Midnight Wisp.View OnlineTreasonous Love.Midnight Wisp."Sweet Celestia it's cold..." Midnight Wisp whined, a butterscotch unicorn stallion with a long brown mane, a scarf secured tightly around his neck; with a moon surrounded by a mist that adorned both sides of his flanks. His muzzle was more feminine than most stallions, an odd mix, most would think he's a bat pony, not a reclusive unicorn who lives in ponyville. Picking up his hooves as they crunched upon contact with the snow, he let his amber eyes glance towards the moon, snow still coming down hard and pelting his face. Lighting up his horn letting out a small yellow glow as a light to guide him through the dark. "I wish i could only share these nightly strolls with somepony." He said aloud to himself, a small pang of loneliness in his chest. Shaking the negative thoughts, he looked straight forward walking towards his home near the edge of ponyville. Upon reaching his house, something caught his eye, it looked like a trail, and blood, as if somepony was limping, the trail wrapped around his house. Staying calm he approached the trail, following it around his house he noticed it continued towards the orchard. "Somepony could be hurt, or worse..." he thunk, steeling his nerves he picked up pace, the cold chilling him to the bone, the faster he got out of the cold the better. Apple tree's accompanied his side as he followed the blood, the smell of apples calmed him a bit. Keeping his eyes forward he noticed the trail started veering towards an apple tree, upon getting closer he could see a black tail with aqua running through it, peeking from behind the tree. Hesitating he opened his mouth and finally called out. "E-Excuse me! A-Are you okay!?" the tail quickly disappeared, quickly followed by the pony sticking it's head out, stepping a little closer he could finally make out who the pony was. It was a Changeling! An odd one at that, it had black and aqua hair. His heart started pounding as the Changeling stepped out from the tree revealing itself. It's hoof was twisted in a sickening position, curled up towards it's chest with a pained expression, it had cuts up and down it's body, shivering uncontrollably the Changeling finally collapsed, as if it was done. Running towards it, he grasped his scarf with his magic and unwrapped it from around his neck and put it around the Changelings neck, then getting a firm grip on the Changeling he hoisted it on his back. Feeling it's ragged breath against his neck, at least he knew it was alive now. "Even if this is considered treason, I won't just let it die here." Turning back towards the trail he followed, he re-lit his horn and sprinted towards his house, bounding near, he see's the rectangular yellow place with a straw roof, he could already reach out and grasp the back door with his magic and opened it. Coming to a sliding stop in front of the door he stepped in, making his way to his small living room he dropped the Changeling off on the couch, centered in the room. Finally, heaving heavily he sat down in front of the couch, observing the Changeling and catching his breath, he muttered. "This is gonna be a long night." Picking up his hooves once again, he made his way towards the kitchen, grabbing a washcloth and rinsing it under warm water, he opened up a cabinet under the sink and grabbed a pale in there. Putting it under the water he watched it rise to an acceptable level before turning off the sink and heading back towards the couch with a pale of water and cloth in toe. Sitting back down in front of the changeling he ran the cloth on it's body, thoroughly scrubbing it's chitin and between the holes in it's legs until deemed clean enough until morning. Carefully wiping it's wounds he dropped the rag in the pale and sauntered towards a closet grabbing a medical kit out of it, picking through, he grabbed some bandages and medical tape, he returned back to the Changeling, carefully wrapping the changeling up and closing all the bigger wounds, around it's waist and hooves. grasping the Changelings gnarled hoof with his own, he noticed that it was only dislocated, but twisted nearly around. Thinking back to some medical spells, he numbed the hoof and prepared himself by enveloping the Changelings hoof with magic, squinting he counted. "1, 2, 3!" *POP* Peeking, he looked back at the hoof to see that he put it back in place. Picking up the Changeling once again he carried him up the stairs and towards his room, opening the door it revealed a plain bedroom with a window on the other side, which dimly lit the room with moonlight and a decently sized bed that hugged the wall under it. Laying the changeling down on the bed, he crawled in next to it, he could see it's fang-y smile as it wrapped it's hooves around him. "A long night indeed." he whispered, closing his eyes before letting