The night was dark and cold. On the entrance to the Ponyville orphanage laid a baby foul. All wrapped in a blue blanket. Left there by its owners, Unloved, unwanted it just sobbed there; waiting for the owner of the orphanage to take it in. this baby foul had a rust red body color with fire red eyes. The parents of this foul are unknown to this very day. The orphanage doors opened. Out came a yellow bodied grey maned pony and her mane was long and flowing with eyes as blue as the sky. This was Clementine, the owner of the orphanage. She graciously took the poor baby foul into the baby nursing area. She always pondered why ponies in equestria would do such a thing. Leave poor helpless fouls out in the freezing weather like that. As they took the baby out of its blue blanket they noticed something odd about it. It wasn’t an earth pony! It was a Pegasus. They had never had a Pegasus in the Ponyville orphanage. They treated the male Pegasus as they would any other normal pony. They also noticed a tag on the baby’s blanket. It had a name labeled “this is Darkly SteamGear, we can’t do much for him up in cloudsdale for we are poor I hope this home will be better to raise our foul then up in that horrible cloudsdale orphanage” there was no indication of whose baby it was though. Clementine raised the foul as if that foul was her own flesh and blood. She would take it everywhere. That foul was her favorite little foul. She taught it how to walk, she taught it how to speak, she even taught him how to chew. They were like mother and son. Darkly was always unloved and had never felt anything like the love Clementine gave to him. Clementine even brushed his mane. Darkly's mane was probably one of the most interesting manes Clementine had ever seen. His mane was striped dark gray and blood red. His mane was medium in length somewhat bushy and moved straight forward towards his face. The years went by, and while the Darkly was just a little filly, something tragic happened to Clementine. Another earth pony had beaten her up and left lacerations all over her body. This other pony wanted to steal all of her money. She was covered in blood and she was throbbing in pain. Darkly was the first one to find her like this. He found her on a dark side of the ponyville orphanage, with walls painted in blood. Clementine was dying, blood spewing all out of her multiple lacerations on her head and her sides. Her mane was a tattered mes, with some parts of it ripped about everywhere arund her. Darkly asked in terror as he was on the dying corpse of a woman he once knew and loved “Ms. Clementine? Ms. Clementine? Are you still awake? Ms. Clementine?” he began to cry as a faint voice spoke out from the dying corpse, “Darkly, you will….. Always be my favorite little foul……. I can still remember when I first found you there on that dark night…..” then a spark in her eye faded away as her eyes closed and drips of blood streamed out of her body. Darkly couldn’t move. He hugged the dead corpse of a mother he never had. His heart broke as he watched her die. Another orphan keeper found Darkly hugging Clementine with so much force it took the other orphan keepers an hour to pull him off of the corpse. When they did manage to pull him off, he screamed in agony, louder than anypony had ever heard. He was assigned to a new orphan keeper. Her name was Briarmane. She had a brown body color with a mane as black as the light inside a dungeon. Her mane was a long tattered mess, it looked like a jungle. She took over for the now dead Clementine. Darkly was treated like dirt. He wasn’t allowed to do anything because he was a Pegasus. Briarmane even called Darkly the spawn of evil. One day, darkly just couldn’t take the hate any longer. He packed up his things including a portrait of him and Clementine and put it all in his green backpack. He headed off to start a new life in the Everfree Forest. He snuck out in the middle of the night. He had not noticed that Luna was watching him this whole time during his runaway. His runaway attempt was a success. He was almost near the Everfree Forest now. He was then halted by a shadowy figure that was blocking his way into the Everfree forest which he was now just feet away from. He was then confronted by Luna. Luna then asked “why must you run into the Everfree forest my little filly. There are plenty of other places to run away to, why run away into here?” Darkly then replied to Luna with a depressed tone in his voice “because everypony hates me, I’m better off living my life in these woods were nopony will ever go. I’ll be better off in there were everything is dark and evil… just like me” Luna then says “but young filly, that is dangerous territory you’re about to trot into, it could mean your life, do