Felix and the case of the song of infinite harmony
Chapter 1
It was a unusually cold day on August 16, but then again Texas weather wasn't anything if not unpredictable. Upon a corner was a young man in a suit standing in at 5'6 with dark hair combed back meticulously reveling a windows peak. Still as a statue only sound to heard around him was the faint sound of music emanating from his, rather clunky if not kind of tacky black, headphones oblivious to the world around him only to be roused by a bus that parked in front of him. Taking his first steps into the bus he was stopped by the driver who kindly said "Student I.D. please." The young man merely nodded and gave the driver his student I.D. from a bulky one starp backpack. The driver smiled while the young man simply give him a blank neutral stare with cobalt colored eyes. Shrugged off the rather strange behavior from him he looked over the I.D. "All right!" he said cheerfully trying to dissipate any uneasiness from soon to be passenger "Felix Schäfer right?" "Yes sir." Felix said in a soft voice that obviously hadn't had much use. The driver eased hearing a response from "Well take any seat you want it going to be along ride might as well get comfortable." Taking cue Felix simply chooses the seat in the back of the bus to collect his thoughts. "Interesting it certainly will be. I've been home schooled by my grandfather whom ,until he recently passed away, I still think is a madman."
Flashback
Three months
An old man on his deathbed with his grandson only in attendance "It seems this is the last we will see each other." Felix holding back his tears seeing his lifelong mentor dying in front of him "For awhile anyway." The elder only answered with a quick jab at Felix's gut and with a thick German accent said "Quit being little Vietnamese hooker bitch you are carrying our Vermächtnis. I haven't been training you all these years to be hooker ; no you are are going to be a fine detective." Felix sighed returning to his normal demeanor only difference being that of a annoyed glare etched on his face "Cloud we at least have a regular last words between us or at least one without racial stereotypes?" His grandfather looked at him with a smile "Remember the wolves?" "You can die now."
Collecting himself he checked his bag ,created by a friend of Felix's dead grandpa and stuffed with protective layer of shock absorbing fibers, containing his personalzed laptop he made from scratch along with various operating systems and programs in a protective case. Felix mentally sighed "Having no friends one does tend to pick hobbies and have alot of time to perfect abilities like hacking ,rewriting, and creating programs." Lastly was his trunk full of clothes, for Felix was going to attend a boarding school for senior year so he can at last get the last lesson his grandfather couldn't get through his head and that was the human psyche. For Felix smart as he was didn't have a clue when it came to how people think though he concluded learning psychology from a mentally deranged man a.k.a. his grandfather he could only assume he might of actually came out much saner than most would. Looking out the window while watch the buildings pass by a faint tune started to play in his ear. Finding it unfamiliar Felix gazed at his phone checking what song was playing only to see it was an unknown track that went on indenfinately. Hearing it grow much louder by the second he tried to change it but an unexpecting feeling of fatigue started to creep on him paralyzing his body. In the passing seconds feeling of panic wondered his mind then he knew no more.
Felix woke up in the middle of a plain with a few trees in the area he happened to be under one . Panic made way into his heart only for him to start calming himself down with deep, and steady breathes "Don't panic" Felix chided himself " if I panic now I already lose now where... What is this I'm feeling?!" Something was different as if an element was added without him knowing. "What ever it is in the air I feel in going inside me as air would but finding a place with in me." Felix sat as the energy around him entered and stayed with him ; naturally a phenomenon like this would freak him out but this energy gave him a sense of inner calm though lived shortly because shortly after the enegry entered his body an extreme burning sensation was felt on his left hand "AAAGGHHHH!" Felix screamed trashing his hand on the ground hoping the soil would offer some relief. Now whether or not it was the soil that offered the reprieve the burning was gone. Felix looked at his hand hoping the damage wouldn't be to great only saw what appeared to be a tatto of a finch and to his disgust a dead trap-jaw ant. He was going to flick it off but then the tatto on his hand glow dissolving the ant in to nothing leaving a warming sensation through his body "WHAT THE FUCK!" Felix screamed in his head a queasy feeling permeated his body only for him to pass out.
Felix stirred into consciousness but notice he was in a well ventilated area he took a peek notice he was in white bed there was cameras pointed directly at him normally he would consider it jutifiable but two things were amiss he never heard of a place called Ponyville nor does he remember humans having equine features. Felix notice the two horse/human beings looking at him from a wondow observing him though still not aware of his awakening. Felix took his time waiting for the creatures to leave after 45 minutes they left. Felix sprug out of bed and saw his bag along with his phone and headphones. Though the trunk of clothes not in sight he was happy with what he has. Felix ran to the door to find it locked so he search though the room trying to find a way out and saw a small air shaft ,but being a small guy he found he could fit in it. Felix trudged through the air shaft with the thought of "How stereotypical is this type of escape I thought I would be atleast found now." he kept his pace up and saw the target the security room with a sleeping horse/man. Felix quietly comes behind and quickly grab him by the nuzzle. The horse/man jolted out of it's slumber and tried to get Felix off of him but oddly enough he was really weak and pass out. Felix quick went to the terminal and proceeded to hack the computers and erase all footage of him. The less they knew of his abilities the better atleast until he knew of their abilities. After 5 minutes Felix was chuckling to himself the system while different in some ways was immensely similar to how computers in the 90's were programmed all in all it was child's play. Though admittedly it is mostly due to the lack of any language barriers though he did suspect some vernaculars unique to this culture he didn't ponder any further seeing as how escape was the first priority. After making sure he erased all footage of himself and the well being of the creature he saw it was breathing "Good having the blood of a species who might provide answers and maybe some help isn't on the top of list of things I need." thought Felix ,but until he knows he can get information from the weird beings he isn't going to be in a talkative mood. Making his way out he noticed several guards of both gender some comprised of wings others mostly regular were looking right him ready to fight. Felix then took at deep breath and then said "Well shit." Two guards started to charge. Felix took his boxing stance noticed that their movements seemed sluggish the guard on his right swung his fist first Felix sweeped the guard behind his legs then keeping his momentum he quickly struck the guard on his left effectively knocking out the guard and then bringing down his elbow down on the guard whose legs he swept letting gravity do its magic landed a hit knocking out the guard tallying the score two to zero then a horse/woman with wings flew at me but using some new found reflexes he seemed to be experiencing he ducked. Though that did little to stop the female who did a complete 180 coming back for more at a faster speed noticing this Felix braced himself waited for her to come closer until then at the last possible second he grabbed her by the armour and swung her around using her momentum and his strength added threw her at the rest of the guard panting heavily Felix felt a strange hold on him he was unexpectedly flung into the air and crashed in to a wall. "What do you think you are doing." A female voice shrieked Felix turned to see a purple horse/woman with a horn and a very pissed off face. So Felix gathering all his social skills patted down his suit which was incredibly dirty,straighten his tie, held out his hand, and said "Hello my name is Felix Schäfer."
