"And next... and next... " sobbed the pony smothed by her own tears "He bounded on me. He caught my two front hoofs and grapped them on my bed. I... I... screamed: "help!", "help!", then he silenced me with firm and determination, he was strangling my throat! He began to took off his clothes; I used this moment to knock him down with the vase of my bedside table. I ran for my life, and he ran after me. Afterwards, I shook of Blueblood. And finaly, I went at the nearest Canterlot guard post, I was ugly and dirty..." Concluded the white unicorn in a tear tempeste.
— Calm down, calm down please miss Rarity, said the judge Twilight Sparkle, working on the Blueblood case. What happened to you after that?
— The valourous guards of the post recomforted me, time for me for regain my mind. After, we came back together in my room to see if this... this... beast was still there."
After this terrible description, the usher put on two latex gloves. He took out some miscellaneous objects which were found at the crime scene: a suit of the same size that the Blueblood's clothes; some blond mane strings; and vase fragments with blood stains and mane glued on them. In both sides, the lawyers and their clients were talking about those facts.
The judgement place was one of the smallest tribunal in all of Canterlot fief. There was about fifteen chairs. Only the judges, ushers and other officials, and the familys of the victims were authorized to come on, there wasn't any television crew. "It's a simple sexual aggression, no need of television here" answered the purple pony after the father of Rarity related the fact. Some days after the judgement, no newspaper told about this affair, exept one, which was mysteriously ransacked soon later...
"Sir Blueblood, what do you have to say for your defense?"
The rich pony stood up, trembling. He looked at his lawyer, who nodded; before taking a straight and assured posture.
"Madam the judge Twilight Sparkle, I do not understand this crazy and nonsensed story… Three days ago, a group of royal guards came at my home, they apprehended me, and those brutes jailed me in a dark and wet lock-up... I was cold and starving. And they made fun of me with their childish minds with words I won't tell here, because we are in public", he regain his braith. "I was confused too, 'cause nobody explained me what was happening... And this morning, those same guards brought me here. I promise, I am not the right person, and I think miss Rarity errs.
— How do you dare say things like it?! How you dare playing the innocent as badly as that?! You're a monster who tries to mislead all of us wih this pathetic story! flared up Rarity's lawyer.
Blueblood lawyer's stood up ready to bite his opponent. Someponies began to protest for one or for the other. There was a very Discordious atmosphere in the criminal court of Canterlot. Suddenly, a loud noise was heard by everybody, the heavy judge wooden gavel hit firmly the support.
"Everypony! Everypony! I'm asking you to stop it now! Plea-se-every-pony!"
Each syllables of these two words was conclued by a violent hit of Twilight's gavel.
"I won't agree with those behaviours! We are mature ponies, we are in a criminal court, and, filies and gentlecolts, we are talking about a sexual aggression, have I to remind, it's serious. We have to act like respectable people", the judge Twilight Sparkle swearing it was a paradox...

All the jurors came out of their deliberation room, in their group, there were some famous ponies, like Cadance, Luna and Shinig Armor, who was the spokesman. The jury’s members sat down suddenly, exept Shining Armor, who stayed up. He looked brievly at his litle sister, and began to tell the verdict:
"Us, the jury’s member of the royal Canterlot court. We declare the royal subject of his majesty the Celestia Princess, culprit of all of his crimes. We opt fot twenty years of imprisonement."
Rarity stayed indifferent toward it — she never stayed after school for the special course... such as theater —. Blueblood Prince didn't understand what the heck was happening to him. He frowned very gravely at the judge and he waited for her final sentence...
"Prince Blueblood. By virtue of the authority vested in me. I declare you culprit of all your crimes toward miss Rarity and Equestria. You will be imprisoned for, as said the jury, twenty years. May Celestia have mercy for thee."
The gavel hit the socle for the last time... Everybody in the tribunal was quiet, at least, untill the doomed broke this creepy silence:
"Are you kinding!? It's a conspiracy! This whore — strangely, he didn’t look at Rarity at this moment — has schemed versus me! For I can't have the lands which would have to be mine", screamed he. Whereas the judge Twilight sneaked in the corridor without nobody seeing her go out. As easily as it's. "I will have my lands! I will escape from this freakin' madness. She has fooled 'em a-" he shuted up, the royal guards silenced him perhaps...
Twilight walked slowly, she was ill at ease. When she was suddenly stopped by a kind and familiary voice:
"You did what you had to do; it's the best issue for me as for him...
— Princess, I'm not proud of me... and you too... What I have done, it's pitiful and bad, very bad.
— Twilight, my little Twilight... It was the best things to do, however"
The purple pony still walked sadly and slowly in the long and oppressive corridor. She was very disappointed by her mentor, by one of her best friend, and by herself...
"Twilight... my dear student... don't be so sorrowful. Think about your futur wings!"