the sandmare take him. All the while a certain purple princess had been watching the whole time... Said princess, was just taking a midnight stroll to watch Luna paint the sky, but after witnessing somepony take a Changeling in, that could only mean one thing. Changelings are invading ponyville! And it's up to her as the new princess of Equestria to protect her home and ponys from any danger. "AAAAAND PINKIE!" An ecstatic pink mare said, jumping out from behind Twilight. "GAH! Pinkie? what are you doing here?" said Twilight, wings erected giving Pinkie a quizzical look. "Weeell--" Pinkie started but was cut off. "You know what, never mind. Now is not the time, just-- we'll talk about this in the morning." Twilight sighed, and walked back towards her tree home.
VieView OnlineTreasonous Love.VieMidnight woke up to the sunlight invading his eye's, shifting slightly to get out of the rays path he remembered the Changeling cuddled against him, it's muzzle resting on his chest, he reached down and nuzzled the top of the Changelings head. "This is crazy...For all I know it could just be using me for food." Midnight frowned at the thought, and just then the Changeling huddled it's self closer, but at that moment 'something' poked his stomach, looking down noticing what that 'something' was, Midnight tumbled out of bed, landing on the cold, unforgiving floor, hooves sticking in the air with a furious blush across his face, he regained his posture and sat up, the Changeling now up and staring at him, Midnight looked up at the Changeling, meeting his eye's. "welp...At least we know you're a stallion now." Midnight said sheepishly. The Changeling looked down, the blanket still covering it's mid-waist, a blush now covering his own muzzle he looked back up to meet Midnight's eye's, the room now in an awkward silence. "S-so, do you have a name? Can you talk?" Midnight broke the silence, the Changeling opened his mouth and closed it as if in thought, he frowned and shook his head. "Well..." Midnight thought for a moment, thinking of a name that would fit the Changeling. "How about Vie?" Midnight asked, at which the Changeling looked at him, and spoke in a hushed tone. "What does it mean?" Midnight looked at him with wide eyes. "You do speak!" He blurted out, noticing his sudden burst of expression he coughed in his hoof and looked down sheepishly. "I-I mean, so you talk, yeah, uhh...Oh, and it means life or live in french." Midnight stuttered out. "I like it." Vie replied, still in a hushed tone. Looking back up at Vie, Midnight smiled. "Well, now that we have that out of the way, would you like breakfast?" Midnight asked. Vie nodded slowly and started off the bed, at which he about collapsed, struggling to stand back up, Midnight walked to his side and helped him up. "Lean on me." He spoke softly, Vie replied by putting his forehoof around Midnight's back for balance, being a bit smaller than Midnight he rested his head on his neck. Midnight could feel his cheeks warm back up, and Vie could feel the love emanate from him, hungrily accepting it and gaining a lot more strength, they walked out of the room and down the stairs towards the kitchen. Midnight walked Vie over to the table. Letting go, Vie pulled out a chair and sat down, as Midnight made his way over to the fridge. Vie taking a look around the house he took in everything, a small round table at which he sat at in the kitchen, the rest was very open, not many walls had disconnected the rest of the house, he seen the back door and turned to his left over towards the living room with a single couch. "What do Changelings eat?" Midnight asked, breaking Vie out of his reverie, turning his head back towards Midnight, he responded. "we can eat anything that ponies can, it's just not as filling." Nodding, Midnight grabbed some milk and cereal out of the fridge, pouring two bowls for each other. Levitating the bowls over he set it down in front of Vie and took his seat from across the table. Silence once again filled the room, except the crunches, Vie poked at the flaky cereal with his spoon. Midnight looked up and noticed Vie staring at his bowl and broke the silence."So, I've been curious as to why you haven't tried taking over me or running away." Vie looked up from his bowl and gave him an annoying glare. "Not all of us are monsters you know..." Midnight's ears flattened. "Sorry." He replied with an apologetic voice. Vie picked up his spoon with his magic and decided to take a bite. "You know, it's actually not that bad." Vie remarked. The minutes flew by and Midnight grabbed his bowl putting it in the sink, turning around he saw Vie taking his bowl to him, at which he grabbed and washed it out, laying it in the sink. "Hey, I wanna show you around town, I have a place just outside of ponyville I like to go to. You can still disguise yourself