Previous ChapterThunder thinks for a moment, "Conductivity? I think I learned a bit about that in school...and It had do with.." Thunder gulps. "electricity.." Thunder begins to panic. What was he going to do? Were these creatures actually going to electrocute him?! Now, another dull computerized voice comes on yet again.
"Commencing electronic discharge. Stage number one." Just then, two holes appear on the sides of the small room, quickly being taken up by what look metal rods. "Discharge in three...two...one..." Suddenly, Thunder sees the metal rods flash violently, and the bolts instantly shock his body.
"AAH!" Thunder screams in pain as the bolts run up his spine. The whole time, the creature stares, as though observing his pain. It hurt Thunder Rain that this beast was this awfully cruel, but right now he was already hurting enough. The bolts continue to rush through his body, each forcing him to continue screaming. Finally, after what feels like an eternity, Thunder collapses. Still. After two seconds, a large metal claw drops down from yet another hole in the ceiling and picks him up, taking him to what will be one of the most haunting memories of his life.
"Test subject one has negative conductivity, returning to viewing deck for final tests."
Thunder wakes up from his torment to a plain, dark room, with a glass screen in front of it. Wondering where he was, he walks up to the panel to see three rooms in front of him. His white where he...he didn't want want to think about it...and two others rooms the were identical to his. Thunder suddenly became short of breath, and struggles to keep from screaming. But it wasn't the rooms themselves that terrified him. It was things inside. There, in the two rooms, were the other two ponies, each having terrified expressions on their faces.
"They must have heard me scream...wait...why are they in rooms like mine too?" Thunder just stares horrified through the glass and realization dawns on his face. This room his was in...it was placed right in front of the other rooms, and then...oh Celestia! It's gonna happen them too! Thunder listens in horror, shock, and pain, as the all-too familiar computerized voice pops up again.
"Test one: Conductivity. Test subject: Subject two. Referred to by sources as 'Unicorn'," Thunder looks away, he can't watch this...how could anypony? "Commencing electric discharge. Stage one." Oh Celestia no...this can't be happening...this can't happen to- His thoughts are abruptly cut off as the says "Three...Two...One.." Thunder covers his ears as a mare's scream rings out in pain.
"AAH!" Thunder is terrified. Absolutely terrified as the mare continues to scream. Then, as the charge keeps going, Thunder does what almost anypony would do in a situation like this. He weeps. He weeps uncontrollably. How could any pony, or even creature in Equestria ever cause this much harm? He sore under his breath at these horrid creature keeping him and these mares captive. When he got his hooves on them, he would show them what ponies are made of. Thunder becomes angry and starts hopelessly bucking the glass panel in front of him.
"Test subject two has negative conductivity. Returning to viewing deck for final test."
"YOU LET US GO, I SWEAR TO CELESTIA I..." Thunder goes on swearing at this heartless being in front of him. This being, it just continued to watch, observe, and not do anything to help Rarity. This angered on Thunder greatly. Finally, after what seemed like centuries, the electricity stops and the same metal claw comes down, and picks up the unconscious pony. Just seconds later, the claw goes through a hole in the ceiling, and mercilessly drops the poor mare to the ground. Thunder looks over to the sound of the thud, and rushes over quick. She must be alive, she's got to be...she can't just die like this. Thunder thinks for a moment, and decides to check for pulse. Alive. She's alive! Thunder weeps yet again, somewhat happy the torture was over. Until he remembered the last pony left. Rainbow Dash...
Thunder watches Rainbow Dash. She seemed so intent on finding a way to get out of here, so determined to not have the same fate as Thunder and Rarity. She screams.
"Listen, you! You better let me out of here, or I'll have to use....force!" She tries to buck the glass panel in front of here, and it remains still perfectly in place just as before. Thunder knows it's hopeless, but he feels sympathy for the mare, she was a fighter. There was just one thing that was irking Thunder...other than them having no clue as to where they were, why they were there, and how they got there in the first place. Why haven't they just got it over with yet? They did didn't take as long for me and Rarity..wait...Rarity! Thunder swivels his head around to see Rarity, still unconscious. Finally, he understood, and it only created more hate for these things. They were waiting for her to wake up! These bucking disfigured, awful beings! Thunder begs Rarity to never wake up, but it's hopeless, the pony wakes and says with a grunt.
"Oh, my head. These creatures do not know how to treat a lady..or any pony really..." Thunder rolls his eyes. How could a pony remain lady-like even in a situation like this? But none of that mattered as the dreaded voice pops back again, this time from a new speaker.
"Test one, conductivity. Test subject: subject three, referred to by sources as 'Pegasus'." Thunder sees the awful metal rods pop out from the wall again. "Commencing electronic discharge. Stage one." Thunder covers Rarity's eyes. "3...2...1.."
