A series of felonies and down right horrid crimes has broken out in the newer, parts of Equestria. The Outer Provinces they are named, but for not much necessity, as it is not socially acceptable to speak of them. However a few brave souls and socially banished have attempted to settle the untamed lands. But the last thing they need, are carpetbaggers trying to steal what little left they have left in their lives.