right?" Midnight asked, looking a bit hopeful "Yeah." Vie answered simply, as a demonstration, he shape shifted into a brown stallion with a hourglass cutie mark. Midnight grabbed an extra scarf from the closet and the other one from last that was still laying on the couch. Wrapping the yellow one around Vie, he put on his own. "ready?" He asked, Vie nodded his head and they opened the door to step out into the cold. All the while Princess Twilight was watching them with binoculars from a brush . "Oh! Oh! What are they doing now!?" Pinkie shouted, right beside her poking her head out from the brush, Twilight put her hoof over Pinkie's head and pushed her back down in the brush. "Pinkie, you have to be quiet if you want to help me. This is very important to me as the new pri-" "Oh look, they're moving!" pinkie interrupted Twilight's sentence. Twilight quickly picking up her binoculars, she watched as the two headed down the road and towards the park. "Alright Pinkie, I need you to stay behind me, we're going to follow them." Twilight said, with a grin puffing her chest out a bit. "Okie dokie lokie!" hopping behind Twilight as she started creeping behind them, dodging from house to house and bush to brush they made it up to a more secluded area away from the park. --- ------------- --- Back to Midnight and Vie, they were walking closely together. "We're almost there now, sense there really isn't anypony here, you can drop the disguise." Midnight said glancing at Vie. "Thank chrysalis, truth is, I hate being in a disguise, it's just not me." Vie said, now dropping the disguise as a green glow radiated down from him, now back to his regular form he huddled back towards Midnight. "Are you still tired?" Midnight asked. "Nope! You're just really warm." Vie replied, a toothy grin on his face looking up at Midnight, Midnight blushed at it, but gave off a small laugh, nuzzling the top of his head. "Whats this feeling in my chest? Is this love? This random pony, I haven't even known for a day and he's already rubbing off on me." Vie was thinking, but was interrupted by Midnight's voice. "Were here." they both took a look around, Celestia's sun making it's way through the sky. Resting upon a hill, the sun shone on, painting the sky with hues of red and orange. "Wow, this is beautiful." Vie said, gawking at the sky. They sat down next to each other, the grass tickling their hooves. Vie leaned back on Midnight. "You're a clingy one arn't you?" Midnight teased, smirking at Vie. "Well, I mean, you did save me." Vie retorted "It's okay, I'm not complaining, it's actually sorta nice..." Midnight trailed off, smiling at the Changeling. The sun started making it's way further down the sky, signaling night would come soon. "It's about to get dark, we should head back soon." Midnight commented, Vie nodded, still resting his head on Midnight's shoulder, letting his eyelids droop down, he absorbed some of the love radiating from Midnight. Breaking the silence, Vie commented. "You know, for you being a pony and me a Changeling, you sure are trusting." "I never really worried about much, I just try to stay calm. Anyways, you didn't seem like much of a threat when I found you." Midnight teasing once again with a smile on his face. Vie looked up at Midnight. "Oh really?" Grinning, Vie pounced on Midnight, rolling around for a moment Vie came out on top, smiling down at Midnight he pulled Midnight's scarf off and went in for Midnight's neck. "Nom!" slightly biting him before he got up, looking at Midnight's face flushed with a crimson red. "What about me not being a threat?" Vie returning the tease, smirking at a stunned Midnight, before turning around and heading back the way they came, snapping out of his daze he called out. "Hey, wait for me!" Picking up his scarf from the grass, he galloped out to reach Vie, as they made their way back home. Twilight and Pinkie still observing from a bush, they were baffled at the sight. "Okay, so from what I'm getting here, the stallion, Midnight, isn't under the Changeling, Vie's, control?" Twilight questioned with a quizzical voice, looking back over at Pinkie who looked liked she was fawning over the two. "Pinkie?!" "What?! They're soooo~ cute!" Pinkie whined. "It's a Changeling Pinkie! They're an enemy to Equestria!" Twilight said, emphasizing her point with a hoof in the air. "Well, maybe this Changeling is good! Discord used to be a big meany before Fluttershy helped him and now look! This could be the same thing!" Pinkie said, hoping outside of the brush. "I highly doubt it." Twilight replied, stepping out from the bush, still skeptical of the whole idea of a Pony and Changeling dating. Bleh even odder that they were both Stallions, she never had anything against same-sex marriage, but it was very rare for two stallions let alone with a Changeling, to be together. "Well, maybe you should go confront them!" Pinkie said. "You know what? I think I actually will! I'll get to the bottom of this." Smiling she turned back towards pinkie who was already gone, looking around she gave no pony in particular a dead pan face before taking to the sky, back towards ponyville.
