"Could never have done this without you, Rainbow Dash, I've got a book to finish!" That name kept ringing in Daring do's mind, Rainbow Dash. Daring Do never mentioned anything about her past or who she actually is, since she used her disguised name A.K Yearling. Daring Do couldn't stop thinking of the Rainbow mane Pegasus that helpped her with destroying the Temple. "That Rainbow Dash kid look very familiar." Daring said to herself.
With nothing to do, she decided to look into her files about life. "I got to see if it is really her." she thought. Daring got up and walked to her bedroom. When she walked in , she walked near her file cabinet and opened it. In it there were various of papers, Including one that ment something to her, a birth certificate of the child she gave birth to. She sat down on her bed and began to read it, her eyes went wide when she realized the name of the child on the certificate, RAINBOW DASH.
"So that mare I saw was my daughter."
Daring do then realized she had to do something, She had to go meet her long lost daughter. "I have to tell her." she said to herself. "I think it's best i don't go disguised." With her mind made up she got up and headed downstairs and grabbed her stuff and took off to Cloudsdale.
Ponyville
1 hour later
At Cloudsdale she stopped at her ex-husbands house where she asked him where Rainbow is. Which he told her that she lives in Ponyvile and gave Daring her address. Daring stopped by Rainbows house As she landed she began to search for her daughter. 5 minutes have passed and she couldn't find her. She then saw a familiar pony, a canary pegasus, whom turns out to be Fluttershy. "Excuse me, mrs." Daring said, which caught the pegasus attention.
"Oh uh hi Daring Do. What brings you here."
"I'm looking for Rainbow Dash, have you seen her?"
"She is at the Golden Oaks Library with Twilight. its the tree with a book sign."
"Thanks."
Daring then started to head to the library. As she was walking in town, Ponies were staring at her. "It's....Daring Do?" one of them said. Daring couldn't help but ignore them. As the library came to view Daring stopped to think to herself
Just tell her honestly.
This is gonna be hard, what if she doesn't believe me
You have the birth certificate, it shows that you are her mother.
Daring sighed and walked up to the library door and knocked. The door then opened and it was Twilight. "Daring Do? what brings you here?" Twilight asked
"Is Rainbow here?"
"She is."
"D...do you mind if i come in?"
"Sure."
Twilight then let Daring Do in. the first thing she saw was books. But she then saw the pony she was looking for reading one of her books. She walked up to her nervously. "Hey Rainbow." Daring said. Rainbow then looked up from her book and saw Daring Do. "Daring Do!" she said
"You might want to know why i came here."
"Wait....you not telling me that the current book is the final one in the series?"
"What...no."
"Well why are you here to see Rainbow?" Twilight said.
Daring Do sighed, she knew she had to explain to tell Rainbow the truth who her actual mother is. "I need you to look at this Rainbow." Daring said. she then pulled out the birth certificate and showed it to Rainbow. Rainbow grabbed it and looked at it curiously, and realize her own name was on it.
"Why are you showing me this? Why is my name on it?"
"Look where it says who your actual parents are.
Rainbow then started reading the certificate. Twilight was also too. As they read it, it showed Rainbows fathers name and all the info. from the year she was born, to the place where she was born., even her information. But what Really caught there eyes, was the name of Rainbow Dash's mother, in the area where her mothers name is, the name of her birth mother is Daring Do. Both Twilight and Rainbows mouths fell open. "You're....You're my MOTHER?!" Rainbow said shockly. Daring nodded in defeat. She knew this news to Rainbow was serious. "But i thought Rainbow Cloud was my mother." she continued.
"Turns out i wasn't ready for a child. When i gave birth to you, i left you with your father and moved away. Turns out when I moved, he broke up with me and met Rainbow Cloud."