not go int…..” Darkly then ran as fast as he can away from Luna and into the forest. Darkly ran into the deep and eerie forest. He was in extreme terror as he continued to run faster into the forest. He was so deep into the forest now that not even Luna had gone that deep. It continued to get darker and darker, and then Darkly had spotted something. It was extremely iridescent and it was also luminescent. He had no idea what it was. He was filled with terror at the sight of it. He decided not to go near it when, all of a sudden, a weird creature that stood on 2 legs and some sort of orange suit labeled “NASA” grabbed Darkly. Darkly was screaming in terror as he tried to wiggle away. His attempts of escaping the aliens white gloves had failed. He was taken aboard the unusual thing. It looked kind of like a BomberPony-1, from a magazine Darkly had read with Clementine before she died, and it also had some sort of gigantic floating ball in the middle of it.it was huge and it had the words “NASA, JUNE 20 2995, USS WARPSTAR” on the side of it. It was weird how this alien life form wrote letters that were in the language of Equestria. The ship was a metallic gray and striped white in the middle. The ball in the middle was black. There were flashing lights all over this thing. It was bigger than anything Darkly had ever seen. He was then abducted aboard the interior of the thing. The interior looked like something he had seen in a space movie. There were lights all around the interior of the ship. The interior also had its own lounge it seemed. There were red leathered chairs with seatbelts on them. There was also a garden area were they grew types of plants he had never seen before. He was taken to a green goop filled glass cylinder where he was then hooked up to a breathing tube that was hooked up to a plant that seemed to be from the Everfree forest. He was placed in a coma. When Darkly awoke he was on a dissecting table were they had strapped him down. The area he was in was very dark and he could see the thing he was abducted in from a glass window that viewed a huge docking hangar. The room was filled with all sorts of surgical tools. It looked something like a doctor’s office of the future. There were strange creatures in lab coats everywhere observing him. Darkly then asked in terror “wwwwere am I and wwwhy is everything soo dark?” then he overheard some strange voices in the background in shock saying “it can talk” and “it speaks English” and “how is this possible, this is a scientific breakthrough!”. There was one alien that had responded to Darkly in a very unsettled tone, as if something bad was about to happen “you’re on earth my friend” then Darkly responded “Earth, EARTH, am I on another planet?” the voice responded back “yes, yes you are.” Then the strange figure whispered “I’m sorry to say this but they are taking you to be dissected, I wish I could stop those cold blooded scientists but I just have 10 others who agreed on not dissecting you” then Darkly said in extreme terror “they’re going to cut me open, oh please Mr. Alien don’t let them do that, please, I don’t want to be cut open, please help me!” the alien was actually an acclaimed robotic engineer on his home planet of earth. His name is David Bottman. He had gathered a crew of people to pilot the USS Warpstar so he could safely put specimens of living creatures that the other scientists were planning on dissecting back to their home worlds. He just couldn’t take watching the poor creatures get dissected. It was just too much for him. Then a light from a high powered lamp shined over Darkly’s whole body. A team of scientists had gathered around Darkly with multiple surgical instruments. The scientists cut him open while he was still alive and breathing. Shrieks of whaling and moaning escaped from Darkly as the scientists cut him open with a laser. The scientists carefully cut samples of Darkly’s skin off in a boxed pattern. The pieces of the skin were carefully placed in specimen jars. The scientists then cut open Darkly’s skull and used a laser to etch out small chunks of his brain. Apart of the laser machine had also gotten stuck on one of Darkly’s ears. The machine ripped half of his ear off. Blood spewed everywhere when this occured. They also took out one of Darkly’s eyes. As Dr.Bottman watched this horrific scene of terror, something in his head just disconnected. He went completely insane and took a stunner that was sitting on the dissection table and stunned all of the scientists that were involved in the dissecting of Darkly. Dr.Bottman took the dissecting table with darkly on it and carried it out of the dissection room and into the USS Warpstar. He had his crew beam into the ship before anyone on that dreaded planet