While the purple green spiked baby dragon stares at the ceiling lying on his back on his bed, he soon said to his mind; the thing he never said to himself before.

"I need to do something productive."

Spike stared more longer at the ceiling of the library with wooden beams scattered on top of it to support. He already done his chores and errands that Twilight Sparkle ask him to do everyday. He was done cleaning the floor, dusting the books and ornaments, washing the windows, fixing the bed, arranging and organizing the books, watering the plants around the library, and even feeding Owlowiscious.

"I mean, I'm already done from the all chores Twilight ask me to do," Spike sighed.

He turned his head left and to the right. Spike saw what he always sees everyday. He tossed himself lying on his stomach and looked at the window outside. It is Ponyville at its usual day and ponies, but he always wonder what if he goes out and have his own adventure. He then looked at Owlowiscious sleeping on his bird stand. Assuming he was awake and only resting his eyes, Spike asked.

"What do you think Owlowiscious? I think I need a little break from always being inside the library."

Owlowiscious squinted his big circle eyes looking at Spike and quickly closed it. The sleepy owl might have some more time to slumber in the day. Spike suddenly tossed to his back again and sat up on his little bed. He then wondered in his mind.

"Hmm...  What if I go out and do something. Or maybe help someone..."

"Aha! that's it! I will help someone!"

Spike then stood up from his little bed and jump down from it. He walk towards the front door and opens it. Staring at the outside world of Ponyville, he will soon know what is life outside the four corners of the library he's resided. He looked back at the inside of the library the last time, and looked at Owlowiscious sleeping on his bird stand.

"Hey, take care of the place for me while I'm gone. Would you?" asked Spike to Owlowiscious.

Owlowiscious gazed at Spike upon asking him. He then ignores the fact of Spike was leaving the library and just closed his eyes sleeping again sitting on his bird stand. Spike then closed the front door of the library closing the realms of the life inside the four corners and entering the boundless world of Equestria.