InterruptionsView OnlineTreasonous Love.InterruptionsThe bathtub filled to the rim, steam rising from it. "Here, let me get your bandages." Midnight said, grabbing the bandages from around Vie's waist and hooves, upon inspection, all of Vie's cuts were healed with no scars in sight. "Wow, you healed pretty fast. I wouldn't imagine love had anything to do with that?" Midnight teased, smiling at Vie who was rubbing the back of his mane with his hoof looking off to the side before retorting. "Hey, you were the one just giving it openly." Midnight now on the back hoof, had a small blush across his muzzle. "Just get in, I'm gonna join you, if you don't mind." Vie kept a smile on his face before replying. "Of course not." Vie, slipping in the tub, let out a contented sigh, with Midnight getting in on the other side right after him. "Oh yeah, haven't had a bath in two days now." Midnight remarked, Vie giving off a small laugh. "Yes, such a tragedy, I haven't had a bath in months." Now looking at Midnight with a full grin, a small grin appeared on Midnight's face. "Speaking of which, how long was you out there before I found you?" Vie thought for a moment before answering. "I lived in the Everfree forest for a few months, I would make runs through ponyville to disguise as someone and get some food. But the day you found me, I was surrounded in the Everfree by a pack of Timberwolves, I made my escape through Ponyville, using my disguises to throw them off, which drained up pretty much all of my energy, I made it to the farm before collapsing." Midnight felt a pang in his chest just thinking about Vie when he found him. "Hey,h-how about we go to dinner tomorrow? There's a cafe I stop by sometimes up the road." Midnight choked on his words but finished his sentence. "Are you asking me on a date?" Vie teased, smirking all the while at Midnight. Midnight looked down in an attempt to cover his crimson blush. "O-only if you want too." Vie giggled at Midnight's bashfulness. "Feels like high school all over again." "Cut me a break, first time I ever asked anybody." Midnight admitted. "Wow, first person? I'de be lying if I didn't think I felt a bit special." Scooting up to Midnight he nuzzled under his chin. "And i'de love too." Midnight had the biggest smile, returning the nuzzle in kind, breathing in his scent. "I ever tell you, you smell like fresh air and forest?" Midnight said, keeping his eye's closed, wanting the moment to last a bit longer. "Everfree does that to ya." Vie replied, Midnight letting out a laugh from his nose. "Doesn't bother you dating another stallion?" Midnight questioned, curious to the Changelings feelings about it. "Nope! While I'm not the biggest fan of 'em, I've pretended to be a mare a few times. Although I have a feeling it's gonna be different with you." Vie responded truthfully, Midnight felt a warmth spread through his chest. "And you?" Vie interrogated. Midnight sighed at the memories forming. "I've always been a colt cuddler, family were never really comfortable with it, they just tolerated it. But don't get the wrong idea, they loved me, it would just get uncomfortable sometimes." Vie embraced Midnight further, Midnight resting his head upon Vie's. *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK Midnight's eye's snapped open, slightly annoyed as Vie backed up some from the position they were sharing. "Who the hay are here around 1:00 'o clock in the morning?" Sighing, Midnight got up from the tub and dried himself off with his magic. "Go ahead and clean yourself up, I'll be back in a minute." Vie nodded grabbing the shampoo bottle as Midnight headed down stairs. Making it to the door Midnight opened it to see a smiling Princess in front of him. "P-Princess? W-what are you doing here so early?" Stuttering, he bowed slightly, Twilight ignored it, still uncomfortable with people bowing to her. "I'm here about the Changeling you're keeping under your roof." Twilight spoke, her words sounding professional as ever, making her way in, Midnight broke out in a full panic. "W-What do y-you mean? There's no Ch-Changeling here, no mam!" Keeping a plastic smile on his face, breaking out in a sweat, Twilight sighed, her patience already running low. "Look, I've been watching you, I already know about you two, about 'Vie' and I'm not about to believe a Changeling just turned good, now just show him to me so I can see it for myself." Midnight gulped, opening his mouth before calling for Vie. "Hey Vie, come on down when your done!" Vie started down the staircase, slowing