The group had been waiting for around three minutes but they soon saw Flash coming with a look of sadness on his face. He sat down and looked up to Twilight who was next to Phoenix and spoke through the microphone.
"I'm sorry you had to see like this Twilight." Flash stated
"Don't worry Flash Phoenix will get you out." Twilight stated
"That's right Flash Sentry, I'll get you out of here soon." Phoenix added
Flash then looked down and sighed.
"Kind of reminds me of when I defended your astronaut hero Apollo." Phoenix said turning ot Apollo
"Exactly." Apollo said remembering the trial
Phoenix turned back to Flash and said "Flash please tell me excatly where you were on the day of the crime."
"OK I'll do my best." Flash said with a tear
"Pull it togeather Flash." Twilight stated "We will prove you innocent. So tell us what happened."
"OK so here's my story...."
Witness Testimony
-During The Murder-
It was after The Fall Formal that I went straight home.
I was really tired after all the dancing I did and just wanted some shut eye.
But the very next morning a pair of my jeans, a shirt, a jacket, and my shoes were missing!
It was then that I headed to school only to be caught in this mess!
And that's basicly it in a nutshell.
"Phoenix I didn't see anything wrong with his testimony." Twilight stated
"Then I'll press until he spills the beans." Phoenix stated
"But he dosn't have any beans." Pinkie stated
Everyone then face palmed.
Witness Testimony
-During The Murder-

"So you went straight home after the fall formal?" Phoenix asked
"Exactly." Flash stated
"Apollo take a note down in your notebook." Phoenix ordered
"Why do that?" Twilight asked
"You see Twilight If we don't have any evidince to find the contradiction or any of our items such as Apollo's braclet or Widget to help us we present notes and HOPE that they won't give us a penelty if we present it at the right time." Phoenix stated
"Oh now I get it." Twilight stated

