In the crystal empire's castle Rainbow and the others were waiting impatiantly for Twilight to return.

Sunset then knew her faith was death, she turned to Twilight and used her magic to get Twilight pregnant. She then whispered into Twilight's ear "I placed a spell on you to where you'll get pregnant. Run. Run form here as far as you can. Raise our foal in the field of magic and use it against the ones who killed me and those who just let it happen."

Then before Twilight knew it Sunset was stabbed in the face with Eclipse's sword and blood came down her face as it splattered all over her coat which sent her to tears.