down when he noticed the Princess. "Whats going on Midnight?" Vie asked, but before Midnight could answer Twilight enveloped them both in her magic and set them in front of her, inspecting them and running scans on them. "No signs of him controlling you." She mumbled to herself, Midnight and Vie still staring wide eye at her, she placed a spell on Vie. "What did you do to me?" Vie questioned nervously. "It was something I taught myself after the invasion in Canterlot, It was so I could here the Hive mind through a Changeling, but from the likes of it, you were casted out." Twilight began, Vie splaying his ears down remembering when his Queen had left them to fight on their own. "Listen Changeling, I don't like the idea of you running around Ponyville, but it doesn't look like you're any danger." Twilight concluded, Midnight and Vie glanced at each other and back to Twilight, before Midnight spoke up. "So, you're letting us go?" Twilight turned around and headed for the door. "For now, but I will have my eye on you." Twilight punctuated, leaving the house and closing the door with her magic. Midnight and Vie stood there in silence for a few minutes not able to believe what happened. "So..." Midnight began. "You ready for bed?" Midnight finished sounding a bit exhausted, Vie nodded. "Yeah, that sounds pretty good right now." They turned back and headed up the stairs and in to the bedroom, Midnight closing the door Vie had already hopped in bed, waiting for Midnight to join him. "well, today certainly was interesting." Midnight remarked, climbing in bed before snuggling against the Changeling.
Ending on a high note.View OnlineTreasonous Love.Ending on a high note.The morning came in a blurry haze as Vie opened his eye's to see Midnight's scruffy chest in front of him, their hooves intertwined with each others, Midnight pulling the Changeling closer to his neck, Vie burying his muzzle into the crook of his coltfriends neck, "Coltfriend" Vie thought, "I could get used to this." Midnight now opening his eye's slowly, just to shut them quickly as the light from the window invaded his vision, moaning slightly he buried his muzzle in the Changelings mane. "Good morning." Vie said, sounding rather chipper, "Mmhm." Midnight mumbled out, still in a bit of a morning haze, trying to re-open his eye's to get adjusted to the light. "You sound like you had a good sleep." Vie said, now beginning to climb out of bed before Midnight shifted slightly, grabbing Vie and pulling him back in, wrapping his hooves fully around the Changelings body so he couldn't protest to what Midnight was about to do. "Hey, it's already in the afternoon we-" Vie was cut off, gasping at the feeling of Midnight's teeth slightly nipping his ear, an intense red flushed Vie's face. "H-Hey!" Vie tried to speak, but was to flustered as Midnight's teased from the base of his ear to the tip. Trying to escape the teasing, Vie flattened his ear's, which elicited a giggle from Midnight, rolling on top of Vie he targeted his horn, giving it a few licks, making Vie let out a soft moan. At the sound of successfully pleasing and teasing Vie, he rolled back off and on his hooves, giving Vie a quick nuzzle heading towards the door before Vie called out, "H-Hey!" he began, "I-I didn't say you had to stop!" He finished quickly, looking at Midnight who just started to laugh and stuck his tongue out at him before exiting the room. Vie sighed, "What a tease." he mumbled out, making his way to the bathroom where Midnight was brushing his teeth, "You ready for that lunch I talked to you about?" Midnight asked, words coming out in a slur as he spit the toothpaste out in the sink before rinsing his mouth with cold water. "Yeah, I just need to wash up some." Vie answered, "Come here, you can use my tooth brush to brush your teeth with." Midnight said, holding his toothbrush up to Vie's face, "Oh, I don't have to brush." Vie said, Midnight raising an eyebrow to his answer, "What? It's uhh...Changeling magic." Vie said, with a confirming nod, Midnight just giving him a dead pan expression, "If you say so." Midnight said, putting more toothpaste on the brush, "I do say so-" Vie, once again cut off as Midnight started brushing Vie's left fang, Vie now the one giving Midnight a dead pan expression as Midnight continued with a smile on his muzzle. Finishing up with his shenanigans in the bathroom, Midnight headed down stairs with both scarfs in tow, and Vie right behind him. Midnight turned around to wrap the yellow scarf around Vie, "Go ahead and wait outside, I'm just gonna go grab my bits from the kitchen." Midnight said, Vie nodded, doing what Midnight said, Midnight's eye's following him all the way out, before Vie opened the door he shifted into the Stallion from before, adorning an hourglass cutie mark with a brown coat. Midnight walked into