Dear Diary

Today was pretty bad, like, really, really bad! I woke up to see Grey Sky staring furiously over me. And she told me and Shady Daze to follow her. So we followed her orders, until she led us into a small closet. Then she hit me round the head with her handbag, I was wondering why she did this, because she usually only beats us for doing bad stuff, but then she told us that her necklace had gone and that we were the last people in her bedroom. To be honest, we were the ones who stole it. I know It was a bad thing to do but her necklace looks really pretty, and I thought she deserved to have something stolen from her. So I got used a favor that Shady Daze owed me, and got him to steal it for me. I was going to give it back, I was just going to use it for today, because today was Diamond Tiara's party and everyone in our class was invited, even me! I thought that I needed to wear something that looks good so that I could impress the brat. So I thought I would borrow Grey Sky's necklace. I don't know how Grey Sky found out that I got Shady to steal it though.

So then Grey Sky beat us for at least ten minutes! But I didn't feel guilty, all I could feel at that point was a large pain, that left me with a feeling similar to the feeling when you touch fire. When the beating stopped we were sent out of the closet. I had to help Shady get out because one of his back hooves were now broken, Grey Sky had beaten him so bad that I could hardly recognize him! His left eye had become black, and about a quarter of his mane had been pulled out, drops of blood from his broken hoof were dripping onto the floor, and tears were falling from both of his eyes. I think that was the first time I had ever seen him cry, It was certainly the worst beating he had ever had!

Luckily for me, Grey Sky beat me less badly. So I could still walk and open both of my eyes. I helped Shady into our room and put him on his bed. Then walked into the bathroom to see what I looked like after the beating. I didn't look too bad, the only injury's I had on my face were that a half of my mane had been pulled out and a couple of bruises! I looked at the clock to see that Diamond Tiara's party had started, but I couldn't go looking like this! I put a hat on to cover up my pulled out mane, and bolted as fast as possible over to Diamond Tiara's house.

The party was kinda fun, for a while. Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom were there, they were wondering why I looked so rough, I didn't answer though. Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon took off my hat, and saw my terrible looking mane. So I ran back to the Orphanage before they could make fun of me. But now that I look back at it, they didn't look like they were about to make fun of me, they looked more like they pitied me.

Nothing else that was interesting happened today, I mean, for the rest of the day I had to look after Shady Daze. It turned out that he had cracked his head open, so I had to take him to the hospital. The lady at the welcome desk looked surprised that we didn't have an adult with us, but she surprisingly still allowed us into the hospital. I guess I have some alone time in my room now. So...that's ok, I guess.
