Ponies watch my little pony
Derpy was tired from a long day of delivering mail and wanted to eat some muffins. She had also heard of a new show that was appearing on TV today. It was called my little pony she had found herself quite interested in finding out what was happening. There were two new episodes coming out today. In a matter of fact, those were the only two episodes.
Like all days, Derpy found herself standing at her front door at three o' clock exactly. She took a little bit of time to review her day and found that it had been just as normal as every other day except that this one had a special surprise waiting for her to get home. Her thought mostly were about the new show ( and that she along with her normal thoughts of muffins, had also taken a little time to be curious about the new guy in town ). A new form of entertainment. In a matter of fact, the television had only come out a year ago. She ordered one for herself and was just happy to have it. She never used it but she had seen posters of this new show coming out and decided that this would be as good as time as ever to turn it on. Come to think about it, everypony she had meet that day had a TV and everypony literally everypony was planning on watching this show when they got home. It seemed as if everypony had been hypnotized but Derpy paid no attention to that. She was just happy to see what was coming on.
The TV flickered on and Derpy switched to the hub channel to watch the new show.My little pony; friendship is magic part two the TV read. "Aw, seems like I missed the first episode, guess its a good thing I recorded it." Derpy pulled out the controller to her TV from inside the couch and found the menu of all the shows that she had recorded. " Oh, A new episode of Dr. hooves came out today, ill have to watch that later." She clicked on the MLP icon and started on the first episode.
" Once apon a time, in the magical land of Amerquia, there were two megal sisters that ruled together and created harmony for all the land..."
"This sound familiar," Derpy said out as she thought about what it might be.
"... to do this, the eldest used her unicorn powers to raise the sun at dawn, the younger to bring out the moon at night. Thus, the two sisters maintained balance for their kingdom and their subjects and all the different types of ponies but as time went on, the younger sister became resentful. The ponies relished and played in the day that the elder sister brought forth but shunned and slept through her beautiful night. One faithful day the younger refused to lower the moon and make way for dawn. The elder sister tried to reason with her, but the bitterness in the young ones heart had transformed her into a wicked mare of darkness..." Derpy noticed that the last few words grew more intense as they were spoken and felt a shiver go down her spine as she recognized more but still could not find out where she knew it from."...Night mare moon. She vowed that she would shroud the land in eternal night. Reluctantly, the elder sister harnessed the most powerful magic known to ponydom... the elements of harmony! Using the magic of the Elements of harmony..."
WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM
"...using the magic of the elements of harmony, she defeated her younger sister and banished her permanently into the moon. The elder sister took on responsibility for both sun and moon and harmony has been maintained in Amerquia for generations since."
That looks like Celestia derpy thought to her herself. BUT WHERE DO I KNOW THIS. Derpy went on to watch the second episode all the while maintaining a feeling of having a previous knowledge of what was going to happen. That didn't bother Derpy though.
It wan't until the eighteenth minute and eighteenth second of the second episode that she fully understood what was happening. She was stunned that she didn't recognize it earlier. The characters had been exactly the same as they were in her reality. The same names, looks, and everything. She felt silly that she didn't find out earlier. But if this is exactly the same, that means... oh ,no. This wasn't created, she was seeing the past exactly as it was which means some point through the last forty minutes she had stepped through something that had led her too seeing the past. The thing is, it doesn't end there. It keeps going on forever and ever and ever.

For multitudes of days Derpy had been in this new reality. Only it wasn't real but it was real. She had seen herself many times. When she came to this fake reality which is also a real reality, she must have done something to her alternate self causing her to give weird cross eyed looks. She even saw Twilight as an alicorn. YES an alicorn.
" If I got here by watching TV, than I can leave here by watching TV. So began Derpies quest to find a TV. If my reality has that show, I must assume that this reality has one too. Derpy found the search incredibly hard. It's really ironic that she has a TV, and so does everpony else, yet she can't find a TV in this reality. "Well, if I can't find a TV, I will have to find a different way back to my own reality.
After Derpy had really put her mind to it, she thought about the mirror pool out in the Everfree forest. "Maybe if I go through the pool, since i'm from another reality or dimension, it might have a different effect on me than it would everypony else."
Derpy sought for the Everfree forest and was meet by the faces of ponies that were looking at her as if she was crazy.

After an hours treck, and some mental punishment for forgetting she can fly, derpy had finally found the pool that she so often heard Pinkie speak of. Her first looks at the pool showed her how it deeply reflected every speck of space that she could see. Its lensing emphasized everything that was seeable through the eye and more. It would show you the small wisps of air that were thicker than others and large molecules that drifted through the air.
Her hoof slid slowly into the water and found that it felt strangely tingly on her fur and skin. Soon enough her whole arm, then head, than her whole body had the same tingly feeling. It felt like she was drifting through pure space. There was no matter or air or gravity pushing on her body. She felt light, and pleasured with tingling through her whole body. The whole scene around her was pure white. Wisps of color shortly entered the white, creating spirals and 3D swirls that wrapped her whole body. From the bottom of her hooves up, rainbow like strands were working their ways up. Derpy almost felt relaxed as her body feel victim to the wisps of color and everything went black as she closed her eyes to get the best feeling of the strands. When she opened them, whiteness was all she could see. Instead of pure white, the white was maybe just a few shads darker and had actual texture to it. She found that she was back in her home. The place that she had originally been in.
I've got to tell somepony.
Much to her bewilderment, the first pony she saw after leaving the cloud house was Chasing. The very new guy to town that she had a small amount of thought dedicated to. She instantly flew as fast as fast as she could towards him. She clasped her wings to her body and dived straight for him, hopping to get to him as fast as possible. He was standing on the cloud on his hind legs and barely saw her in time to let out a small squeal and sad looking face before she pummeled into him. His wings instinctively wrapped around her, taking in full composition of her body before they both blushed a little and Chasing retracted his wings.
" What's the rush, you act as if you had to tell me something this instant about some alternate universe that you just came back from and had entered from a strange machine called a Television that took you to the same place that you are normally in but slightly different and had to go through a magical pool that ended up leading you back to your correct reality."
Derpy had looked astonished at the moment and her thoughts nearly drove her crazy. " How did you know!?"
Chasing looked down at his hooves and was instantly reminded that Derpy was still on top of him. " I've seen it before. Don't worry though, its was just a small anomaly that occurs naturally in nature. It's technically a dream but it also happened in other realities."
Derpy looks now couldn't be described because of a mixture of her face and eyes. " And your eyes, there a clear sign to anyone that sees them. Only a select few can experience it. Done it twice now. Took me days to get out of the first one but only minutes to get out of the second." Chasing was now staring back at derpy, who may I remind you was still on top of Chasing, only to be greeted by the same look from moments ago. " It's just a dream, don't put to much thought into it."