the kitchen, levitating a bag of bits from the counter before rummaging through the closet looking for his old brown saddle bags that adorned his cutie mark, finding them, he dusted them off and set them on his back before putting his bits inside, he headed out to meet Vie outside. "It's actually really nice outside." Midnight remarked, looking out in front of him, seeing all the foals play in the snow, the sun was still looming in the sky with no clouds to block it's rays. Vie looked over at Midnight and pushed himself against him, bumping Midnight's flank with his, "Let's get a move on, day isn't getting any earlier." Vie said, Midnight nodded as they began their walk through ponyville, "The cafe is only a few block away from the library." Midnight noted, "You mean the one with the crazy Alicorn?" Vie asked, with a hint of playfulness in his voice, "To be fair, keeping you in my house, let alone dating, is usually considered treason." Midnight said, "Treason shmeason, not like I'm working for Chrysalis anymore..." Vie replied, trailing off, still huddled against Midnight looking straight ahead, "Speaking of which" Midnight began, "crap" Vie thought, "Twilight said something about that last night, you wanna talk about it?" Midnight finished, giving Vie a concern look, Vie sighed and began, "Back when Chrysalis' invasion failed, she couldn't feed most of the hive, so she cut off just about all of them from the swarm, which included me." Vie looked up to meet Midnight's eye's, "but to be honest, it wasn't the worse out come seeing as i'm here now." He added, smiling at Midnight he gave him a peck on the nose, Midnight blushed slightly at the kiss, almost forgetting that they were coming up to the cafe. "Oh, we're here already, e-heh, about missed it for a second." They turned to look at the quaint cafe, glass panes adorned the front with a sign that said Latte's Cafe. Walking towards it, Midnight opened the front door to the cafe and said to Vie, "after you," letting Vie walk in first before entering himself, the aroma of coffee filling their senses, taking a glance around, the walls were painted a dark brown and there were booths with red leather filling each corner of the Cafe with tables and chairs spread out through the room, looking back to the front bar Midnight walked up and asked a mare with a dark brown mane and a light pearl coat with light brown fur at her hooves for a salted caramel hot mocha and a daisy sandwich, looking sideways at Vie he asked what he was in the mood for, "Uhh, I guess the daisy sandwich and hot chocolate." Vie said, smiling at his decision. Another mare had came out and showed them to a booth with a number card on the table, "Whats the number for?" Vie asked, Midnight holding it in his hoof, "They'll call a number and if it's ours then we go up and get our food." Midnight answered putting the number card back on the table, Vie replyed with an 'Ahh.' After waiting a few minutes, the same brown maned mare had called their number, Midnight dismissing himself walked to the front giving her a 'thanks' before walking back to Vie with plates and and cups in tow, setting Vie's hot chocolate and daisy sandwich in front of him, and Midnight setting his down, already digging in, silence took the two as they ate. Vie swallowed his last bite of the daisy sandwich, sighing in content and slouching, "Taking it that you enjoyed it?" Midnight asked, Vie nodded, "They make some good sandwiches, no wonder you visit here. How was your drink?" Vie asked, "Here, take a sip." Midnight said, levitating his mocha over to Vie who gladly tipped the drink some taking a sip, "Huh, you can actually taste the salt, it's really good." Vie said, Midnight levitating the drink back over drinking down the rest, "You ready?" Midnight questioned, looking over at Vie, who gave a sprightly 'yup' bounding out the door, Midnight left the bits on the table for the mare to come by, Vie held the door this time for Midnight, who nuzzled Vie's cheek, happily accepting it, as they bounded back out into the cold. "So now what? It's already getting dark." Vie inquired, Midnight looking around as if trying to find something to do, "You ever ice skate?" Vie asked, "I know a lake that freezes over every winter, just outside of Ponyville." Vie finished, looking at Midnight, who was rubbing the back of his neck, "I've...I've never skated before..." Midnight said, albeit bashfully, "You really are a recluse, aren't you?" Vie teased, bumping Midnight with his flank, "Follow me, it's really easy, i'll teach ya." Vie said, starting down the snowy path, the cold snow crunching beneath their hooves, the winter wind slightly picking up as they reached the pond, completely frozen over, foals and pony's already playing upon the ice. Vie grabbed Midnight's forehoof bringing him towards the ice, jumping on it he