"So Twilight do ya think we talk about this whole ordeal with Discord and all the plants that were attacking ponyville", said Applejack. The girls talked for almost an hour before they decided to head back to their own homes to clean up the messes made by all the damage. Rarity of course heading back to her boutique to check on how much of her dresses had actually survived. She was in the middle of one of her bid orders before everything started to go haywire. And starting over would out her into some trouble with her client. Thankfully when she returned only one dress was severely damaged. Nothing she couldn't fix but it did add more time to waste to get the order done. Applejack headed back over to her farm hoping that it wasn't in pieces. Along with her family and hoping that they might be alright. When she returned she found only a few small holes in the barn and her family was safe and sound. The apple orchard was missing a few trees here and there. Even though it could affect some of their business they would still be able to make money and keep the farm. Fluttershy went to make sure her hut was in tact and her animals safe. To her surprise her hut was missing some parts of its wall. And a couple animals were missing but she knew that they were still hiding. It was confirmed when she saw some of her smaller animals came out of hiding when they heard her voice. To them her soft soothing voice was enough to ensure them that the coast was clear and they were safe to come out. Rainbow Dash headed back up to Cloudsdale. Since she doesn't live on the ground her home hadn't taken any damage. So Rainbow did what she always did and took her nap. She was lucky that nothing had happened to her home since fixing cloud homes wasn't exactly easy. Pinkie Pie hoped her way to the bakery. She had already known the bakery was still in one piece. What got her to realize the bakery was fine was when she saw the Cakes passing out complimentary pastries to the ponies that were affected by the wild weed attack. She figure if the Cakes has fresh pastries then they had the bakery to make them. The cakes were always so nice to ponies in need and were always happy to help. That's why Pinkie loved them, she thought of them as a family and enjoyed being with them. Twilight stayed exactly where she was reading through her books trying to figure out what was Discord planning with his little attack on Ponyville. After reading a few books she couldn't find anything and was about ready to give up. "Twilight Twilight", called a voice from across the room as it drew closer to her. Obviously it was Spike."Twilight the Princess just sent a letter and needs you to head back to Canterlot . Along with the rest of the girls". His response was enough to convince the girls that something was wrong and they were in serious danger. The thought of whatever could cause trouble for the girls on the way to the Castle made their spines shiver. As they walked to on to the Canterlot there was a surprisingly increase in the amount of Royal Guards in Canterlot. A lot more than the number during the threat against Canterlot during the Wedding of Princess Cadence and Shining Armour. That only made their thoughts worse and the worried expressions started to show on their faces. The looks on the Guards faces showed they were ready to fight anything showing signs of threats. Ponies around town all starred in awe as the watched to girls being escorted be the Guards. Not only were they escorting royalty, but also the other five elements of harmony. And since each of the girls held such strong titles, it all seemed pretty normal. Luckily that's what the Guards wanted the towns ponies to think. Letting the town run wild knowing they were in danger would be mayhem, in which it would cause difficulty for the Guards and keeping the town quiet from the threat that was looking for the girls. Eventually the girls reached the castle. They were quite relieved that they made it, the thought that trouble could have broke lose put them on edge so they could be ready to run of needed. Once in the Castle Twilight and the girls were introduced to the Princesses of the Son and the Moon. "Welcoming your highness Princess Twilight Sparkle" said a very familiar looking Guard. Of course Twilight knew right away that this was the rookie of the Royal Guards, Flash Sentry. Twilight blushed a little at the sight of him and felt calm and relaxed. When Twilight was around Flash she felt safe and secure. She still had a crush on him of course, but didn't have the courage to walk up to him and tell her how she felt. Twilight knew that as nice as it sounded, now was not the time to fantasize of the stallion she liked. She stood at immediate attention and bowed before the two Princesses as they approached, along with the rest of the girls. "No need for Royal gestures at the time Twilight we need to hurry with this meeting" said the tall Princess with the flowing multi-colored mane. "Yes, this news is very much important and needs to shared with all of you", announced the Princess of the moon, "as you may be the only ones to stop the destiny from being fulfilled". "Of course", said Twilight making sure to keep calm and get in on the full details of the subject, please fill us in on whatever seems to be happening. "Right", said Princess Celestia, "A thousand years ago when we defeated discord and imprisoned him in stone, his plan to attack Equestria with his living plants failed until just recently with the tree of harmony and losing its power. Well not only did the tree of harmony keep the plants from attacking, but with the plants being kept from surfacing kept a greater evil from arising and taking over. At this point Princess Luna stepped in, "And when the plants finally arose so did this greater evil. "His name is Inferius". "Luna and I defeated years before the discord outbreak occurred". Celestia said as she stepped back into the conversation, "And this stallion is a great threat of evil. He has been able to do more damage to Equestria far more than Discord could have done". "And if none of us are able to stop him, then Equestria is doomed into eternal evil" said Luna, "You must do whatever it takes to stop this stallion, and prey that he can be stopped". It was right then and there that the girls had become more afraid than anything they have ever experienced. As soon as those words were said, that's when when the explosion was heard. Guards were calling for command, ordering their Lieutenants to positions. Though those cries were ended by screams of pain and the sound of stallions dying, then a couple minutes passed, and then it fell