War. Such a misused word in the land of Equestria. There hadn't been an actual war in almost 200 years, and almost nopony knew the implications of the word "war". That is until that day, when the ponies of Equestria were invaded from all fronts. There was no buildup, no hostility, no known trigger. Just one day, it happened. Changelings, Griffons, Diamond Dogs, and monsters from the Everfree forest, all attacking at once. The ponies were devastated, and the current army barely drove away the enemy. War began once again in Equestria that day, and the Princesses were forced on the defensive. War changes ponies, and they are all looking for anything: an answer, a ray of hope, a trump card, anything to bring peace to the land once again.
