Thunderlane's been single for a while now. He's content with that. Stable weather team income, an awesome guy-friend in the form of Crescent Moon, and life is just cruising along at the speed he likes. But then life throws him a curveball. A curveball in the form of Flitter, possibly the cutest pegasus in Ponyville. There's just one problem. Flitter is Cloudchaser's sister, and Cloudchaser is probably the most protective pegasus in Ponyville. Suddenly, life is going way, way, way too fast. And he can't do a thing about it.