into complete silence. And then there the sound of the castle doors being knocked on echoed in the room. This told the girls they were in serious danger and needed to think fast. The Evil AppearsThe girls stood there waiting to see what would happen next. Everyone stood still, not a sound came from either of them. The girls new what was about to happen but had no idea what to do. Princess Celestia moved forward until she was standing in front of the girls, ready to defend. Luna did the same. Next to come were the guards standing in front of all of them. Spears at ready arms waiting for either the door to open or receive orders on what they should do next.For now all they could do was wait. That's when the voice spoke up causing an nervous feeling in the room. "Now now Princess" , said the deep voice from the other side of the door, " You should know by now that it's very rude to keep your guest waiting at the door, it's very rude". Princess Celestias horn began to glow as she started to slowly open the door. The guards ready to throw spears when the time was needed. The door slowly creaked as it was beginning to open. The first thing that became noticeable was the smell. The room began to fill with the smell of smoke in the air. Eventually it became to much to bear and the room began to fill with coughs coming from every pony in the room. When the room cleared everyone began to control their coughs and eventually stopped. That's when they noticed the door was wide open exposing the destruction that had occurred outside the castle. Guards lay on the ground not making a single movement. No scars or marks were left on their body they looked so clean and untouched, yet they lay there without any movement. Fire was lit on top of building that barely remained standing as if ready to fall at any moment. Examining carefully with the guards on the ground there was not a civilian in site. The princess of the moon used a spell that only the royal alicorns knew how to perform. After a few seconds she spoke up. "They don't appear to be dead", stated Luna, "They're merely stunned and knocked out. But they seem to be in a very deep unconscious state." "Why yes they are", a voice from behind said which startled everyone in the room," Very quick to examine, of course that's what I would expect from the princess of the moon." With those words everyone suddenly turned around with shock and fear on their faces. No one had any urge to move or make advancement toward the stallion the stood before them. He sat on the throne as if he were on top of the world. He looked to be as tall as the two Princesses, if not taller, He had a white coat that would help him blend in with snow if it were ever needed. His mane of black and green streaks resembled something familiar like dark magic. And with those red eyes, it seemed as though a fire was lit in your stomach like you wanted to attack anything out of rage yet you couldn't move. He sat there with a smirk on his face like he won a giant battle. Only he did. "Now" yelled on of the guards, " Make sure he doesn't die we need him as a prisoner". And just like that spears were flying through the room all heading towards the calm alicorn stallion. He didn't even hesitate to dodge the spears. He merely stood up and in an instant the spears stopped and floated in mid-air while each of them were covered in a black aura. And after a few seconds they dropped down to the ground. The sound of metal hitting the ground and rattling around. Once the noise had calmed down he began to walk forward. "Well, now" said Inferius, "Is that any way to treat your guest? Last time I checked, your supposed to treat your company with respect or am I mistaken?" "Inferius", shouted Celestia, " What have you done to the towns people? Where are they?" "Oh calm yourself", replied Inferius, "I've done nothing to them they are merely hiding from me. You know how I am, I can cause mass destruction but I would never hurt a soul. Unless somepony were to push my limits". As Inferius moved toward the royal sister he stopped. He turned to his left to see the mane six standing there. They looked as if they had fear in there eyes and had the look like they were ready to run. Yet they couldn't find themselves to move. Only to find that each and every one of the were staring into those evil red eyes. "Well now", Inferius spoke up, "What do we have hear? From what I've learned over the years you six must be the elements of harmony. And something about this small purple one tells me you knew I was coming. And yet you came here without them, and you are unable to defend yourselves. How unfortunate for you." "W-we d-don't have them anymore", replied Twilight. "Hesitating a little are we", Inferius spoke with a grin, "You seem a little frightened. And exactly what has happened to the elements of harmony? "That is none of your concern Inferius", Celestia interrupted, What makes you think we would tell you? "Just a little curious", replied the evil alicorn, "It must be the elements that released me from my prison. What other reason os there? Around this point the girls started to calm down a bit. Only because with as much power as they had on their side they had Inferius easily outnumbered. "Likely story", stated Rainbow Dash, Why would we tell you something that could give you an advantage"? "Now now miss Dash" replied Inferius, "Hush the real grown-ups here are talking. Now what was I going to say?...... Ah yes. You see Celestia I'm not here to hurt or threaten anyone I'm just merely here for one reason. "And what would that be?", asked Celestia. "Well since everypony important is here I might as well tell you", said Inferius, I came here for Luna." You see Celestia I'm not here to hurt or threaten anyone I'm just merely here for one reason. "And what would that be?", asked Celestia. "Well since everypony important is here I might as well tell you", said Inferius, I came here for Luna." Celestia got into a defensive stance ready protect her sister from any danger he might throw at her. "What plans do you intend to have with her?", Asked Celestia. "Oh don't worry" replied Inferius, She is not very important right now. But she will be in due time. Now I must be off I have other places to be." "Wait', shouted Celestia. But before anything else could be said Black fire sprang up fro the ground and engulfed Inferius. With the fire being black it caused a light that seemed nearly blinding. After about two seconds the light calmed down and everyone was back to there normal eye sight. But they noticed that Inferius was gone. He left everyone in the room curious on what he was going to do next.