could ever know about what he had done. He then flew off into deep space where no one could find them. The crew then told Dr. Bottman “it’s too late for this one sir. Don’t even bother with him.” Dr.Bottman then said “He was one of the most unique space creatures I had ever seen in any dimension. He would’ve never wanted this horrible death…” then Dr.Bottman had an idea “I could resurrect him from the dead… this ship it has a robotics laboratory with a plethora of many parts to rebuild this magnificent creature!” He then proceeded to carry the dissection table with the cut open pony into the robotics laboratory were there were many robot parts everywhere. Wires and lasers and many different electrical components were a plethora in this area. Dr.Bottman then got to work on the dissected pony corpse. He first replaced all of the pony’s bones with a hard inner shell of a Vibranium Telatium alloy, the strongest most durable metal known in the universe. He then added super shock plates to replace Darkly’s old hooves. He also gave darkly a laser on the side of were his left eye used to be. He custom made a robot eye to fit into the eye socket of were Darkly’s dismembered eye used to be. The robotic eye was a glowing red and looked like it was ripped from a terminator. Dr.Bottman made it so the robotic parts would grow with darkly. He also gave darkly a lightweight Vibranium Telatium alloy to replace his wings with. Darkly was also fitted with a cloaking device and a robotic brain that made it so he could resist neurotoxins. He also fitted the little filly with a camouflage device that allowed him to look like any being that resembled him. The final thing that Dr.Bottman gave Darkly was a battery core. He made a critical error when doing so. He grabbed the battery pack fueled by death and fear instead of the battery pack fueled by love and affection. He didn’t realize this at the time being. He then screwed the last half of the inner shell back into Darkly. He dunked Darkly’s skin in a solution that allowed his skin to be resistant to electricity. He sowed Darkly's skin together. He couldn’t sow all of the skin back on though for some of it was missing in square chunks. He then put the cyborg filly in the same cylindrical tube that he was in when he was abducted. Dr.Bottman asked the crewman driving “set a course for dimension G4523 on planet E236!” the crewman replied “but sir that’s a one way trip, if we use the dimensional warp drive more then 2 times a week without repairs it could superheat and melt the core giving us no hope of going back to earth” then Dr.Bottman said, with his sanity dwindling to a very low state “SCREW EARTH GO TO E236! NOW!” he then set the course himself then the crew member driving said in a shocked tone “YOUR MAD!” then they warped straight to Equestria were the whole ship malfunctioned and came flying through the atmosphere of Equestria like a huge meteorite. The ship was buried by tons and tons of dirt and rock. The trees around them were burnt to stumps. The craft was almost completely under 100 feet of pure dirt. Everyone on board was safe though. They had little too few bruises on them thanks to the ships safety mechanism that disables momentum in the ship. Darkly was also fine too. Unfortunetly this safety mechanism didn’t protect the outter hull of the craft. The craft was badly damaged by the impact and the warp drive was damaged beyond repairing. So were the engines. They were stuck there forever. The power also went out on the ship and they were on the backup solar battery. Dr.Bottman went over to the ships specimen containment area which was completely dark except for the tube holding Darkly, which illuminated the room in a green glow. Dr.Bottoman went over to that tube and attached some wires to Darkly that would jolt electricity into him theoretically making him come back to life as a cyborg. The doctor proceeded to bring Darkly back from the dead. Dr.Bottman then exclaimed “LET NO OTHER ALIEN LIFE FORM BE BRUTALLY CUT OPEN AND BE UNAVENGED!!!!!” he pulled the lever by the tube that sent electricity jolting into darkly making him come alive again. His eye opened and his robotic eye started to glow as he broke the tube containing him open. Green Goop gushed out of the tube as darkly busted it with a huge buck from his legs. He then saw the doctor and proceeded to exterminate him. He shot the doctor with his laser that he made stun the doctor for a temporary amount of time. Then darkly turned on his shock hooves and jumped on the doctor. Foam came bursting out of the doctors mouth as he spazzed and gasped for an opening of air. Darkly then ran straight through a wall and felt the warmth of the equestrian sun which was beating so hard down on the Everfree forest……….
