CHAPTER 1
-fluttershy's nightmare-
An intense fog invades Everfree as the cold winds' laughter echos across the midnight midst.
A shadowy figure descends from the fog, its eyes glowing murderously. The faint pony holds an axe in its left hoof, facing a small cottage that leads out of the forest.
The figure shuffles towards the cottage with the axe at disposal, giving a devilish grin as the fog drifted away slowly. Thus, the pony's identity was exposed.
Her coal-black eyes shown no remorse for the damage soon to be done. An emotionless stare takes place as she approaches the front door, tilting her head to the left. The yellow, pink haired death trap slashed at the door with the axe single hoofed with brute force.
As soon as this happened, another yellow, pink haired pony had sprung up from a slumber.
Eire footsteps could be heard from downstairs, echoing across the cottage walls. Slowly approaching upstairs, the murder was set.
Fluttershy locked the bedroom door as soon as she heard the staircase roaring. She leaned on the door and closed her eyes.
Suddenly, all was quiet. No noises could be heard besides the smooth night wind whispering in your ears. Fluttershy was convinced the stranger had somehow left, so she unlocked the door and slowly creaked it open. No pony was there.
She looked down in sure terror at a disembodied rabbit head, blood slowly dripping from its bottom- where the neck use to be.
"Angel!!" She shreeks in horror, sobbing up a river. Fluttershy began to stumble upon a trail of blood leading to the other side of the room. She followed till the end of the trail and found Angel's rotting body resting in the right-hand corner. She saw a mess of blood on his stomach-no wait, a message of blood!
"Look behind you" she read aloud. She refused, for fluttershy was too emotionally distressed.
Just then, a cold, dirty hoof had gripped her shoulder. She had no other option but to turn around......SLASH! she didn't even get a single glimpse.
chapter 2
Fluttershy's head springs up from her bed in sure terror as sounds of rain cluster against the window. She gives a yelp that echoed across the cottage.
Before she knew it, four thundering hoofsteps could be heard dashing up the stairs, along with thumping bunny hops.
Her bedroom door flew open as quick as she noticed it. The white Pegasus standing before the terrified mare rushed to her rescue, his two front hooves resting upon the right side of her bed. Angel hops into Fluttershy's lap, no longer beheaded.
"Fluttershy! Are you ok? I heard you all the way from downstairs." Crashie's eyes were filled with worry. For he vowed to do whatever he could to comfort her and protect her from any danger.
Fluttershy leaned towards him and held his hoof really tight. "Oh Crashie, I just had the most horrific nightmare. There was this eyeless mare who...." She was detained by the vision. "Looked like me. She was trying to kill me. She killed Angel Bunny and I saw blood everywhere." Her voice cracks under pressure of telling the tale. She bursts into tears.
In a tight embrase, Crashie hugs her and replies; "I won't let anything happen to you or Angel, I promise." She cries loudly over Crashie's shoulder as he strokes her mane, unable to reply.
On the outside of the cottage, lightning crashes across the night sky as a shadowy mare shuffles into the Everfree Forest. She holds a chainsaw in her left hoof and drags a fat body bag in the other.
