There was a lottery every year, and this happens to be what happened in Ponyville one year. Warning hard vore.
Every year in equestrian there is a lottery to deal with the increasing number of mares. This was the annual Ponyville lottery and all are over 13 were required to be present. This wasn't an ordinary lottery either, this was a lottery to decide who would live, and who would become meat for somepony to eat. Commision for (aeryndark)
