shoes throwing game,” said Feather Storm pointing at another game with her hoof.

Luna followed them to the next game, and was going to watch them play untill she thought, “What should i say? Hay I’m Princess Luna how about we play a game with just you and me.” Luna then stopped a second before continuing.

“WHAT! Wait a minute why would i go up to her in the first place, and say just you and me for a game,” said Luna in her thoughts.

She was about to walk away, but suddenly she stopped herself and said, “BUCK IT! Let’s just wing it.”

Luna turned around and went up to the two Pegasisters and said, “Hello guardspony.”

“PRINCESS LUNA,” Feather Storm shouted, planted her face deep in the ground.

Thunder Blade looked at her sister, and rolled her eyes; she then bowed her head and said, “Princess Luna, what an unexpected surprise, do you wish for something from Me,” said Thunder Blade as if she was on guard duty.

Luna stares at the purple Pegasus for a good second, her thought suddenly catch up to her and said, “Err earth to Luna say something or she’s going to think you stalking her or something.”

She then focus and said, “err, l like how you did your mane” said Luna in embarrassment, she then thought of face hoofing herself and smacking her head against the wall.

“Well done Luna, what good line you just said, what’s next would like go to gala with me, and then how about you and i go up to the Princesses quarters, and have a little fun in my bed,” said Luna in her thoughts.

“Thanks, my mother said to tie it up when i go on duty or when i go into battle,” Thunder Blade said explain why.

“She said always keep your mane and tail tied up, and secured before you go on duty, because if your enemy sees just a little bit of weakness they will use it as an advantage,” said Thunder Blade acting as her mother.

Luna and Feather Storm laughed as Thunder Blade personated as her mother and was saying “Thunder do this, and do that, fetch my armor which is STRAIGHT in front of me.”

Feather Storm, Luna and Thunder Blade all laughed together, and was having fun, Luna was enjoying the moment she was having with her new friends.

“Err, Miss Luna, do you wish to play throw the horse shoe with us?” asked Feather Storm in a requesting voice. Luna looked at the little filly and said, “I would love to.”

Luna and the two Pegasisters went up to the game, and started to play. “As you are the Princess, i think you should go first,” said Thunder Blade.

Luna picked up the horse shoe with her hoof and throw it, the horse shoe landed right near the still pin in the ground.

“That was a good throw,” Thunder Blade said, picking up her horse shoe, and throwing it. “Dame, so close,” grunted Thunder Blade looking at her horse shoe which was right next to Luna’s.

“My turn” said Feather Storm picking up her horse shoe and throwing it, the horse shoe landed on the steel pin.

“YES!” celebrated Feather Storm, Luna’s and Thunder Blades both jaws dropped in seconds.

“Ready for round two,” said Feather Storm looking at her sister and Princess Luna with evil eyes. They first look at her in a confused way, and then they both look at each other with a scared look.

“YES, three time the stick,” said Feather Storm winning the third time.

“How are you so good at this my little pony?” asked Luna to Feather Storm.

“You see princess me and my sister both have our own different strength and weaknesses, with my sister’s weakness it is range on throwing thing, and with my weakness it is strategy.

Luna listens to the young filly and understood that she and her sister was the same when it comes to strength and weaknesses.

The day was braking near to night, and it was almost time for the big feast, Luna and the two pegasisters had to go their own ways.

Luna looked at Thunder Blade, and said, “I’ll see you soon,” she was going to lean in to kiss Thunder Blade on the check, but it would look weird in front of Thunder Blades sister, and also Luna saw their mother getting near them.

“Mother your hear,” said Feather Storm noticing Commander Hurricane getting near them.

“Right Thunder Blade, it’s time for you to get in your guards armor, and guard the Princess,” said Commander Hurricane taking Thunder Blades place for looking over Feather Storm.

“Oh, Thunder, by the way, you will be posted next Princess Luna, so don’t screw this up, and plus DON'T FLIRT WITH THE PRINCESS AS WELL!” her mother shouted in commanding voice.

Thunder Blade turned around and said to herself “i didn’t flirt with the princess, did i? And how would my mother know i was flirting in the first place,” the question lingered in her mind as she was putting her armor on.

Her armour was different than the other guards armour. The armour she had was stronger and lighter, so she could fly more quickly in or out of battle; the armour also had leg guards so her legs were protected.

The colour of the armour was black with a tint of midnight blue, as she was the guard pony for Princess Luna. She placed the chest armour on first then after the back plats to protect her back and flank; the back plats had holes for her wings so she could fly.

She then placed the front and back leg plats on. Thunder Blade looked back at the mannequin to see if she left anything behind, but there was nothing, she then puts on her helmet flys to the big feast.

Thunder Blade flew to the castle near the everfree forest, she looked at the forest, and it looked like it was alive with danger. Suddenly a cry came from the forest.

Thunder Blade stopped and listened carefully for the crying but it randomly disappeared, she then had a sudden erg to fly in the forest to investigate, but she didn’t have any time.

She got to the castle but went straight to Commander Hurricane and said, “Mother, have you got a minute.” The cyan Pegasus turns and had a disappointed look on her face.

“GET YOUR BUCKING PLOT TO THE PRINCESS AT ONCE,” she shouted as Thunder Blade was late, and going to the wrong pony.

“But mom, i heard a crying from the forest, i think somepony is in danger,” said Thunder Blade trying to tell her mother.

“I’ll send out some guard to investigate, but you need to get to your post solider, move, move, MOVE.” commanded Thunders mother.

Commander Hurricane walked up to, two of her best unicorn guards, and said “i want you to investigate the everfree forest for any crying or something. Personally i think it’s just a bunch filly’s playing a dame prank on the guards, because of that stupid bucking ghost story.” the two guard nodded and then saluted at their commander.

After that they both then walked out of the castle, and into the everfree forest to investigate the screams.

Thunder Blade quickly flew to her post next to Princess Luna and said; “forgive me for being late Princess.”

Luna looked at Thunder and putted on a tiny smile, then said, “It okay, you’re not that late.”

Luna then turned and looked at her sister. she gave Luna a wierd look and said, “Remember Luna you’re my sister and you are also the princess, plus you’re a mare,”

Luna looked at Celestia and said, “it never stopped you dear sister,” they both then looked at each other in the face with a serious look, but after the laughed as they couldn’t look at each other seriously.

“Welcome again to the third year of this celebration, friends, family, and of course the two Princesses,” said Shake’sphere.

“I wonder what story his got for us now” whispered Luna to Thunder Blade.

“My mother hate his stories, because she never believes there real,” said Thunder Blade quietly to Luna

“Your mother maybe right, and wrong, but the story still give you a fright,” replied Luna

“I know, first it was what’s her face, you know the one that came back and killed her boyfriend and his new girlfriend, then the second story, was that unicorn that who became a vampire-pony, whats next?” asked Thunder Blade in curiosity.

Luna looked at Thunder Blade and said, “Let us find out together.”
