They say that before Celestia and Luna, there was The Maker; Mother of All. It was she who created Equestria. She made ponies from Earth, Wind and Magic. She created Celestia and Luna and gave them the sun and the moon. As she weaved life and beauty into Equestria, it is said that the stars watched her. The stars were cold, and lifeless. They whispered to The Maker, and she rejected them. So they watched Equestria grow, and they felt hate. But they have waited. Until now.

Until the night when the stars winked out, one by one; leaving two young mares to fight for survival, and answers from Princesses who are suddenly silent.

It seems that Equestria is no longer alone.

Over sixty years have passed since Princess Twilight was crowned, and Princess Luna returned to Equestria. Peace prospers, and all of Equestria finds itself in an age of glistening innovation and shining prosperity. Everything was just fine.
