(NOTE: This is the final part of my 4-part series!)

After Scorched Shoe's defeat and after running everypony who followed him out of town, Ponyville now lies in ruins. Not everything is sorrow and unhappiness, though, as the town welcomes Rainbow Dash home (since they all believed her to be dead). She's vague on the details of who saved her, but she insists that they all go home to rest. When they all arrive home, they find a strange door in their houses. Twilight opens hers first and instantly regrets it.

In every house lies a secret. Every secret contains a hidden pain. Every pain consumes the heart-broken pony and they fall into their deepest fears. This final story contains the journal entries of everypony in Ponyville and what they saw when they opened that door. And also, the final battle occurs between good and evil. But who stands on what side?