slung Midnight across who was having trouble keeping his balance, Vie doing circles around him, smiling all the while, "Little help here?" Midnight asked, still struggling, Vie skated up towards him, helping him put his hooves in place, "Now just balance yourself, and slide forward like you're wearing socks." Vie said, still standing in front of Midnight, "Wouldn't it be easier if we actually had skates?" Midnight question, Vie giving off a little shrug, before starting ahead, "Come on, try to catch up to me!" Vie exclaimed, Midnight keeping his balance, sliding forward a bit before getting the hang of it and headed straight towards Vie, "Hey, this isn't so bad." Midnight smiled before realizing he didn't know how to stop, "Uhh, Vie, how do I stop?" Midnight inquired, Vie with no time to answer moved out of the way before Midnight crashed into him, Midnight face planted the fluffy snow in front of him, Vie sliding right up beside him, stomping back onto the snow, "Heh...I probably should of told you that before I let you go." Vie said, helping Midnight out of the snow, Midnight shaking the snow off of him looked over at Vie with a grin, "Yeah, I think that would of been nice to know." Midnight stated, about to speak up again, but a certain mail mare pegasus stopped him before he could. "Hey Midnight, hey Doctor!" Derpy exclaimed, "Hey Derpy!" Midnight replied, Vie still looking around in confusion as to who the 'Doctor' was, "So...Are you coming over tonight?" Derpy asked bashfully, muzzle pointed to the snow but hopeful eyes looking up at Vie, hoof circling the snow, ear's flattened against her head. Something clicked in Vie's brain, realizing he's disguised as, 'The Doctor,' he finally spoke up, "Oh, uhh... Well, I actually..." His eye's darting back and forth as if looking for an escape, Midnight just gave him a friendly elbow as if to speak up, "It's okay if you can't, I understand." Derpy said, still holding her bashful face, "Oh no! It's just, I'm gonna have to get back to you later about that." Vie said, Derpy's ear's perking up at the answer, "Oh, okay, well, i'll be around the market place if you want to still come over." Derpy said, quickly taking to the sky, Vie sighed when she was out of ear reach, "Well, that was interesting." Midnight added, "You ready to get back home? I imagine you're ready to get out of that disguise." Midnight said, Vie looking up to the sky to see the sun hanging low in the sky, "Yeah, I'd like to get out of the cold, and this disguise." Vie said, beginning to get anxious to get back to his new home, they started off towards the house. ______________________________ Back inside Midnight's house, Vie shook off his disguise, ruffling his black and aqua mane, he skipped up to Midnight who was on the couch in the middle of a long stretch, hooves sticking up in the air, "Feels good to sit back down again." Midnight claimed, Vie walking up to the couch putting his forehooves on Midnight's flanks, reach up to his height before kissing him, Midnight still staring at the now closed eyed Changeling with surprise, finally relaxing into his embrace, he closed his eye's taking in the feeling of Vie's soft lips against his chapped lips, a warmth spreading throughout his body, Vie pulled back, his lips tingling after the long kiss. They stared into each others eye's for a few minutes before Midnight broke it off, pulling Vie up to him, Vie happily replied by crawling on top of Midnight, now laying on the couch with Vie on top, Vie started to lick up Midnight's horn before enveloping the whole thing in his mouth, eliciting a girlish moan from Midnight, giggling as he pulled out from Midnight's horn, he returned the favor from the morning by slightly nipping on Midnight's ear's, each time he did, Midnight let out a gasp. Seeing Vie's neck open to him, Midnight took the opportunity to pepper him with kisses, Vie sat up some, interrupting Midnight's frenzy, "how about we go back to the bedroom." Vie said, Midnight looking at him with a crimson red invading his face, "No, I don't mean it like that, i'd just like something a bit more comfortable" Vie said, Midnight a bit relieved, and a bit disappointed at the same time, headed up stairs and into the bed with Vie, where they began where they left off, the moon still shinning upon them as they made out on the bed, Midnight teasing Vie's lips with his tongue, Vie opened his mouth letting the tongue invade his mouth, before pulling back and looking at Midnight, "You think we should of found that 'Doctor' and told him about Derpy?" Vie asked, hoping for an answer from Midnight, "Nah, I'm sure she's fine." Midnight replied, Vie nodding at the answer before resting his head in the crook of Midnight's neck, muttering a few words before he let sleep take him, "I think everything is gonna work out just fine from now on."