"So basicly someone stole your cloths?" Phoenix asked
"Exactly!" Flash stated
"To tell you the truth Flash I think we may have just found a lead." Phoenix stated
"Huh?" Flash asked
"Because the only one who could've stolen thse cloths was...the real killer!" Phoenix stated
"I knew it!" Flash shouted
"Someone obviously stole your cloths in the middle of the night and used them as a disguse." Phoenix stated
"But how?!" Flash asked "The windows were locked and I even checked them to be sure!"
"That's what I'm going to find out. C'mon guys let's get to Flash's house!" Phoenix stated
"I'll phone mom ahead just so she dosn't freak out." Flash stated leaving the room
"C'mon guys, we've got a case to solve." Phoenix stated
"Ya!" everyone shouted
Flash Sentry's House
9:15 A.M
"Well that took us long enough." Rainbow stated
"Alright lets split up so we can cover more ground." Phoenix suggested "Me, Apollo, Athyena, Spike, and Twilight are gonna search inside for any clues. Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Trixie are going to search around the back yard. Trucy, you go with Pinkie and Fluttershy and search around the front yard. Call me by phone if any of you find anything."
"Got it!" Everyone stated
As Phoenix, Apollo, Athyena, Spike, and Twilight entered they were greeted by who they presummed was Flash's mother.
"Oh you must be the people Flash was talking about." She stated
"Uh ya why? Twilight asked
"He said Phoenix Wright an d a few others was suppost to be investigating his room and asked me if it was OK so go ahead and investigate."
"Huh just like that?!" Apollo asked
"I just want you to get Flash out of that cell as soon as possible!"
"What's your name by the way?" Athyena asked
"My name is Linda May. I'm April May's sister."
"You mean the smae April May from the Maya Fey case? The exact same one where I made Edgeworth lose his perfect win record?" Phoenix asked
"The exact same." Linda stated
I hope she dosn't want revenge for what I did to her sister! Phoenix worridly thought
"Anyways we'll be on our way." Phoenix said passing Linda May
Flash Sentry's Room
9:18 A.M
"Wow this is one clean room." Spike stated
"Cleaner that the Agency mind you." Athyena stated
"Hay check out this note book!" Twilight said picking up a note book that had Flash's t-shirt inscription on it "On the first page it says 'In Justice We Trust! lines of my father Bobby Fulbright."
"W-WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!" Apollo, Athyena, and Phoenix shouted in fear
"OW! These are my only good ear drums you know!" Spike stated
"B-B-B-B-BOBBY FULBRIGHT WAS FLASH'S DAD!?!?!" Shouted a confussed Phoenix
"Um Phoenix are you OK?" Twilight asked
"Bobby Fulbright was killed yesterday in court and we all saw it!" Apollo stated
"If he was Flash's dad than that means who ever killed Fulbright was nothing but crule!" Athyena shouted in anger as Widget turned red with anger "I'll bet who ever killed him was the same for Sunset!"
"Um guys you're starting to scare me!" Twilight shouted calming everyone down
"S-sorry Twilight." Phoenix said calming down
"What's with you guys and what was with that reaction to that prase being mentioned?" Twilight asked
"Well I'll tell you." Phoenix stated
"Bobby Fulbright was a detective unlike Gumshoe who I used to work with. He kinda acted the smae as him, but he treated his job like he was some sort of super hero and he even had his catch phrase 'In Justice We trust', but unlike Gumshoe he had a different personality. And that personality was The Phantom. The Phantom was just that until I proved he was him. He's currently in jail, but the real Bobby Fulbright is dead. He was shot during court and died on the spot."
"I gusse nopony told Flash the truth yet." Twilight stated
"Hay if you two are done talking can we get back to investigating!" Spike shouted heading tword the closet
"Oh right, I almost forgot." Twilight stated nervously
The group then made their way to the closet and saw that flash was right.
"OK I may not be like Rarity or anything, but I KNOW when their's more than the amount of socks some cloths are missing." Twilight stated
Missing Cloths added to Logic
Flash's Dad Is Fulbright added to Logic
Hmm. I wonder. If I can present notes if I don't have enough evidence, then why not present some Logic if I have any too! Twilight thought
Just then Phoenix's phone went off say "Rainbow Dash calling".
"Yes Dash?" Phoenix asked through the phone
"Found something get over here quick!" Rainbow stated
Phoenix then hung up and sai "Well you herd her! Let's get going!"
Flash Sentry's House,Backyard
9:20 A.M
"Their you guys are!" Rainbow stated "We found something over by the bathroom window." Rainbow said leading the way
They soon reached the window where they saw a pice of ripped leather hanging from the bottom of the window.
"Here you'll need them." Trixie said giving Phoenix rubber gloves of which he put on
He then got the piece unstuck and examined it.
"I think I see some fingerprints on this so this might be a clue." Phoenix stated

They then saw Trucy, Pinkie, and Fluttershy heading tword them.
"Daddy we found something!" Trucy stated
"What is it?" Phoenix asked
"It's a buissnes card titled 'Ace Swift Athletics'." Pinkie stated
Phoenix and Twilight were then tooken back by the mentioning of the card's title.
"A-ACE SWIFT!" Phoenix and Twilight shouted
"But I thought Ace Swift was dead!" Phoenix shouted
"This must be this world's Ace Swift!" Twilight shouted
"Trucy you just found an important clue!" Phoenix shouted
Buissnes Card Added to Court Record's
"C'mon Twilight we gotta show this to Flash!" Phoenix stated
"Right with you on that!" Twilight shouted as she and Phoenix left the back yard with the others trying to keep up
Detention Center Visitor's Room
9:40 A.M
It took atleast another minute for Flash to get to the visitor's room, but when he did he got met with a bunch of parinoid faces.
"Guys are you OK?" Flash asked out of curiousness
"Flash I think we may have found the evidence to prove you innocent." Twilight stated
"What is it?" Flash asked
Take that!
"This buissnes card titled Ace Swift Athletics." Phoenix stated showing the card
"I knew I was innocent!" Flash shouted
"We're not done yet, we still have to investigate the crime scene." Phoenix stated
"Right." Flash stated as he left
"Alright, we may have only gotten this much, but we still need more evidence, so let's get to Canterlot High and REALLY show the prosecutor who's boss!" Twilight shouted
